Charlie and Rebecca showered us with such a great time for our anniversary get away. Lovely room, comfy bed and outstanding breakfasts, even accommodating my dairy free needs. Beautiful yard and flowers! Great conversation and so knowledgeable about things to do and see.

We took a quick weekend getaway and could not be more thrilled with our choice in where we stayed. Los Gatos was a beautiful property, providing gorgeous views of Penn Yan from a immaculately kept yard. We stayed in a cabin, which was so cozy and clean. It was nice to feel like we had some privacy, but also so close to others! Charles and Rebecca were so kind from check-in (that included brownies! ), to managing some technical difficulties with our cabin entry, to offering restaurant suggestions nearby. And the food! Breakfast was delicious every morning — a wide variety of sweet and savory, including so many local items. We left stuffed every morning on our way to wineries. The location was also so convenient to many wineries and quick access to restaurants in town. We cannot sing enough praises for our experience at Los Gatos and already cannot wait to return!

Spacious room we stayed in the Grand Suit! It had amazing views! The bed was super comfortable, and the private balcony was just stunning! Breakfast was homemade an they were very accommodating to food allergies! Everything was fresh from the biscuits to the jam and the juice! I Would 100% recommend this bed and breakfast!

Oh my gosh! This place is fabulous! Beautiful, clean, and welcoming! The cabin we stayed in was beautiful and peaceful. To add to the charm of the place, are the hosts, Charle and Rebecca! Absolutely positively our favorite bed and breakfast in the Finger Lakes region. The new owners, Charles and Rebecca are fabulous. They are definitely an attraction. Welcoming, friendly and accommodating, you couldn't ask for better hosts. The bed and breakfast itself is spotless, the grounds are scenic and tranquil, If you are looking for a place to regenerate, this is it. The breakfast is phenomenal, homemade, including their delicious juice. Do yourself a favor, and go and visit, you won't be sorry.

What a beautiful place it looks so peaceful, a place to really unwind and relax.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend get-way, and it was wonderful. Great hosts, breakfast, and scenery. Fabulous wineries and breweries nearby, too. We'd stay again if we weren't moving out of state.

My husband & I had an incredible first time at the Finger Lakes thanks to Burney & Susan at Los Gatos Bed & Breakfast! We cannot say enough wonderful things about this little piece of heaven! From the gorgeous property, the lovely cabin that we stayed in, and the wonderful inn keepers — Burney & Susan; this getaway was just what my husband & I needed! Burney & Susan we’re incredibly welcoming and accommodating even for our late 10:30pm Friday arrival; Burney greeted us and kindly showed us around the property even at such a late time in the evening. Thank you Burney & Susan for an incredible weekend! We will definitely be back to visit soon! Not to mention the breakfast is out of this world and worth the trip! Don’t miss out on this wonderful experience!

What a great B&B! The hosts were great, the food was great, the view is great, the location is great! My wife and I just stayed here for our anniversary for 4 days and enjoyed everyday, every bite, and every sip of their fresh ground coffee!

We drove to the Inn, after walking several miles on The U. S and Canadian side of Niagara Falls, in the blazing sun of a heat wave. When we were shown our 2nd floor "converted attic suite", I noticed the room temperature was 75 degrees. I asked how to lower it to around 70 and the owner Susan told me that 75 degrees is a comfortable temp and that I should just sit down in the room and run the floor fan. I used the wall unit to lower it to 70. At $200 per night, I should not have to be in a sweltering room and justify my own comfort. The ironic thing is they have 100% solar power and do not even buy electricity! Also, be at breakfast at 9 am sharp or no breakfast for you, since it is highly regimented!

My husband and I stayed here last June for our first wedding anniversary, and we loved it. Our hosts were so welcoming, the atmosphere was so peaceful. They were incredibly willing to accommodate my multiple food allergies, which is not something easy to find. We hope to stay again for our next anniversary. This may be a new tradition!

The breakfasts are great and the location is even better. And the fact that you get a free wine tasting at so many places is evenbetter yet.

Los Gatos is a great place to stay. We come here every year and we love it.

What a great place. The Finger Lakes region is the go-to destination for wine-tasting. But my wife and I are not into wine. We like to explore. Burney suggested Watkins Glen State Park, a mile-long, lush gorge with numerous waterfalls. My wife and I spent the better part of a day there, hiking all the paths and enjoying nature. The B&B itself is great, one of the best we've been to. Comfortable, with delicious breakfasts. Burney and Susan are perfect hosts.

Susan and Burney were awesome. Food was made from scratch and they were very knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful experience from the moment of checking in to departure. The breakfast is very good and was different every day or our stay. We sat on the deck every night enjoying the country views and the fire-pit. Burney and Susan are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire Finger Lakes region, and their recommendations were right on the money.

A superb weekend! Slept great, ate very well and enjoyed down to earth, all accommodating hosts. Thanks! We'll be back!

Just got back from this B&B and would highly recommend it to anyone. Our room was so comfortable and the entire establishment was so clean. We felt like we were at home. The owners were great. So friendly and accommodating and the food they served was amazing!

If you are looking to take a trip to the Finger Lakes I highly suggest you stay at Los Gatos B&B. Bernie and Sue are fantastic people and it shows in all they do. The B&B is well maintained and the food is fantastic. They were eager to assist in planning out your visit and they work with quite a few breweries and wineries that offer a little extra to their guest. We will definitely be back for another visit!
