A great gym. Friendly staff. Plenty of machines so you don't have to wait. Next time I'm back in the area I will definitely stop in again.

Indoor pool and hot tub. Everyone was very nice and accommodating.

We stated 3 nights. The bed were very comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. The breakfast was also very good.

I give this place one star because when I got my Credit Card Bill about two weeks after I stayed at this Comfort Inn. They charge me more what my receipt was when I checked out. Then they charge me for another day when I was in another State. So I call my Credit Card company and the Credit card call this Hotel and they try to tell the Credit Card people that I was a no-show. And when they knew I was on the other line. They hung up the phone. I am going to get their corp. People to on this.

Great Motel — people are friendly and Motel is clean.

Typical Comfort Inn. Comfortable bed, good breakfast, and nice place. Night clerk was a real soft spoken lady who was very nice.

Beautiful room set up. Unfortunately room was nasty. There was a slice of pizza sticking out from underneath the sofa bed and what appeared to be sauce on the lamp cover. There were also used toothpicks tucked behind the wash cloths and towels. Was moved to the room above that. Walked in to the t. V. Being on which was odd. Pulled back the blanket to get in just to find sticky residue and some randomness on the fitted sheet. Tried to call the front desk just to find the phone had been unplugged. After hooking the phone up and reaching the front desk I was told sheets would be sent up in a few minutes. Ten to fifteen minutes later a staff member brought up new sheets. I then had to strip the bed and remake it. The whole situation was very upsetting. If I were closer to home and/or didn't have sleepy little ones I would've just handed in the keys and got back on the road.

Well located close to a mall, restaurants, movie theater. The room was clean. Great friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome.

This was a total surprise, as to how nice it was. Large room, great breakfast, indoor spa, fitness room. Highy recommended. Phil.

Nice place. They have a hot tub and pool both indoors. So I nice place to relax after a long day of driving. Applebee's is with in walking distance and on the same side of the road. Help stretch the leg's.

We’re spending two nights here and are loving every second of it. It is clean and comfortable and the staff has been courteous and friendly. My only suggestion would be to reconfigure the dining room it was a bit crazy and crowded for breakfast.

This place was great. The beds were very clean and the bathrooms were spotless. They offer plenty of pillows and they bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in when it comes to hotels. The breakfast area is small so the breakfast rush was hectic. But they would make sure they would continuously restock to accommodate everyone. We did arrive to a sold out hotel so I can see why the breakfast area was chaotic. But it’s free so logically you will take advantage of it. The rooms are big and clean and this is my second Choice Hotel chain I stayed in during my spring break trip. I definitely recommend and I even signed up for their rewards program. We stayed in Flagstaff the night before at a Sleep Inn and again clean and great. And he best part is the price is affordable.

Clean new beds very nice place! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Don't go to Hyatt, they overbook and leave you hanging.

Clean rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows! The pillows vary from soft to hard so you can get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good, including omelets, bagels, cereals, oatmeal, waffles, yogurts, and beverages of all kinds! Very happy with my stay in the Santa Fe Comfort Inn.

Nice place and the lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating with my special needs daughter.

The room was clean and very well maintained. The rooms were very accessible even on the second floor thanks to the elevator. Complete with all the expected ammenities such as coffee, microwave, mini fridge etc. Also one of the closest hotels in Santa Fe to the interstate which is a bonus for travellers. Staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

This place has seen better days. You get what you pay for. It’s fine if you’re tired and need a bed to sleep on, but you’ll want to get out of there as soon as you can in the morning.

Decent, plentiful breakfast (eggs, toast, yogurt, waffles + fixings, granola, milk, fruit — same selection every day, though), free Wi-Fi works, heated indoor pool and hot tub, fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room. What drove me NUTS though were the cleaning products that they were using to clean the floors — everything REEKED of artificial almond smell, it felt as if someone had dropped a bottle of almond syrup. It was a tad better in the room, but any common area had me running away ASAP. The breakfast area was tiny (maybe 10 small tables) so most people had to eat in the lobby, standing about.

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn. Ed and Joseph, who work the front desk, were friendly and helpful. My wife commented several times on how clean our room was. The family enjoyed the breakfast. The only hitch was a dull razor supplied by the front desk which made a mess of the user's face. So, unless you need a razor to shave, I highly recommend this Comfort Inn.

The staff are very very helpful and kind. The walls are so thin I struggled to sleep because I could hear the next door person snore all night. The bed was comfortable, the tub definitely needs to be replaced as there are big gaping cracks in the bottom. Typical hotel breakfast. It is pretty good for a two star hotel I'm just grumpy from lack of sleep.

