Beautiful hotel. Everything was clean and our room was perfect. It was nice being canal-side and we were in walking distances of restaurants and downtown. The staff was amazing and the Panorama on Seven was a great place to eat breakfast. Definitely recommend for a stay in Buffalo!

Attended a banquet this evening, the food was served hot, delicious and expedient by attentive service staff. The room set socially distant, staff were wearing masks which made us feel safe. I’d highly recommend Buffalo Marriott LECOM banquet facility.

Love this hotel so much and that friendly staff!

No internet, said it was free but wouldnt connect. No breakfast, no help when needed suggestions to eat, drink, just sucks no cups no coffee, told to go to Tom Hortons. Thought it had a pool and jacuzzi, nope that's next door at THE OTHER MARRIOTT, was very upset.

Also breakfast at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and way too much salt!

You can walk to everything without going outside! Everyone was wonderful; staff and guests.
The only downside is no microwave in any rooms. So while taking home the amazing food you experience in the area, leftovers are not an option to warm up in your room. But you can keep them cold with the fridge. Not helpful for midnight munchies.
Also this is the first hotel we've experienced that does not offer alcohol (wine, beer) to purchase in the Sundry Shop. BYOB ahead of time on Elmwood Ave!
Rings are amazing though and the shower… omg… rainfall. Housekeeping was so friendly and the views are excellent no matter what side.

The staff is so amazing here. We got lost on the way to the hotel and the staff stayed on the phone with us until we arrived. The view was beautiful from our room, very clean. We had an amazing experience here.

If you go to bar, make sure you ask for Dan M, he is all about making sure you have a positive experience. Friendly and professional.

Stayed for three nights and the service there is comparable to properties like the JW or even the Ritz. I received a courtesy call before check-in, was greeted and checked in my a manager and the M Club had some of the most amazing evening desserts. I asked for a microwave to be in the room and it was provided. My room on the 10 floor facing the water was quiet and very comfortable. It is evident that the associates at Marriott Harborcenter take pride in the property and the customer service and hospitality offered should be modeled at other Marriott brands. I look forward to visiting again soon and indulging in more sponge candy cheesecake… delicious!

The staff was nice and informative, restaurant was delicious and timely. I spent several hours in the clubhouse reading my book and taking notes, interruptions were minimal and mostly to ask if I wanted a refill of my water, which I did. A very professional staff with a pleasant, peaceful stay.

First rate property with a fantastic staff! The moment you arrive and are greeted you know you're in for a great stay. The rooms are great, The hotel lounge next to the lobby is awesome! Every staff member throughout the property is very attentive, friendly and helpful.

Took forever on their orders. Their special burger the p7 was ordered without bacon or blue cheese and a cheeseburger without bacon all came in with bacon and disgustingly drenched in blue cheese. Looked good, tasted horrible. Would not go in there again. 7 pm reservation and food was served at 8:30

This is one of the best Marriotts we have stayed in the United States… We have stayed in many… and none can compare to this hotel. From arrival to leaving, the best experience! Staff was friendly, attentive and professional. We got a free upgrade to a junior suite King size bed, living room, and kitchenette. Along with adjoining room, 2 Queens. Perfect for a family of 4. We ordered room service, food was delicious and huge portions. My husband got mini treats at the executive lounge. I would come to this hotel again.

Poor follow through on a wake up call ruined an otherwise fairly pleasant experience. The staff were very courteous and welcoming here and the room was excellent. The location was a bit of a pain to find parking and navigate the complex elevator system (also don’t like having to pay $12 separately to park even without valet! ) but other than that, hotel was excellent. I arrived at the hotel Near midnight, exhausted from an already lengthy day of travel due to weather problems and re-routing from airlines. I called the front desk and asked for a wake up call at 4AM and 4:05 for my 6:03 flight. I fully intended to use the wake up call as a back up since my phone was dying and I didn’t have a charger and wasn’t sure how long it would last. Anyway I went to go set the alarm on my phone and got distracted reading a news article and fell sleep. I woke up at 5:05am panicked because I never got a wake up call! I was still 24 minutes from the airport and had to turn in rental car and still check a bag! Thankfully I made it to the airport without getting a speeding ticket, but I was very disappointed in the poor follow-through especially after I asked for two separate wake up calls. And in case you’re wondering no, I did not fall asleep after they made a call… There was no make up call. I was worried about it when the front desk operator ended the conversation by saying “OK I’ll make sure I get those in!

Wedding was spectacular. Staff was a little psycho. Five minutes after open bar ended, tried to grab a beer. Staff was acting like I'd just stolen the vault. Guess, they did a head count, no need to be stingy at a wedding, good sir!

Gorgeous new hotel right on the lake! Fantastic modern hotel with access to tons of services and dining options. Staff could not be more accommodating and friendly. Views are spectacular. Stay at this hotel!

