Great experience at this hotel. Close to plaza.

Great location! Love the suite we were in. The bedding was so soft and comfortable. Love the artistic touches.

So upon first impressions I was concerned. Once you get past the entrance past the Asian sushi restaurant to the actual lobby… If you are open things begin to improve… A boutique hotel is always a bit of an adventure and of course that’s what I like! The character of this place is 1920s through 1940s and the music is apropos. I was impressed The host knew Marlene Dietrich was featured at the moment. The small but very comfortable room was well appointed and beautifully decorated far more so than what you find at a corporate chain. The oom have Evian water which is absolutely necessary in Santa Fe, other drinks/snacks, a small convection/pizza refrigerator and quite the swanky shower curtain. Just a short distance walk one of my fav restaurants in Santa Fe — il piatto (great Italian) So if corporate chain is not your cup of tea and your slightly adventurous, you just might enjoy this little gem!

So much artistic decor in every room its so beautiful, and the staff is absolutely amazing and so very helpful. But the beds are so so so hard. 4.5 stars.

9 family members traveled here from New Jersey to attend a family wedding. We had 5 rooms, each unique and very clean. Staff was nice, perfect location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed evenings on the patio and met some nice fellow travelers. Great cafe in the front of building. Would recommend.

Loved it! Very enjoyably quirky. Uniqueness of hotel layout is a bit odd, but it's the kind of place I enjoy staying. It was very clean, and although the room was quite small, it was well appointed with a number of thoughtful amenities (quality bath products and lotions, make up remover, etc). There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room as well. The location can't be beat. Would happily stay here again!

Great little boutique hotel two blocks from the main Santa Fe Plaza. Quiet location and easy in/out. A little pricey, but fair enough for Santa Fe.

We have stayed here a couple of times and won’t stay anywhere else when we come to Santa Fe. Very clean the rooms are spacious and great staff. Love it here.

Excellent and friendly staff, cozy rooms. Love the location. Only complaint is you can't control the a. C. And heating which made it a little difficult to get to sleep.

This seemed like it would be a pleasant place to stay. Our room was uncomfortable and extremely dark. I felt like I was in a cave. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. Every time I tossed and turned the sheet gave me a lightning show from all the static electricity it had in it. I have never seen that before. I was awake most of the night but finally drifted off sometime after 3 am. Before 6 am there were people talking near the only window in the place. I think maybe from the business next door. It lasted a good half hour or so. The window faces a wall. I couldn't wait to get out of our room. I don't have claustrophobia but I felt like I did this visit here. We had what was advertised as a two bedroom suite. One for closed between the main room and second room. There was very limited or inadequate seating other than the bed and very limited places to work. It was very uncomfortable. The location was good. It was a block away from the town square. There is a wonderful bakery next door. We got breakfast sandwiches there and great coffee. BoulTawny's.

Great location. Nice appeterizer and wine provided for happy hour and espresso and scones for breakfast.

Definitely a boutique hotel. It seemed more like a house than anything else. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, but the room was really cute.

Friendly staff and super clean rooms. Plus the sheets are so soft. They also had a wine and cheese pairing. Great location as well.

They don’t let you set the temperature for your room. We were here in Jan, and we could only use the heater. That’s fine except is was already very hot in the room when we arrived and the only way to cool down the room was to crack a window and ask the front desk for a personal fan. We sweat all night because we were never able to cool down the room. Very nice staff and good rooms. 4 stars if the room wasn’t so stupid hot.

Wonderful little hotel. Stay in room 10 as it has a door to the patio and hot tub. You will think you have a private Oasis as no one else was ever out there.

Some of the staff were rude. I've stayed in a Hampton that was half the cost and just as nice. Not worth the money just to be with in walking distance to the plaza.

