Decent location within walking distance to a number of restaurants. Comfortable beds and good showers with good soap/shampoo. Bathroom was a little small for the door to open while inside. Elevator is extraordinarily slow, but there's only two floors, take the stairs. Breakfast is the standard continental, nothing special, but certainly adequate. There was an LED streetlight directly across from my room, had to draw the shades before I could sleep (though you should draw them anyway). Beats the other options nearby.

More than I expected for the area. Super nice staff. Extremely clean rooms. My room was left spotless everyday. Fitness center isn’t much but what they do have is top notch equipment. Great indoor pool area. Breakfast was on point with a great variety. Everything was very easy to get to from this location.

Stayed here in March 2018. Everything was brand new and incredibly clean! Very comfortable and as a young woman felt very safe staying here. Staff was incredibly kind and thorough in their service as well! Wish I could give names but unfortunately didn't write them down. But thank you! The complimentary breakfast was also REALLY good! Great choices and kept very tidy.

The room was very clean and new. Bathroom was nice, good products! Beds were very comfortable. There is an indoor pool and hot tub. The only con was that the single elevator in the hotel was in an awkward and inconvenient place.

Friendlist front desk people I've ran into in a while. Knowledgeable about the city. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel was clean and nice. The breakfast was simple, but tasty. Kind of a weird shape and in a odd turn off. Could miss it if your not paying attention.

Hotel is clean but it’s hard not to feel a bit ripped off. All photos show large rooms and large bathrooms with glass doors. The reality is small bathrooms with tiny tubs and the cheap motel style curtains. Even the building photos show a 4 story hotel, and the reality is 2 floors. Not what you’d expect from one of the most expensive hotels in town.

Hotel is new so everything was clean and in good working order. Because of the price point there were some things which were not top notch, of course (very small shower and less than luxurious amenities) but the check in and check out service was the best I have had in recent memory. Amy's professional and service-oriented interactions with us (both when we arrived and when we left), combined with a good location, affordable price and a comfortable room made us happy we had selected it.

New hotel. Very clean, inviting. Good breakfast offering, eggs, omelet, bacon, muffins, hot/cereal, etc. Knowledgeable, courteous staff. Price was right, recommend this Fairfield by Marriott.

Love that is is newly renovated and very clean, but I can't stand that the windows don't open at all and there is no fan in the heating/cooling unit. I need the air circulation — I am claustrophobic. Plus, I burned a bag of popcorn in their microwave using the "popcorn" feature, and I could barely sleep because the smell was so strong and there was no way to air out the room. The window thing is kind of a bummer, because if they only cracked a bit it would make for a much more pleasant stay. I am not sure if I will stay here again or at a different Marriott my next trip. The only reason I really like the hotel is because of how clean and new it is, and how nice the beds are (because they are new). Other than that, the bright parking lot light peered through the edges of my black out curtain as well… I don't know, I just wish the windows cracked open a bit. I really need fresh air.

Overall this hotel is very clean and recently refurbished, with stylish furnishings. Very comfortable bed and good breakfast. The only reason I downgraded to 4 stars was the hot tub was not hot and the door to my room drug on the carpet every time I opened it.

Rooms are updated and modern. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

This Hampton Inn is similar to so many others. The hot tub barely worked. Water was warm but really didn't circulate well. Room was clean, breakfast was good and staff friendly. Good place to stay for the price.

This is the 3rd Hampton Inn I've stayed at on my road trip and by far the most disappointing for the money. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is definitely a plus, but the pool area is less than desirable. If you have kids who like to swim this is not the hotel for you, the pool was freezing and the shallowest spot was 3.5 feet. And if you're hoping to relax in a hot tub after a long day, be prepared to boil in the hottest whirl pool of all time. I twisted the timer to get the whirl pool started and nothing happened; I asked the front desk if it worked and they said a whirl pool is different than a hot tub. So thanks Hampton Inn sante fe, but im not likely to return the next time I'm back.

Summary based on one night Hotwire stay: -ok at a Hotwire rate -free parking -decent free breakfast with healthy options and ok coffee -indoor pool and spa -ok guest laundry, though one dryer was out of order. Self serve laundromats not a real alternative since they cost a lot more. -ok internet -friendly service -relatively quiet -ok inroom aircon with average noise -slow elevator I'd stay here again, especially at a Hotwire rate.

Do not get your room here. These people turned away my daughter when she was in need of a room. She was a victim of domestic violence, and given the remote location of the home she owns, with 40 acres (you really should see cerrillos), she wanted to be close in town. The hampton inn, while I was trying to rent her a room, said they will not do business with me because of my daughters situation. They did not want her at their hotel. This is how these people treat victims of abuse. They turn them away, in their hour of need. We did not ask for a hand out. We asked for a comfortable room for my daughter and two grandsons.

We stayed here for a night, and although the facilities were a little dated, everything was clean, the rooms were neat, and the food was great.

After a couple of disappointing Hampton visits in other cities, Santa Fe Hampton restored our faith in Hampton Inns. Bed was so comfy and room nice and quiet. We were greeted warmly, really enjoyed the pool and spa. We look forward to staying there again next time we pass through. We have stayed at many Hilton properties and believe we have never encountered such hospitable staff.

Advertised as near downtown, it is no where close and over 20 minutes away. Poor neighborhood, not enough parking. There are far better options in Santa Fe.

Free Wi-Fi, very nice staff, simple but excellent breakfast buffet, "Very welcome to use the breakfast room bringing your own dinner! " (! ) Free cofee&juice all day. Not the fanciest, but certainly one of the best value-for-money-hotels I've ever used. You'll need a car to get somewhere.
