The supervisor Laura was a very respectful lady. She helped my husband and me stay in the motel for our 15th anniversary without any problems. I give her props because there’s not a lot of nice supervisors like her. I was very impressed.

The service here is excellent. Although we reserved our room in advance we checked in late and all that was left was a smoking room. This actually wasn't much of an issue as the room was well kept and deodorized. However, the kind and helpful woman behind the front desk insisted on getting us a non smoking room for the next night. She did her absolute best to make sure that we had a good stay and that is greatly appreciated and should be recognized :)

My card was charged $28.89 4 days later and when I called Laura the supervisor said there was a towel missing. The dingy towel was missing and 4 days later you charge my major credit card that they thought I would never see. FRAUDS do not go there. Your credit cards are not safe.

For a hotel that just went through a remodel it looks like blind people did it. What a dump.

Average Hotel cleanliness too high of a price AC units need to be changed.

Pet friendly clean and quiet parking lot well-maintained for the weather conditions.

I come in at 11am on 10/29/17 to check in the lady in the front desk ask me what am I doing here. I said I have reserve a room. She said check in isnt until 2. I understand. I tried to wait in the lobby she told me to leave the lobby and I couldn't wait out infront. I wait in my vehicle then I come in at 2 gave her my id and she sees my workers get out and said if there under 21 they cannot stay. And refused me. I wanted to talk to her boss and she refused in a argument. I think this super 8 needs to be looked into and the lady at the front desk needs a demotion or fired. I have never went through this kind of hate with a hotel and travel 38 states a year. i hope it isnt because im a biracial man id hate to think that was the case but you dont know people these days PLEASE DO NOT WAIST ANY TIME OR MONEY AT THIS HOTEL. There are better ones around that area with better customer care. If the owner of the hotel really cares the supervisor would have contacted her for me.

Showed up at 11 with a check-in in time at 2 and they refused us a room, as if all of the rooms are magically clean/available at 2pm. The maid staff starts cleaning when they arrive so there are clean and ready rooms. When I asked about cancellation the extremely unqualified employee couldn't even figure out how to direct me to their posted policy she pointed to 2 different signs neither of which had anything related to cancelation and just began shuffling papers. In short this place is garbage do not reserve spend the extra 20 for another place and save yourself the hassle.

Staff are both rude and incompetent. One person assured me I was in a non-smoking room then put me in a smoking room. Then another refused to move me to an actual non-smoking room and claimed not to be able to give me a refund because I had paid through the website I booked with, which simply wasn't true — called the website and they confirmed they had collected no money. I got out of there as fast as I could.

Very nice motel. Need more outlets for electronics. Staff was very friendly. Barebones breakfast.

The spa bathtub was nice but the room was outdated. The sofa bed was flat and very uncomfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable though. I feel like it was. Bit overpriced.

It's a nice and clean hotel. I have a friend from out of town and he exclusively stays here. It's affordable and centrally located to the main part of town.

There's a reason this "establishment" has only 2 stars. My fiancee and I had had a terrible experience. I write this not to bash the company but just to give an honest idea of what to expect. Just like another review said, they (housekeeping) will steal from you and even they know it happens and offer to keep your items in a safe at check in (not free of charge of course). We paid for a hot tub suite and this was the main feature that attracted us to this dump. Upon check in "Zach" informed us that the jets in the hot tub don't work in our room. So I say "ok well just put us in another hot tub suite" and he informs me that every single hot tub in the facility is broken. When we got to thr room out was obvious that the jets had been broken for a long time. … My question is, why are you offering and advertising an amenity on your website that doesn't work? If its broken, either get it repaired or take it off your website. Better yet call us and let us know before we check in so we can decide if we want to stay or not. We paid $200+ (2 nights) just to not get what we paid for? We weren't even allowed to downgrade. The sofa in the suite was so disgustingly dirty and worn we wouldn't even touch it, same with the chairs. There were dead insects all over on the rooms floor that housekeeping just swept into a corner hoping nobody would see it. Some of the lamps don't work, a well as the socket outlets, the blow dryer and of course the hot tub.

Woke up at 2:30 am covered in bed bug bites. Would not recommended staying here to anyone!

Have one of my crews staying here for work, they just sent me a message at 2:30 am about bed bugs. Pictures showing bite marks all over themselves. Horrible. Too late to get a new hotel.

Got into the room and started to unpack. Found cloths and a prescription bottle dated 10/14 in the dresser drawers. The girl at the desk did come up and remove them and sanitize the drawers. We're staying long term for work and asked about a fridge and microwave and have been told maybe tomorrow or maybe not at all.

Nasty and unclean room. I have been to 2 star hotels lately and this has been the worst as far as cleanliness is concerned. All of my pillows smell like they have been unwashed and shuffled around the hotel. The pillows smell like smoke and B. O. The carpet smelled like urine and pet odor. There is just a strong sense of disgust in the room that I stayed in, and I should be able to tell if a room is clean just by being in the room because I have been in some bad rooms. The only pros is that the staff were friendly.

Enjoyed our stay there, had no issues. Clean rooms. They did have an extra charge for a small refrigerator but found I really did not need it.
