Great staff, great food and great atmosphere!

We are very disappointed….
Mom & I got a suite to spend time together. No Restaurant Service at all.
Room is huge,
but hardly any furniture in it.
Tiny couch but does not pull out. Towels are the oldest worst towels I’ve ever seen. Toilet paper & tissues are like wax paper…. I had to get a broom and sweep the floor myself. Big Balcony had a tiny metal table and chairs. Thick rubber mats line the tarpaper roof…… we paid for it but never even used it. Bedding substandard. Cheap old sheets and tiny pillows. Flowers outside are all wilted…. The grounds are gorgeous but everything else needs updating…. It’s a tired un maintained hotel. We’re very sad such a beautiful place could not have been a better stay.

I had my wedding here on aug 29 and they did an amazing job. They literally took care of everything. Colleen ran around like a crazy person to make sure everything was where it was supposed to be. And tessa and the bartender took good care of my guests. Alan made sure everything was set and fixed the confusion from the person before him. All in all I am so glad we got married here I could not thank them enough for making it so amazing.

Outstanding for pedicures, clean, relaxing. Ha does an amazing job, very caring and does not rush. The best I have ever had! Only place I feel comfortable getting pedicures❤️love talking with Ha also!

The spa was awesome. I felt great after my massage and I love the steam showers.

My husband booked me a surprise day at the spa this week and what a lovely experience it was! I've been an influencer for several years now and my absolute favourite products/services to try are beauty related, focusing heavily on skincare. All of the staff I interacted with were so friendly and engaging, courteous and professional! The rooms and facility immaculate. AND THE ROBES! Exquisite quality! Very luxurious! I had a massage, facial, and mani/pedi. All 3 of the women who performed those services were SO sweet! We all had great conversations that were SUPER informative (about my skin's needs, tips for how to get a stubborn nail polish to apply better) about what they were doing! The massage left me relaxed, the facial was AMAZING, and the mani/pedi flawless! The prices are very fair for the level of service you receive! I would 100% recommend Traditions at the Glen! 10/10

Can't find a independent page for the golf course and it's employees, but in all my years golfing at the surrounding courses (minus country club treatment) I have never had someone come out and offer water and make sure the guests were taken care of. Kudos to the staff! and Jim and Bart very friendly!

We just want to express our deepest gratitude to Traditions for hosting our daughter and son-in-law’s intimate wedding ceremony and dinner. They were an answer to prayer when plans became so uncertain during this pandemic. Not only did Traditions make the transition from the original ceremony and reception venues easy and cost-effective for us from what could have been extremely stressful, they were able to give the bride and groom a wedding day of their dreams! Traditions was just as excited after the long shutdown as we all were to be able to celebrate the wedding there! The beautiful setting and accommodations, the available services and amenities, the attentiveness and courteousness of the staff and servers, and the delectable menu were more than we could wish. Vincent, Jeannie, Paul, and Alan were amazing in attending to our every need and all the details leading up to and on that big day. Traditions truly loves what they do in making events extra special and giving guests an unforgettable and enjoyable experience!

The staff at traditions went above and beyond to make our wedding reception absolutely amazing despite social distancing and last minute changes with rules and restrictions with COVID-19 (which changed 2 days before our wedding! ) They made our day incredible while keeping everyone safe and socially distanced at the same time! Our guests loved the reception and commented how good the food was and how great the staff was! I would 110% recommend traditions to anyone for their wedding! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We had a company picnic out back and they had the Binghamton zoo come by for the kids, it was fantastic. There was a waitress that stopped me and complemented me on my shirt, she also loves plaid, she was extremely nice and helpful a fee times throughout the day. There was another female staff who was older and was very friendly and we talked for a moment. I love their employees, they are all just so nice!

Had a dinner there with a large crowd of over 200. It was very classy, the food and service were great as well! Even with the tons of rain we got the night of our get together, this outdoor tent-style venue stayed dry! It was beautifully decorated and had a wonderful atmosphere.

We visited the Spa at this place some time ago. We had a very positive experience. The staff was very friendly and outgoing — a def 5-star service… it's very clean and well maintained, the lockers and the shower/steam-rooms look like new. The salt cave is a must do!

We attended a 50 year high school eeunion. The setting was beautiful. Service amazing. Made to order pasta bar spectacular. Tent had no air movement. Very stuffy. Cooler outside.

My experience at Traditions was extremely enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The changing room was clean. I had a massage done by Jasmine. It was absolutely amazing. I have no siatic nerve pain anymore.

I visited the spa for hair and makeup on my wedding day and always wanted to return because they have a wonderful atmosphere. We brought out of state family to the mother's day brunch and they did not disappoint. Staff is excellent, grounds are beautiful and food is delicious. They are simply the best in the Binghamton region.

I attended a local event at Traditions recently. I have been to weddings and events at Traditions at the Glen over the years and find that their service is hit or miss. Food was good, as usual, but for this event we had an appetizer table and passed apps. They only had one server for us so the hot food did not circulate quickly. The cold apps were gone very soon after the food hour started and nothing was refilled. What was supposed to be a light ‘dinner’ ended up being barley one small plate for me, and my colleague who showed up just before our guest speaker received nothing.

Really nice place. Wonderful hair salon. Excellent perfect foils! Very happy with Coreen. It's cost a bit more but check out there monthly special.

Awesome, my husband and I had a couples massage so relaxing. Enjoyed dinner too. We are going to stay over next time to extend our enjoyment, A big thank you to all.

