Very friendly service from the staff and nice clean rooms. The breakfast has some room for improvement but it didn't outweigh the otherwise great experience.

Great hotel! Nice and clean, right on the river. The service personnel is very friendly. There is a small gym and a covered pool. It’s one of the nicest Hampton Inn hotels I’ve stayed so far. Free parking, nice beds, gas station and food store in front of the hotel walking distance.

As Hampton Inny as much as any Hampton Inn! Seemed to be newly renovated. Everything was nice!

Anazingly beautiful… just redone… all rooms are clean as can be and soooooo up to date… if your visiting binghamton and your thinking of staying at the hampton inn in vestal take the extra miles and stay here in owego its cheaper so you’ll save money anyway…

This hotel is excellent. I highly recommend it. The rooms are clean. The river views stunning. Hotel staff is very courteous. Breakfast is standard fare, but plentiful options give this breakfast a leg up on other's.

The Hampton Inns brand is the one I look for when traveling, Never a bad experience. I really enjoyed my stay the the Owego Hampton Inn location. Nice room view of the river looking towards the forest in background. Room was a nicely decorated room, very clean with most basic needs you would need in a hotel room. Room was quite, Internet (free Hilton Honors Member) was decent and fulfilled internet, email and searching requirements. Videos played well for most parts. Pool was indoors over looking the river, I would recommend this location and will stay again if in the area or passing thru. Staff as usual for Hampton Inns was excellent, very Professional and helpful!

Great hotel with a staff that truly cares. They just remodeled the public areas and balls and will be doing the rooms soon. That will also address my complaint if no mini fridge. After that, my only issue is the slow free internet, but that is a corporate thing.

Five stars keeping in mind that this is a mid-range hotel. Very friendly lady at the front desk, the public areas are updated and clean. The rooms are nicely furnished and immaculate. I'm used to this from Hampton Inn but this one is a step above. Also, beautiful view of the river to the west!

The location was great. The front desk person was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was raining so she allowed me to park my motorcycle by the front door where it would be dry. All in all great stay.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Owego was very pleasant. All staff I encountered were very friendly. The lobby was undergoing refurbishments but this was not distracting as it appeared to be mostly complete; there was some bare dry wall that hadn't been covered with wallpaper yet. My room was very clean and roomy. The only draw back was there wasn't a refrigerator or microwave as I have seen at other Hampton Inn locations. The fitness center was also a draw back. It is right down the hall from the lobby and is open with big windows so that every guest walking to the elevator can see in. It is also very small, really just enough space to fit the three machines that were in it. Breakfast in the morning was good, same as I have experienced at other locations. Fresh fruit other than apples and bananas was a nice addition. I was traveling on business and will return for that purpose because of its proximity to where I needed to work.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and complementary breakfast was better than most Hampton Inns. I would go back and would recommend to others.

Standard service as can be expected from a stay at a hotel for a working professional. Clean room and hallways and quick service. Only problem is there was no refrigerator in what seems like most of the rooms.

Everything was great and what you'd expect. Nothing too fancy but not too simple.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff was quick friendly and the hotel itself was very clean. I don't have many complaints, the biggest one being that one side of the shower doors was loose, but it was nothing compared to the rest of the hotel. I would recommend this to anyone going to the area, especially if you're attending the Binghamton graduation ceremony. It's a small distance away and the surrounding area is very nice.

Great people working here. Great service. I do think they have too many smoking rooms as I often get pushed to one. However, that isn't to big a deal.

Was there for an interview with Lockheed Martin. Hotel was really nice, had everything I needed. Was really close to Lockheed Martin and was easy to find. Room was decent size, bed was nice and clean, Internet was slow but worked.

I am a Hilton Honors member and always choose Hilton first. Passing through town, I asked if I could sit in the lobby to log in for a meeting and was told "no", ho to McDonald's. I explained that I had stayed there many times before and have a meeting to prepare for and both front desk and GM said no. Horrible customer service.

Rate. I stay at hamptons twice a week. This location customer service rep says wife must be present for rewards. Never before!

Very nice rooms and very nice staff. The breakfast could be bloody. Rich be something for the money.

I have not stayed here. If they cannot be kind and gracious when calling about work — — and asking friendly (not pushy) questions about how long they have been in business, etc. — — Am I to expect that the management and employees will be good to me as a guest — — or to my friends and family? I will never stay in a hotel where the staff is unfriendly — — as the manager who I spoke to on Tuesday afternoon 02/22/2011. Unfortunate.
