Close to the main attractions like Watkin Glenn falls, still away from the crowd. Clean rooms and very nice staff.

Just a short walk to Shequaga Falls. Very clean and spacious. Reasonably priced. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us coupons for complimentary wine tasting at one of the local wineries. I would go back again. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with our stay! Staff was friendly and helpful, great location, and my room was very clean! If I'm ever back in the area I would definitely stay again!

Recently I stay there and it was amazing experience for me and my family. Also my kids had good time over there, Specially staff is very friendly and helpful. We will come back again.

Reasonably priced and good sized room. Right across the street from Tops which makes getting food or snacks a breeze. Room has a mini fridge which was useful. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. We stayed here on a weekend while in the area for the race track. Track is only a few minutes away up the hill.

Rooms are dated but decent. Location is good if you're coming to town for a race.

Im really disappointed with the free breakfast they havejust a freakin' coffee and fruits… I was hoping its a egg or bacon but neither of those I thought are none… very awful place if you're looking to stay here… One night me and my wife and one of our friend are smoking outside our room playing some bon Jovi and bruno mars some Spanish music also, at first we were having fun but sadly it was cut off early coz another guest complained that we were loud even though you can't even hear it inside the room and we're literally on front of our room so the clerk came to us and asked us to lower it down that was like around 9:30pm and so we complied we turn it down and then… one of the guest arrived around 10:00pm and heard our music went inside his room like 5mins later the clerk came to us again and said to not to play music outside anymore because some of the guest are leaving coz of our music they said to the clerk that they don't feel safe to stay coz of that… and then we went to the office to talk to the clerk and asked an early check out and refund us the rest coz we feel discriminated by the people staying at the motel but the clerk said he can't refund us anymore because he lost 3 guest already and I'm pretty sure he's lying coz I only saw one vehicle left from the moment he came to us until the time we went to his office. Very upset to this facility limited breakfast and a liar clerk.

I have stayed at The Falls Motel several times for events in the area. I have always found the Innkeepers to be friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities you would expect.

Clean, nice room, quite area but easy walk to "downtown". Staff called when we not Tere around 10:30pm and said they would leave our key out and we could do the paperwork in the am as the office e was about to close. Breakfast was only coffee, juice and a few packaged pastries.

Very cute and new motel. Good location. Only basic facilities but affordable. Although I don't have much time to spend here but I will definitely come back.

Location was excellent for travellers to Lake Seneca. Close proximity to Watkins Glen, the state park, and the plethora of local vineyards and wineries make this quiet, quaint hotel a contender. Room prices were very fair for the region. Rooms were modest in size but we're extremely clean. Hotel staff were welcoming and helpful with any questions we had about the hotel or the region. The only critiques I have relate to room placement and building construction. Our only window looked directly out into the parking lot and was easy enough to accidentally look into by passers by. Not a huge deal but we did keep our blinds closed for most of the day which was unfortunate. While I wouldn't call this hotel noisy (at least not when we stayed here) we could hear the room above us walking around occasionally and the steps to the second floor beside us were noticeably louder when someone was walking up them. Overall these two things did not negatively impact our stay at the Falls Motel and we had an overall incredible experience.

Located just outside Watkins Glenn itself. The room was clean and comfortable with a fridge, coffee maker, a/c, free Wi-Fi (unsecured), and cable TV. Murabella's italian restaurant is next door. They have a good selection on their menu, including pizza (which they'll deliver free). Beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous and accommodating. We didn't get to see the continental breakfast, as it was not reasy when we left (a little after 7 am).

Clean spacious king room w comfortable bed and 5 mins from Watkins Glen park. Very convenient location. Reasonable rates. Would come here again. 4 stars because the continental breakfast was left to be desired and you shouldn't pay extra for. Went out to eat instead.

Good rooms. Internet fast enough for streaming. TV has HDMI ports. Very helpful and courteous staff!