Stayed here for a little weekend get away: Loved the location! Close to the Plazuela and stores, Lensic Center was less than 10 mins away, local bars were good. The hotel was clean and quiet, tucked away from the main street. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice. Continental breakfast every morning, coffee, tea, small pastries and fruit. A cute little restaurant in front of the hotel served good breakfast and lunch! Key-less rooms, personal codes, so you never have to worry about coordinating with roommates. And lovely hotel workers. Glad we got to stay here during the Spanish Market :) will definitely be booking again.

Superb hospitality, spa setting. This 16 room boutique hotel has the charm that truly represents Santa fe. Our room was ride next to the hottub and patio area. They served cheese and wine in the evenings. Beds were extremely cozy along with lavender scented everything. I came here to feel pampered and I certainly was!

Original boutique hotel with cachet… Recently renovated, comfortable and very conveniently located. Not full service, but you get access to an espresso machine. There is one front desk attendant from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM. On weekends they offer a few complimentary pastries and orange juice, but you cannot count on the attendant to be there at 8:00 AM on the dot… You have to be willing to wait a little at times. Staff is courteous and helpful… This chic hotel is perfect for lovers and travelling families alike… They offer suites with two bedrooms separated by a real door… Nice if your spouse ever gets in the mood.

This is a gorgeous hotel for a romantic getaway. Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. The front desk manager went out of his way to accommodate us.

The Luxx is a wonderful hotel, a bit trendy and funky at the same time. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the Zen patio is relaxing. There could not be a better location in which to stay in Sandra Fe, as it's only steps from the plaza, shops, restaurants, some museums, and live music. We have stayed in the Luxx on three different trips, and will be doing so again next month!

Very comfortable rooms and friendly service. A little disorganized, and very few breakfast options, but otherwise a nice place to stay. It's in a great location near the Plaza.

This is a great Boutique Hotel tucked away in a corner of the Plaza. They are pet friendly but definitely not a motel. I have stayed here twice and will stay here again.

Great hotel in Santa Fe. We book the same day while on the road and we were not expecting anything special. We were very pleasantly surprised. The decor is nice and original. The rooms are nice and each one different (maybe just a tad old). The employees were very nice and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us all along our stay. We will go back there when we go back in Santa Fe.

Quaint little boutique hotel located in the heart of Santa Fe. The Luxx is within walking distance to the Plaza which makes it easy to see and do stuff. We stayed in the king bed room and everything was perfect! Lots of pillows, ambient music, environmentally friendly. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating during our stay. We will definitely be back soon!

It's a very charming hotel. Not large by any standards but the quality is there. Louis was very helpful and even picked up the phone after hours. The room was set up very tastefully also. The location is unmatched and is one block from the plaza.

I waited in the lobby for thirty minutes and no one came to assist after calling and ringing a bell. This is possibly the worst business ever. Thank god Gustavo and Juan showed up to cancel my reservation — — they said they didn't even work the front desk. Whoever does work the front desk needs to be fired ASAP.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else in S. F. We booked their suite. 2 separate bedrooms with a shared bath, and it was no more than a regular room in several of the other top tier hotels. The decor is decidedly and refreshingly un-hotel. You feel like you are at home, not a hotel. If you're one of those travelers who needs a pool, or spa, or room service, then Luxx won't be for you. But if what you need is a beautiful, comfortable, clean and well-equipped room within a 2 block walk from the plaza, then this is the place. Your first indication this will be a different experience is at check in… no credit card swipes, nothing to sign (assuming you've pre-reserved). You're just given the access code for your door, and that's it! Same with check-out. When you're ready, just leave. What could be simpler. Then, when you access the internet from your room, again, NOTHING to do! No hotel passwords, no extra internet access fees, etc. Just connect to the Luxx Wi-Fi network and you're good to go. Of course, there is the usual in-room refrigerator (again, not stocked with overpriced hotel stuff… just load up with your own choices), and coffee maker/supplies to make everything perfect. There is no overpriced hotel restaurant (but then who in their right mind would EVER eat in a hotel, especially when surrounded by so many other alternatives in Santa Fe?
