I’ve been here for a week as I’m taking a work related class. The staff is very friendly and have really gone above and beyond for any needs we had. The food was excellent and you can’t beat the lake views. 5 stars!
THIS IS SOLELY ON THE BREAKFAST BUFFET ONLY — The location with its fantastic views are near perfect. You want breakfast on the lake, this is breakfast on the lake. The interior can use a bit of a freshening, but overall you eat there for the gorgeous views of the lake. The food for a breakfast buffet is near perfectly complete. From eggs and potatoes to biscuits and gravy they pretty much have everything. You want for nothing when it comes to the diversity of breakfast items.
I enjoyed the view from the pool. The private beach was very small and lots of stairs. The house keeping staff only threw over the comforter and didn't bother to pull up the sheets when making the beds, which was disappointing. But overall a decent room.