Stayed for a weekend during a concert event at Canalside. Staff was AMAZING, room was meticulously cleaned and cared for and had unbelievable views. Very very highly recommend!

Buffalo Marriott Harborcenter is an excellent place to watch sunsets, and relax after a long day. I am staying on the 15th floor with views of Canalside and Erie Basin Marina. The staff are friendly, professional, and go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.

For a hotel in Buffalo, NY it is quite nice. It's by no means phenomenal, or breathtaking, but more along the lines of convenient location, clean, and still has that "new" feeling. The bed was excellent, the staff was fine, the view was great, so overall I would say it is above average. I would recommend it and would likely return someday. Plus the surprise, complimentary champagne and desserts was a classy touch, we were there for our anniversary. So thank you!

The staff was excellent, very customer service oriented and fast answers and deliveries with any request. The room was stunning, clean and exactly what we asked for. I am planning to stay here again in September and I am so happy to be returning!

What a beautiful hotel in an amazing neighborhood! The rooms are great — spacious, well appointed and so very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and ever so helpful. They even helped give us ideas of where to take our kids. Would go again in an instant.

We stayed at the Buffalo Marriott Harborcenter this past weekend. The hotel was beautiful and the lakeside view from our room was picture perfect! But the best thing was the restaurant attached to the lobby. We ate breakfast there and our waitress, Gracie, was outstanding! My daughter has Celiac disease and a peanut tree nut allergy. Our waitress and the chef went above and beyond to make a lovely Gluten Free and Peanut Free breakfast for my daughter. Before we left to attend Girls On The Run that my daughter and I were participating in, our waitress Gracie and the restaurant manager Kim brought out a bag of goodies for both of my daughters to take to the run!

The service at this hotel is what service should be. I’ve only been here a handful of times, but every time has been top notch. Their presidential suite is excellent for meetings. The hotel rooms and facilities are very up to date, comfortable and eye pleasing.

Nice location with lots of good walking and places to explore around the hotel. Good restaurants nearby, lake shore trail, and a neat little park to sit in on sunny days. The hotel itself is new and clean with nice beds and rooms. No complaints here. Nice stay.

What a great experience. I can't say enough good things about our experience. Such nice people every where in the hotel. Breakfast was outstanding. We had a room with a lake view and it was beautiful. Such a nice place. Loved it!

I liked this hotel for a while as it brought big city hotels to downtown Buffalo. The views over the lake are fantastic and the rooms are modern and well put together. The restaurant and bar are good and the bar tenders are dressed in a 20s style. The main advantage is it's right by the Buffalo Sabres arena. The downside is it's an expensive hotel and you have to pay for overnight parking. There are now newer and nicer hotels in Buffalo that are cheaper and have free valet parking.

Business and pleasure mix well here. The hotel has everything you need for work meetings. After hours you have sports events nearby in walking distance. Good bars onsite and others also in walking distance. This hotel highlights the growing City of Buffalo by showcasing itself right on the harbor. Staff is courteous and rooms are modern and clean. This hotel will be a definite do-over for me.

An establishment build on unspeakable levels of paramount customer service and gestures. Upon checking in, I felt like John M. Kristal C. And Dylan A. Made me feel like a guest in my own home. Traveling for the portion of the day and working the rest, Dylan offered me a complementary adult beverage as a kind gesture to a long day on the road. I can't reiterate how much I would recommend this property for anyone! The amenities were top notch, and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I travel the majority of the year, if only ever hotel could operate in such a way, every experience would be a prefect one at that! Kudos to those team associates that represent Marriott and the brand in a way that should make upper management proud!

Had a conference here for work. It was a excellent facility. Beautiful view and great snacks & lunch. Easy access to the Key Bank Center for Sabres game during the evening. Look forward to another event here!

Very nice hotel. Brand new, great room with a fantastic view. Only issues are that it is expensive, the parking fee is expensive, and there were two long black hairs on our towels.

The staff were very helpful and made our 2 day meeting very comfortable. The food was great and we were able to grab some sabres tickets and walk over to the arena through their covered walkway. Highly recommended if you're a hockey fan and need to spend a couple nights in Buffalo.

Exceptional hotel. Everyone there was professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean and looked amazing. Had drinks I the restaurant and they weren't too bad for price. Very central location to the keybank center and our event. There was a few puba near by and within walking distance so it made things very convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here 11-16 Dec 2017 for a work trip. The service was very good. I cannot express how pleasant the staff was, from check-in to club room staff, to maid service, everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the hotel location was great. Last, the view is beautiful! The shower head was a little strange, but I got use to it after a day. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed in many Marriott’s and this was the best. That says a lot. Customer service was incredible.

