Absolutely awful. My family and I bought their three bed two bath and we were attacked by BED BUGS. We have huge, red, itchy, welts on our bodies. We found some and showed the office and they already knew. They just didn't care. The daughter in-law gave us an ugly attitude and was not apologetic at all. They just said move to a new room or leave. So we left. Absolutely horrible. Bed bugs! Ugh not to mention there are stains on the wall that look like someone peed on them and it was never cleaned. There are cracks under the door that are big enough to see out of. The walls are chipping. The shower is extremely small. If you walk without socks and shoes, your feet will get dirty on their carpet floor. Their TV wiring is exposed beyond belief. I wouldn't even rate this place a one star. I would never recommend to anyone. There's so much more wrong with this place. Don't go here.

Worst and scariest place ever. Just checked in 6 cop cars pulled in looking for someone people scattering. Hard ass mattress dirty room. Police even said its sketchy. DO NOT STAY HERE! The only reason I gave it 1 star is I physically had to just to post this review. I'm scared to sleep. You can bend the door just pushing on it. Not safe at all. Tub is duct taped together hot as sewage dick… manager was polite about situation.

This place is a dump. Who knows if it's really clean. Bathroom looks terrible. No windows in our room. Strange characters in the parking lot. Even for the price I would rather pay more some place else. If I could have got my money back I would leave. It's one of those places where if you brought a black light you'd probably be sick! It's the underlying germs etc that scare me. I'm glad I brought Lysol.

If I could give 0 stars I would… Seriously terrible… Price online was 40$ when I got there she claimed they only had a double room available and charged me 30$ extra… paper thin walls, no hot water, ice machine has been out of order since Nam, it WREAKED like curry and that is not me trying to be offensive, the stench was literally pouring through the vents! Thin see-through curtains on the window… and when we were finally leaving in the a. M. We had a junkie at our door begging us for a ride back to Texas! Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone you'd be better off at Motel 6 down the street.

Overall good. Quiet. Huge room with 2 queen beds. Lots of working electrical outlets. Good TV with good cable. Coffee maker in room, no hair dryer, that’s ok with me. Nice owners. Breakfast was horrible, 2 cereals both sweet, coffee and orange juice. If the Cheerios had not been sweet, it would have been better.

Pretty laid-back motel, good people, great service. Owners are very nice. Highly recommend for 1 night or extended periods of time Look.

The place could use some updates… But I think the big question is would I stay here again and the answer is "Yes"… The rooms are on the small size but the bed was comfortable and the showers are hot… And the price is good…

Friendly service and management willing to work with you (like pro-rating rooms). Wifi connection is weak though in the outlying rooms. Located close to everything on town, which is a big plus.

Nice place I was in a 2 bed room TV in each room small but clean nice wood style floor colors of nm in room microwave small fridge plenty of dresser space if staying a while thick walls so no sound from nabors.

The location was right in the middle of everything you want to see or do, though quiet when night came around, which was nice. The room was cozy with two beds and get this, two rooms. The one night stay wasn't bad at all at about $56. The staff were very friendly and the quirky aliens out front were a nice touch My only possible gripe was just that there weren't any outlets in the second room for charging devices. This was a trip where I wasn't using my phone much and was easy to live with. All in all the lack of outlets is the only reason it got 4/5 for me, the rest was very nice and I would recommend to anyone passive g through.

Convenient location. The rooms are nice and clean. Service is great.

Old hotel. Most rooms have new matresses. We were in a room that did not and it was really a terrible nights sleep. They went out today and bought brand new mattresses for our room and it's a huge improvement. Thank you.

They have failed to maintain the building, pluming, and over all safety of the people that stay here. Dead bolt on my room doesn't have screws to hold it in place. There is no privacy curtain between the window and room, you can see everything at night when TV or lights are on. AC blew dust devils out of it, when I checked the filters, they are filthy. Yes the price is on the low end of 56$ and some change, but in the some respect we as people (customers) should feel safe, and secured if we stay in a motel, hotel, or inn. I have picture and going to report this place to a Better Business Bureau.

The manager was very cordial and seemed like a nice guy. The room was unremarkable and very hot, but cooled down quickly when we turned the AC on. We had to manhandle the door in order to get the deadbolt to close. The bed was very hard and the pillows were extremely flat. We were so exhausted from our drive that it didn't matter though.

This little place looks okay from outside but the rooms are horrible. If you want to have a creepy night this is the perfect place for you This was a nightmare dirty rooms, old, only hot water in my room, stinky, big roaches around, small dead insects in the bed. But the from desk was friendly tho. (Remodel the rooms and maybe it could be a cool place to stay but for right now is not worth it).

Worst room I've ever stayed in. There were no windows at all. It was dirty and it reeked of some kind of chemical. A/C was really loud and made it very hard to sleep. On the second morning, when I saw that a few bugs had come in under the door and died immediately, I realized the smell in the room was insecticide. I asked the owner about it and was told that they have someone come out and spray once a month but that they also use Raid and other bug sprays from Home Depot. There's no ventilation in the room and it's really toxic to be spraying all that stuff in there. I had my dogs in there with us for 2 days and am really worried about having exposed them to all of that. They really should be disclosing that info to people who are staying there with pets.

The motel is dated — in fact its straight out of the 50's. But the owners try to keep it clean and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water for my shower, a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, a good selection of channels on the TV and the Wi-Fi was fast and responsive. I was waiting for my car to be repaired and they let me stay after the check out time for no additional fee, were very sympathetic to my situation. I'd stay again.

It's a good spot in my opinion and I've stayed in hotels every night for the last 10 years. It's not the Hilton, but duh.

Total dump. Mold everywhere, no hot water, dirty rooms. Place should be condemned.

I can't give zero stars or I would. Here's why: a) No lampshade on lamp beside bed … bare bulb. b) Threadbare carpeting down to the concrete slab. c) Noisy and barely sufficient air conditioning. d) Very sagging bed … both occupants roll to the middle if not hanging on to the edge. e) Wi-Fi only worked if sitting on a hard, wooden bench right outside the office's night window. f) Faulty electric outlet wouldn't even hold a cord plug in it … fell out repeatedly. g) Cigarette burns in furniture of "no smoking" room. h) Hadn't been recently vacuumed as I stepped on sharp burrs all over the room. i) No stopper in sink … so couldn't get sink of hot water to shave. j) Window blinds were broken with missing slats. k) Refrigerator door wouldn't close completely. l) Shower head fixture was falling off of the wall. m) Shower curtain not secured, so constantly blows into tiny shower while in use. n) This unit (#7), if not the entire motel, suffered from severe lack of maintenance and upkeep. There was one very nice thing however: We only stayed there one night before moving on to much nicer accommodations! Avoid this motel at all costs!

Great price decent room. I stayed there the weekend of the 5th of Oct.

It's is the only place I will stay when visiting Roswell New Mexico. It is one of the last non-chain hotels in the area. The owners are very friendly and sincere. They love their hotel and take great care in its upkeep. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. For the money you cannot beat this place.
