I would give at most 3. The place is overpriced and over ranked. The room supposed to be smoke free but it was smelling cigarette. The owner showed us a second room when I did not like the first one. The second was really really bad. It was like a perason just smoked and left the room. There was stains on the pillow cover and night stand was not clean. Even hair dryer was not clean. There is no breakfast. The table which coffee machine sits on that was unorganized and did not look hygienic. The owner seems helpful but he should work on the place.

Excellent place to stay my son and I stayed here for 2 days for fishing derby, the guys here are great very friendly and helpful and super clean rooms, we will be back.

Nice stay comfortable beds and clean rooms. Just wish they had an outdoor pool for summer or something though. Overall nice hotel.

Not the Ritz by any means but this place is clean, cozy, and affordable. The vibe and atmosphere is top notch. Locally owned and has a resident manager who epitomizes hospitalty. Conveniently located near major highways, local eateries, and activities.

This place is a true hidden gem. The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely affordable. It was quiet and the staff was extremely friendly. You will not find a better value room on the road. I've traveled extensively across the states, and not many hotels/motels are memorable, but this modest little lodge has a lot to offer. We'll be back.

We're from Florida yup here visiting family. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful… very friendly and informative. The rooms are spacious and have what you need. My only complaint is the bed has a hump in the middle of it and is way too soft for my back's liking. I would have loved to have hair conditioner in the bathroom however, that is easily remedied ☺ Overall though… great price, super clean, good location, and great customer service.

Rooms were spacious and clean (there was a musty smell) Sort of a cottage feel to the rooms. The man up front was extreme nice!

I didn't really like this place. There is very bad service and even though it says no smoking or pets we walked in the hotel and it smelled like smoke and we got into our room and it smelled like cat spray. One day the maid wasn't even there. Sorry but this hotel was aweful.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Very helpful in general. @ $60 per night ~ you can't beat it. A lot cheaper & way better than the other place we had reservations for.

It's a nice place, with good prices, rooms aren't so bad especially since the new owner ship, overall not a 5 star hotel but not to shabby as well.

I reserved a room for the 2016 New Years weekend. It was exactly as described. The room was very clean. That is something I find truly important. After inspecting the room, I found nothing wrong, not even a speck of dust on top of the picture frames and even the inside toilet rim test was clean (rub a little tissue under the inside rim)! I was very impressed! The staff were extremely nice! The General Manager was truly welcoming! It's not a fancy hotel, but more a homely hotel! I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here three nights while on business in the area. The owner, Tim, is very nice and made me feel right at home. It is an older establishment and was in the process of remodeling, but the room was clean, linens spot free, and the bed was comfortable. I was able to get a good nights sleep every night.

While camping nearby, our tent flooded and we needed a dry place to sleep at the last minute. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the price was the most reasonable, so we booked it. It's nothing fancy, and kind of has a mom and pop/small business feel. Offered me coffee right away and rooms were clean — no signs of bugs or anything like that (and I checked. ) So we were very happy with our stay.

My wife and I stayed here on Jan 9 after getting caught up in a storm. The inn was very clean. The owner was pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice. The inn is on well water so we were offered bottled water to drink. Price was reasonable for the value.

Pleasantly Surprised! Nice, cute, cozy place. New name is Chaffee Lodge. New owners are working on everything. Rooms are really nice. My 14 year old daughter approves of all the Direct TV channels. I would recommend this to anyone. kg.

Nice country motel. New owners are fixing it up. They were very friendly to my daughter and myself. I would recommend and will stay again if ever in the area.