Staff was wonderful. Place was very clean and modern. View beautiful. However woke up very sore from bed and shower had no pressure — water sat in bottom of shower. Harbour center had no stores open they close in September for the season. (? ) Side note wishing they had a drug store & convenient store near.

Absolutely wonderful! Rooms are fantastic and the staff is one of the most friendly I have ever found. Coming from Fl I didn't expect to find such hospitality in Ny. Kim Bach the lounge manager made a rainy day so nice. She is so polite and helpful, went above and beyond what would be expected to put a smile on my our face, when getting out and seeing the town wasn't going to happen. (Nasty weather). Many great things in Buffalo to do and see and if you need a place to call home Marriott harbor center is the place. Thank you to all the staff and Kim. You made our day!

Very trendy hotel in a great location. Lounge is excellent for breakfast and snacks if you have access.

They didn't upgrade for us and without any explanation. As platinum and gold members we were so disappointed with them. They don't have swimming pool and very terrible food. It's extremely bad experience for us. There is no bath tub in bathroom…

We went for drinks at Panorama. The view was amazing. The bartenders were friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be going back.

The service is impeccable. They made us feel like VIPs. The hotel itself is beautiful with guest room color themes I would put in my own home! Something I never saw before was a wooden floor (in grey tones) with carpet inlay around and under the bed. Amenities were upscale.

I had the pleasure of having brunch here on 7/9/17 for my Birthday. The service was great but I have to stress how delicious the food was. I was fortunate to meet the chef/cook who prepared my food and Jackie was a delight to meet. She deserves to be celebrated. Thank you Marriot Harbor Center for adding to a great Birthday.

Beautiful place. Close to the key bank event center… Tunnel that goes directly to the center… Rooms very comfortable and room service was great. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Had a girls night to watch a concert there. The concert was basically downstairs from the hotel, and the staff was extremely friendly. Bedrooms are very roomy with a sit down area for all of us, and the beds were so soft and comfortable. Tim Hortons downstairs for breakfast… this hotel had it all! The best was the view of the harbor. So pretty to wake up and look out to see the water, light house and boats. A definite place to stay in our future!

Clean rooms with modern style. Our rooms had a view of the lake but two queen beds. I switched to a single king bed room with a view of the roof on floor 10. Higher rooms must have a better view. The room was very quiet. Checkin had a few quickly fixed errors.

This is our second time here. The only thing that would be nice is to have a spa. Some of food is gourmet which for the novice is hard, but I am learning lol. The staff here is amazing, room service even asks permission to come into your room with your food. Love this place nice get away. I am a rewards member makes it even btr.

The hotel is new and staff very friendly. Great views. Major part of my review however is the sleep quality. I don't know what was up with the mattress, but it kind of sloped around edges so feels like your legs and head lower then rest of the body. I don't use pillow and am 6'6 so am affected more than average person, but from more than a dozen or so hotels I stayed at this was the worst bed I've had. My wife also shared my experience. Really wish could give a better rating since everyone was so nice.

Nothing fancy but well situated and maintained. Good value for price. Nice recreation facility. Rooms were clean and a nice size. Staff were pleasant and parking available. Ice vending machines were not reliable. Bar in hotel was very nice looking. Walking distance to sports facilities.

Every room in this hotel has a fantastic view. Overlooking parts of the area, you get a great view of the Buffalo River. The location is a bit out there, and there is some local sightseeing, but it's only a cab ride away from fun and excitement. Be sure to walk down a few blocks to Ballyhoo and check out some of their jam drinks. It's only a few blocks from the hotel and definitely worth the visit. The food is pretty stellar too.

The most cost-effective Marriott ever lived.

We didn't check to get in when we got here after a 6 hour drive had to wait until almost 5. When check-in starts at 2. This happened to us last year when we came to this place. Has to wait at the lobby bar. The bartenders were really friendly. Good location but really expensive.

The view is spectacular. The perfect place for a romantic nocbe.

The hotel is very nice overall. The rooms are well appointed, the staff is very friendly, and the room service is great. Be sure to check out the bar, Panorama, for great cocktails.

I only came here as a guest to the M Club Longe. Very swanky with higher end complimentary food offerings like prosciutto and arancini. Nice staff and fantastic views from the 7th floor lobby/lounge.

I attended a professional event at the Buffalo Marriott and I was very impressed by the space. The views from the 7th floor are beautiful. I'm not sure if Marriott catered the event, but if they did, the food was amazing. Much better than I had expected. I'll have to talk my wife into a weekend visit to Buffalo so we can stay a night in the Marriott.

