I’ve been an owner for over 20 years. It’s our favorite vacation.

There were mice droppings in the room and they wouldn’t give us our deposit back. Had to fight with the charge card company and they reimbursed me. Most horrible management I have ever seen anywhere. They never even called us back about the refund.

Beautiful place and right when you walk outside the lake is right there! Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom! Super relaxing.

Such a wonderful place. Workers are all very nice and were so helpful. Very clean. We stayed in them main house and love it. Views were so beautiful. We will return again. I understand that is under a new management team so maybe the past reviews of nasty people no service was from the old team because I was a pain in the butt when picking out a place to stay and they were all nothing but nice to us. Thank you all. See you again.

This place takes great pride in the cleanliness of their units and has great management Jacqueline is the friendliest and most dedicated person I have ever met she makes the guests feel like they matter excellent place to stay.

Expected much more at the price, units need an update badly, paper thin walls. Very hilly plot so only consider a unit right on the water. Miniscule beach area. At $500 per night rack price this place is sure to disappoint. Only 1 mile north of Lake George town.

Stayed at The Quarters last week for our family vacation, this was our 5th year returning and had a great time. The grounds are well maintained and staff are all professional, friendly and accommodating. The townhouse was immaculate and the views of the lake from the deck are beautiful.
This trip we did check out some other places around Lake George to stay but decided that The Quarters is the perfect place for us so we will be back next summer!

My daughter booked a weekend on Expedia for her wedding in 2018 and now has been told that the rooms are all condos owned by private people who haven't notified Quarters of any available weeks for 2018. So everything on Expedia was incorrect and no you don't have anything booked and she is SOL. Very poor management and customer service. Person she spoke with had the attitude of oh well too bad for you.

Our family of four stayed at The Quarters for a weekend winter getaway in February and it was perfect for us. Situated right on the lake just minutes from the village, this condo is WAY better than a hotel. Our kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and having their own room! The staff is accommodating, the price is right, and the view is spectacular! We will absolutely return!

This place is like if you where home very comfortable enjoyed it.

Had a wonderful experience staying at the Quarters Resort at Lake George last week — actually hated to leave. Met repeat guests who have been coming to this location and also owners who were enjoying their week as well. The Quarters is close to the Lake George Village as well as many good restaurants. Looking forward to going back.

Worst, worst, hotel or staying experience in my whole life. We woke up at 1 A. M in the middle of the night with a fight from the neighbour door. In the morning we asked to get a refund and leave the Hotel. They refused it (They said they have no return policy). Then we asked them to change our unit and they did. At the end of our stay, they charged us extra $ because they changed our room which they never mentioned about it. I was planning a calm long weekend with my girlfriend, they turned it to a nightmare. There are 1000 more otels&lodges just pick any of them and have peace on your mind.

My husband and I had a great time visiting the quarters, the view of the lake is beautiful. The condo we stayed in was very clean, the staff was great and answered all of our questions. I told all my family and friends about this resort and I can't wait to go back! I don't know what the person below me is talking about because this resort was very "gud".

Okay so The front desk told us about the wrong check out time! And if you dont get out they charge 50 dollars! And there are certain chech out procedures in the binder they give but who reads the binder and we didnt do all they asked so they charged us. But then we talked it out with the managent office so they will probs start leaving check out procedures under the door. But also when we arrived nothing was working the phone the remote contorls ect… But besides all the defaults they did fix most of them, it was a beautiful experience. The lake was amzing and the outdoor pool was amazing. But I would recomend it if they do wut they say they will do. But'll recomend it and Ill see if they did wut they said they would. The condo was comfortable besides the things not working.
