Excilent service. Good environment.

Nice place to stay and breakfast included.

Fairly quiet in the room we stayed in (a little occasional road noise), comfy mattress, clean, AC worked. The person working three front desk was exceptional and made us feel welcomed — even let us know we could have some late night cereal from their breakfast bar if we were hungry. Firepit and workout room. Breakfast was good, lots of options — fresh fruit, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, and waffles.

Very nice rooms. Stayed there twice in 2 weeks because of great Expedia deals. Highly recommend for location, cleanliness and great front staff.

I got an amazing price on Hotwire for this hotel so I wasn't expecting much. Boy was I pleasantly surprised!
Super nice room, comfy bed & pillows and everyone on the staff was extremely pleasant & helpful… from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the lady taking care of the continental breakfast, which by the way is one of the best I have had.
Special shout out to Casey at the front desk! What an asset to your company!
If ever I'm back this way, I'll be sure to stay here.

Rooms were decent size. King sized bed and modern look. Bathroom left some to be desired as the bathtub was small and old and did not drain the water fully. Staff was friendly and helpful and free breakfast was included.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The suite was spacious and clean. The beds were an excellent size for two people and very comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for a small morning routine. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this hotel, and was impressed with all of the renovations! I had noticed the beautiful fire-pit outside. The open area in the lobby with the breakfast area is great. Rooms are updated, and the manager is very friendly to guest and his employees.

I was up at 4:30 in the morning and I was able to get fresh coffee. I asked about the fire pit and they lit it for Me! Watching a sunrise, with a hot cup of coffee while relaxing by a warm fire… Wow! I have never had a hotel experience like this. Kudos!

Are you looking to have a relative or friend stay somewhere close, real nice and for a surprisingly reasonable amount when visiting? Look no further. My brother was in town recently and he and his girlfriend loved it here. Convenient, it was just newly remodeled and they even feed you like you are a special guest!

This is now the third time I have stayed at this location. The renovations are absolutely gorgeous, the staff is excellent and they always make me feel like I'm at home. I highly recommend!

Great service, the room was clean and pleasant. I really like the fire pit outside. Plenty of parking for our large moving truck. Breakfast was okay, but not great. The oatmeal was cold and the bacon quite greasy. Overall we had a great experience and we'd stay there again.

It is a good hotel but I was charged to my credit card $909 of Mas and took 7 days to make the refund is breakfast is very good and the rooms very clean.

Stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago and the experience was more than great. The location is perfect with many shops, restaurants and activities in the area. Very easy to get onto all highways. The rooms were clean and fresh. The staff is absolutely wonderful. We have stayed at this hotel a few times and have noticed that the same individuals still work here year in and year out. It makes me think that they must like working for this management team otherwise they would leave. Makes me feel like everybody truly cares about me as a guest.

Do not stay here: hopelessly over-priced, basically a dingy 30-yo motel with no facilities beyond breakfast, dirty, and asking almost the same as the Radisson in the middle of town. You are 2-3 miles out of town here. Also watch out for fakery in the price quote: I asked for a 2-day quote: $160+ taxes etc, which sounded about right. Oh no, that's the per night charge. So a 2-day stay for 2 rooms was well over $650. What a scam. Usually we've been happy with HIE, but certainly not this one. Stay away.

Most corners in room dirty. Corners in bath seemed to have a tan/orange mold or mildew. Also, on check in two employees said the had to photo copy credit card. We said that was not acceptable. Employee said "it is ok, we keep the copies in a box in the basement" we Asked if copy of ID would suffice. I have photos of the dirt mold.

Loud Ceilings. My fiance and I stayed at the hotel for one night. It was clean and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good. My biggest complaint was that the ceiling was very very loud. It sounded like a 500 lb man was going to come through the ceiling. We couldn't sleep past 5 am because the creeks were so loud when the person started to walk around. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the attendant shrugged and said sorry. I felt like if we were paying this much for a hotel room, we should have been able to at least relax and sleep comfortably.

This hotel is pretty nice and would you would generally expect for a Holiday Inn Express. Older hotel with low ceiling, and long hallways, but the rooms and lobby have been renovated and are very nice. Good breakfast. Only complaint was that the Wi-Fi didn't reach my room, so I wasn't able to use it.