A group of friends and I stayed at the Harborcenter Marriott on 2/26/16. Our entire group was extremely impressed with the attentive and courteous staff beginning with the employees in valet parking. We were then greeted by an employee named Eddie at the elevator who advised us that he was there to serve and to call and request his services if needed. Upon arriving at the desk to check in I discovered that I incorrectly made my reservation for the Courtyard Marriott instead of the Harborcenter where the rest of our group was staying. Serhan (check-in) realized the error I had made and immediately took care of securing a reservation for me. I honestly expected to be told that every room was sold out and they would be unable to accommodate me. I was very grateful and honestly so amazed at the incredible service I received. Our entire group was very appreciative and very impressed. Serhan walked us over to the elevator to let us know which one to take. Upon arriving upstairs we were greeted by two young women from Housekeeping and asked if we needed anything. The rooms were extremely clean. I can't say enough about the quality of the hotel and the exceptional staff! I am planning on booking a block of rooms for my daughters upcoming wedding after having such a wonderful experience.

Extremely helpful staff that genuinely cares about making your stay the best it can be. Have left very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism that this beautiful new hotel has to offer. All of the modern amenities and a genuine atmosphere make for a great stay!

Such a great hotel from the Valet personnel that greet you upon your arrival, to the staff at Check-In, and those who serve you in the restaurant. Bill in valet was always happy and friendly, and took great care of our car, never having to wait. Meghan at check-in went above and beyond with securing our rates and providing nothing short of exceptional service. Joey, Kim, and Tabatha took care of all of our serving needs in the bar and restaurant. Room service was prompt, food was delicious and warm, and it even came with fresh flowers. We will definitely be returning!

We went to the lounge on the 7th floor for my wife's birthday for some drinks… Excellent views and ambience. The bartender was friendly and made my wife an wonderful birthday martini. Had wonderful time and look forward to going again.

The room was amazing and very up to date. We ordered a meat and cheese platter at night and breakfast in the morning from room service. Both meals were fantastic. Everything involving the room and our overnight couldn't have been better. We only had two bad experiences: one was parking, there was an event that night and valet parking was mandatory for all guests but no one seemed to know 100% what was going on and what our cost would be. The other was in the morning on our way out, the elevators to the street level were not working and we were just told to continue to wait for and obviously inoperable elevator (we had been waiting five minutes before asking) eventually I insisted someone ask their maintenance dept what was going on which resulted in them finding out that an engineer was there and had shut off the elevators without letting hotel staff know. I will absolutely stay in this hotel again, overall it was a very nice experience.

Location is super-convenient to downtown attractions like First Niagara Center and Canalside. Rooms are first rate and the M Club is a nice 24x7 change from the concierge lounge. Service was personal and quick. In the time surrounding the Buffalo Sabres game, the lobby was somewhat chaotic, but otherwise, elevators are easy to come by, and usually direct to your floor.

This is an amazing hotel. It's also very new. Honestly… somewhat unexpected in Buffalo. But really high end in terms service (especially), decor, & food. Out of my 50-60 Marriott room nights last year, the concierge lounge here is the best of any, by far. One small caution — if you are a light sleeper, you may prefer a city view room versus a lake view room. Lake view rooms suffer from the noise of an elevated highway. Seems the contractor short changed the hotel in terms of sound proofed glass. The technology is certainly available. I also really like the integrated lobby floor concept with the front desk, bar, dining room and concierge lounge all in one area. Gives a very warm, welcoming and high activity environment. Update — I learned later this is only one of 8 Marriott's worldwide with the new lobby theme and "M-Club" versus concierge lounge. Seems great to me.

The Mariott Harborcenter was amazing. It was a very convienent location to many things especiallybthe Sabres game. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. We stayed in a base level room and felt big enough to be considered a suite. I would love to stay there again!

Awesome hotel! Brand new with very friendly staff. Great perks if you are a Marriott rewards member with Gold or Platinum status. Location is downtown with great views. Great food and drinks at the restaurant and bar. Will be staying here again if I get the chance!

This might just be the nicest hotel we have stayed at. Our room overlooked Lake Erie and we had a great view of the illuminated grain elevator.

The staff was friendly, and the hotel was nice, clean, and quiet. My only qualm was that there was no hot tub. Otherwise I'd have given 5 stars.

Went for a wedding reception. Our bride and groom were fabulous and the hotel was impressive. However, they crammed way too many people into a space that was too small to accommodate so many. The elaborate table linens and chair coverings were stunning but made it difficult to maneuver around the banquet. The servers were continually bumping our chairs trying to get through. Even the tableware was touching my neighbor's. Ladies were cautious not to get their shoes caught on the long table cloths draped on the floor. Serving of the meal was slow and obviously not well orchestrated. The servers were pleasant and did their best, by all means, but this venue really has a long way to go in this area. At the bar, I was denied the opening of a new can of coke to top off my less than full mixed drink. I was told I could come back when they had to open one for another guest. Why? Lastly, the effort to put so many guests into this banquet area, took away from the dance floor space which this lively celebration would have truly benefited from.