The worst! The place was filthy and the staff was rude but, that's not the worst part… after we left they left a voicemail claiming we had stolen one of their pillows. We immediately checked our credit card statement and they tried to charge us for a pillow! Of course, we disputed this charge and got a refund from the credit card company. So, they tried to steal $20 from us. Of course it didn't happen, but they tried!

Excellent guest services, great room to boot! Very clean, smelt wonderful, (a neutral sent is always perfect) gentlemen at the desk was able to tell me where to go for a midnight snack, I will stay there again if I need to!

Surprised that it had doubles not queen. Nice entry, pleasant workers, usual breakfast, reasonable rate. Ratty tho get on Cerrillos Road and get around.

Bed was great. Updated rooms and entry nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. And carpets and room furniture need to be replaced to finish the redo.

Rooms were bigger than expected and super clean. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the bathroom to see the jetted tub and large shower head. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety and not just cereal. My family and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Clean but front desk staff needs to learn how to smile. Might be pretty and all but still need to offer customer service. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and could have better side door access. Would recommend.

$3.25 to wash a load of clothes and $3.25 to dry seemed a little expensive. Having one lady handling the breakfast on a holiday weekend when the hotel was sold out looked to me like a bit inconsiderate to the worker who was busting her butt and to the guests. The hotel we stayed at the night before had 2 ladies working the breakfast and not have as many guests. But overall everything else was excellent and we would stay again.

I hesitate to call it good. The place is dated and has a weird set up. No vent fans in bathroom. A super small vanity not big enough for two people. Bad design of the whole place in my humble opinion. Slow licks everywhere. Wouldn't stay here again unless I had to.

Great stay, room was very nice. The 3 grandchildren loved the pool area and breakfast was a big hit! Will be back!

Been here several times. A good basic motel with some wear and tear showing in some rooms. Pool is kid friendly. Dinning room is small with close seating but food was good.

Comfortable beds, reasonable rate, breakfast needs to improve though… fruit was not fresh and biscuits were cold, orange juice tasted strange.

Everything was just fine. Breakfast was tasty, the rooms were nice, the staff was friendly. Only issue I had was with the A/C in my room. Got a little stuffy, but it wasn't too bad.

Outstanding! We travel to Santa Fe several times a year and we always look forward to staying the this Comfort Inn. Marlene and her staff do an excellent job at meeting all our needs. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is fresh with a good variety of items, check-in and check-out is fast and easy. What's not to like? We have lots of choices of where to stay in Santa Fe and we always stay at this Comfort Inn.

Hotel was clean, although a bit expensive for what the rooms and amenities were. Room was nice and clean, beds comfortable, quiet atmosphere. Courteous staff and breakfast offered was adequate.

I travel for business about 150 days a year and when I am in Santa Fe I always stay at the Comfort Inn @ 4312 Cerrillos. The rooms are always clean and quiet and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the chocolate chips cookies!

The Comfort Inn in Santa Fe, N. M. Is very comfortable and offers an excellent breakfast. The staff is friendly, the location is good, many Restuarants nearby, a shopping Mall next door. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this Motel and would stay again if in the area. A good value.

I left a medium priced item in the room by mistake upon departure. I called 2 days later and I was told that nothing had been found. It is a place to sleep and the bed was comfortable. Just be sure not to leave anything valuable.

We were traveling from Arizona and arrived around 9:30 PM. The parking lot was full and we were not sure we would get a room. The clerk could not have been more helpful. My husband is disabled and the clerk said he had a room. It was perfect. The clerk was very nice. Our bed was the best, very comfortable. Also, the individual temperature control was the best. We could adjust the room temperature by setting the desired degree.

My wife and I were headed home from the Grand Canyon when we decided to stop in Santa Fe for the night. We booked it through the Choice Hotels 800 number. We didn't arrive until after midnight but we were greeted by a very friendly and upbeat gentleman named Ed. He was very jovial and extremely helpful letting us know more than once that if we needed anything that he would be at our service. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was sleepable, the shower had ample warm water and the selection for breakfast was pretty good. If we ever end up in Santa Fe again, this will be where we stay. And Ed, keep up the great work.

Very unhappy. Rate quoted prior to check-in was not what I was charged when checking out. I argue the point but was told I must call the manager. He never was available and I left word in asking for credit, but out was never given. I was over charged by about 20 dollars. The front desk clerk did not seem to care that I was upset. The room was not that nice so beware if you're planning on staying at this location.
