Everything about it is amazing! the staff the food. Love it.

It reminds me of dinner at my Italian grandmothers. Plastic over the table clothes and all! I highly recommend skipping lunch prior to going to dinner here! Food is superb! 5 stars!

This was our first visit and it was excellent! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! We had the bruschetta as an appetizer which was very good. For entrees, we had the gnocchi and penne puttanesca. Both were delicious and served piping hot (my grandmother would have been pleased! ). The portions were huge too. Definitely enough for (at least) two meals, which made the prices that much better! We will definitely be back!

Maria & Alfonso always smile & welcome me. If there is a special dish I would like it is prepared by Alfonso by bringing Authentic Italy to Averill Park.
Limoncello & Lemon drop martinis are to dye for. Highly recommend ❤

Always great service even when the chips are down and theme wait staff is sick or otherwise unavailable and AnaMaria is pitching in! Miguel is a great addition to the staff, with his ready smile and quick Dominican humor.

Amazing food! the siciliano influences permeate all their dishes. Be daring and try the linguine al nero calamari, you will be amazed.

Went last night for my birthday. First time. If you don’t like a cozy, warm, family atmosphere and you don’t enjoy fantastic owner serviced, fresh, slow cooked, delicious meals, then this place is not for you. If you need your mind blown and your palate resuscitated from the capital region burger and pizza addiction, then get over to La Perla. Don’t even think about asking for the brandy cream sauce recipe. Forgetaboutit.

I was super surprised at the review from that Steve guy. We've been going to LaPerla for many many years. The food couldn't be better, and the service is always attentive. Thanks to chef Alphonso and hostess with the mostest, Anna Maria, for the best experiences in our area!

Decent (not exceptional) food couldn’t make up for being stuck in a back corner and ignored — 20 minutes before anyone asked about a beverage, 10 minutes for the waiter to return and ask for our menu choices and 30 minutes waiting for bread, salad and finally entrees. The topper was asking for the check and waiting 10 minutes before it even arrived! Not going back!