Love staying here for a low key night away from home. This is the second year we have spent the night for new years eve and though we didn't stay at the hotel for much other than sleeping, it's always a great experience. The front desk staff is attentive and friendly and the rooms, while creaky, have a charm about them and are homey and comfortable. Will stay here again and maybe partake in the spa and tavern next time!

My review is for the Salt Sanctuary which I have visited several times over the last couple of years. Very easy to make a reservation for a time and the staff was very friendly. I have respiratory problems and I honestly feel my breathing is much better after a visit to the Sanctuary. Very peaceful and relaxing during the session. I recommend this to anyone who wants to breathe better and totally unwind from stress.

Overall, my stay was very good. The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs. The rooms themselves were very well kept. However, our temperature control appeared to be dysfunctional and the ventilation was loud. Overall, I would stay here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

Good location, near the highway but a little isolated, being on top of a hill with a long drive. The rooms are good — TV, climate control, drawers, and a desk. Never have had a problem with service.

Went for the annual labor law conference. They serve a decent spread for their breakfast meeting. Ample space and nice setting. Only issue was the feedback from the microphone. I sat to the far side of the room and it was all I could hear. It was also pretty chilly in there. I didn't even take my coat off.

This is definitely a gorgeous property, and the hotel itself looks stunning. I stayed for a night with my boyfriend and it was just a nice little staycation. While the room was nice, the TV had some major problems (the remote wouldn't work and the DVD player was a wreck). For the price I expected it to be a bit fancier, but over all I was pleased.

We were here for Sunday brunch today. The food was pretty good for a buffet, the service Not so much! The girl who was waiting on us (Emily). Took forever refilling our beverages, never cleared away a used plate, and we had to wait quite a while for the check, when it was obvious that we were finished (we even stacked all of our used plates for her). They definitely need a better system, or need to hire more help.

I had a very relaxing afternoon at the spa. My massage was great and I felt very refreshed when leaving. The amenities are excellent, especially the steam shower. The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly.

My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting the So a at Traditions and their salt room. The reception was lovely and warm, and the experience was certainly beat. Would visit again.

I had a massage, Mani, and pedi. The staff was very nice and the services were top notch. The environment was classy and I felt super pampered after I left.

They treat their employees like slaves. They make them work for almost minimum wage and don't get appropriate tips on events that that can cost over $30, 000, maybe 40-50 dollars if they are lucky serving and working their ass. Not somewhere I would spend my money! Will never hold an event their again after I found out this information.

Went to traditions for a burger for me and a salad for my beauty Queen Kit Kat. Our waitress (bartender) was excellent… food was great. I just wonder why the fireplace wasn't going as it was raining out Maybe management needs to get on their toes Or Traditions should find someone who CAN. Our visit overall was nice and glad to hear Jim is still the Chef. Watson would be glad.

I had a lovely brunch here with my family and friends after my nephew's baptism. The atmosphere was friendly, the food was good, and the staff was attentive. You will need to make a reservation before you go though.

Always a pleasant time getting the buffet on a random Sunday. Everyone us a joy to visit with and all the employees make an effort to remember names and faces. When we walk in we feel as if we're part of their family.

Spa was okay thought they messed up our reservations. Room was nothing fancy but was super expensive. Also the restaurant for dinner was terrible. Sunday brunch was tasty.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. We were attenting a frundraising gold tournament anf there was a dunner to follow in the hotel ballroom. The decor was tasteful and the food was delicious. Definitely recommend for any type of event.

Traditiona at the Glenn Resort was amazing. The spa treatments was great! They were very nice and friendly. I would definitely go back there! Great weekend stay!

The salt spa at Traditions is a relaxing and peaceful experience. In addition to the hour of quiet relaxation, it is also very beneficial to the lungs. The Hymalayan salt detoxifies and helps to bring the body into a blissful, balanced state of better health. I highly recommend this wonderful experience.

Very professional and upscale spa. The salt sanctuary was very relaxing and the massage was top notch. They also do couples massages. UNCLE GERRY'S TIP: If you have never spent time in a salt sanctuary, it's worth the price of admission. Trust me on this my friends.

Going down hill fast. Over the past year and a half I would visit at least twice a month for hair, nails and products. It was a nice escape. If someone is looking for a first class salon/spa I am sorry to say this is no longer it. Over the past few months I have noticed a change in front desk staffs attitude and upkeep of the facility. It went from being one of my favorite places to a below average spa. A prime example is equipment breaking, i. E. The nail polish removing tool was not replaced for weeks, when I am paying for a manicure I would hope for the correct equipment. Oh and then this past week lack of heat in the changing room for massages. This week, I received a call saying the stylist, Kat (Nails, hair and tanning), who I had seen from day one was no longer there. I was always impressed with how much pride Kat took in her work and she went above and beyond each visit. I could deal with poor upkeep but that combined with this is a deciding factor for me. I am waiting to hear where my stylist ends up and will be moving all of my business there.

The salt sanctuary was very relaxing and the massage was top notch. I would go back!

The rooms and hotel are beautiful. The spa is, a must for the weary traveler or just a weekend getaway.

Showed up on Sunday for the breakfast buffet. They put out a good spread, the omelet station guy is on point. Carved meat, eggs Benedict, pancakes, waffles… etc. Etc. Prefer the silo for Sunday brunch, but this is a valiant effort.

For a banquet type event, Traditions is a nice choice. The food was very good, and the rooms are nice. I wish there was a bar for drinks, but the event I attended did not include that. There may be an option to include one, but I don't know as I did not organize the event. Overall it was a very good choice for a banquet.
