The beds desperately need to be replaced. They are extremely uncomfortable and I had the worst night sleep and my back hurts.

Nice clean rooms. Good customer service.

The staff was very nice. The room was cozy and comfortable. It is easy to see from the road, close to the highway, and there are several places to eat nearby. Only 4 stars instead of 5 because I was not a fan of their parking lot.

Very clean hotel, people we're very nice. Continental breakfast was excellent. Liked that workout room and pool were also available.

Decent hotel. Not a ton around the hotel to do. Mulligan's restaurant was recommended but we ended up going to Bruno's Pizza and Wings. Nice place. The room was clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Breakfast was surprising in that they had REAL EGGS. They were the first real eggs that we'd had all week.

The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

The hallways smelled very bad after exiting the room anytime in the early morning and then on it got worse. It’s like all the air freshener that was sprayed all morning while cleaning the rooms had finally worn off. This hotel obviously needs an update. Stinky, urine, rude employees and owner, Avoid at all costs this is a huge waste of money. Go next door to Best Western!

We drove up from Colorado Springs to check out Raton and chose this hotel over the Best Western next door. My wife says the bathroom in our room smelled like urine our entire stay. The most important issue is my wife went to the vending machine to get a snickers bar — but it got stuck! — so she got a dark haired woman who was at the front desks attention, only to be told they did not have a key and was very rude. Then when she rolled her eyes and walked over to look and saw in fact the candy bar was stuck. She then rudely asked my wife to write down her room number and name in case the money wasn’t in the machine. — who says that? My wife wrote this info down, then the lady behind the counter retrieved a key to the very vending machine she had just said she did not have a key for. It was my wife’s birthday and your hotel left a very bad impression on our family. If you have a choice stay at best Western next door. This was on 6-16-18 approx 9.30pm. Goodluck.

Stayed in a king sized room for one night. Room was clean and pleasant, shower had good water pressure and constant temperature. The AC in the room worked great unlike where we stayed the night before in a different hotel. They served breakfast early but the fruit was mostly inedible. The meat eater with me enjoyed the spread. Just wish they had some workout equipment.

It was typical of a Quality Inn. Everything was clean and even though they were pretty full it was quiet. Hotels and motels in the area are more expensive than I'm used to, and this one is no exception. I would have expected to pay $30 less in Amarillo, for instance. Above standard breakfast, except no cut fruit. Overall happy.

I was really good and the price Was reasonable. The front desk Was very friendly and also the room service.

The room next door alarm clock went off at 12:30 am and it took them 1 hr to go in and turn it off. The room was nice but over priced IMHO. They did have a free breakfast but I did not eat there.

The staff was friendly enough. But the reservations got severally screwed up, and it took three attempts before getting it corrected. Then when we got our rooms my older sons found a McDonald's fry box under a chair in their room and my 5yr old found a nasty earplug that was left on the floor in our room. When I had informed a member of the staff, they were just like. Oh. Ok. Like, no biggie. And no elevators in this 2 story hotel. So if your traveling heavy might want to consider the first floor.

The place is somewhat descent. They have a nice pool and spa. It’s quiet. Descent breakfast. Descent staff. The room I had the AC didn’t work, but I could manage. I would recommend this place, but $80 may be too much for the quality. Lol.

Staff was rather lackluster other than the breakfast lady, toilet kept running off and on through the night, and fridge (which sounded like a rocket charging when running) was plugged into the lamp's socket with the coffee maker because they have way to many pluggins and not enough safe outlet spots. They also seem to have been sloppily remodeled at some point but never covered up/fixed the old remnants. Overall a clean (other than the tissue stuck in the peep whole and the bathroom floor tile could use a scrubbing) decent hotel but the above killed a lot of what it had going for it.

For $70 it was amazing! Room clean and I was especially impressed with the dining area. They had high chairs and booster seats for kids and alot of variety in food and it was kept very clean. Great job quality inn!

Located a short distance off of I-25, this hotel is easy to find. It's right across the street from McDonalds, which is nice when you want a quick meal. Didn't have any issues with the reservation and we were able to bring our dog in the room for an additional fee. My only complaints are that the walls seemed quite thin (I heard our neighbor snoring) and the fan/light in our bathroom kept turning off and on when though the switch was off. It might be because we had the other switch on as a night light for our son, but it was still a little annoying. Overall a decent and cheap place to stay.

A quick night's rest while on the road. Not a 5 star place but a bit above average. Glad I followed the advice of others and asked not to be charged for a safe that not many actually use@

This is a good hotel for the price. Very cheap rooms with good beds and services. I even forgot a pair of headphones and they found them and kept them for me until I could come back and retrieve them a couple days later.

They get 5 stars from me just for the honesty of their staff. I stayed there right after I found out my mom had to be put in hospice care. Needless to say I was a bit rattled. Since I was driving a commercial vehicle, I had to get off the clock for 8 hours. I carried my luggage out to my bus in the middle of the night and was so rattled I drove off without loading my suitcase. The owner was so helpful to help me get my luggage back. Did everything he could to help me out. The room I was in was clean and large and I wish I could have stayed long enough to enjoy it more. Bless you kind sir.

Staffed by really nice people, but the lobby has a bit of an odor. The room was great though!

There was a problem with our booking, so we were assigned a 2nd room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so we got a 3rd room that was humid and warm because the A/C was turned off. The A/C wasn't up to actually cooling the room, but got the humidity reduced and brought the temp down a bit so it was liveable. If you're on a budget and down have high expectations this is a clean serviceable hotel. The desk clerk was polite and very helpful. The indoor pool was nice and the hot tube was hot.

This place is terrible! I would give it zero stars if I could. The owner is extremely rude and was not helpful at all. After driving for 13 hours with our baby daughter we get to the hotel to check into our reserved room. They give of the keys and charge us and then we get to the room and there's already someone in there. When we went back to the front desk they told us sorry I guess we are all booked. They would not give us a receipt for our refund and when we asked for the owners number so we could call if the money wasn't put back into our account he only gave us the hotels number! The guy was extremely rude and didn't even apologize for double booking a room with no record of the other person in our room. This place sucks so not stay here they will screw you over.

In regards to your Raton location: Heinous = Laughing at customers that need your hotel handicapped parking spot, when the owner is parked there without tags. Besides being illegal, it's disrespectful and poor business in general. I hope the owner was fined and that next time he uses the privilege of his being able to walk from his car to the hotel without aid.

My husband is disabled so when we checked in we looked for a handicap spot to park in. We noticed a car parked in one of only two spots that did not have a handicap plate or placard. So we squeezed into another spot and wheelchair and all started to the room. I stopped at the front desk to see if they enforce the handicap parking laws because there was a car parked there that shouldn't be. She looked out the window and informed me that it was the OWNERS vehicle and just laughed about it. She didn't offer to contact them or anything. Not only is this illegal but so wrong in many, many ways. They obviously do not care about their guests especially handicap ones. The only reason I didn't give them a 1 is because the room was nice and clean. We will never return and will tell anyone we can to also not stay here. I have a picture for proof but am unable to load it here.

Really awesome stay. My fiance and I stayed here for one night and we were beyond impressed. Our room was large, clean, and had a decent size fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was updated and clean. The best part of our entire stay was the pool and hot tub. It was clean, there were plenty of towels available, and the water temperatures were perfect. In the morning, we were surprised that the continental breakfast included fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and fruit, in addition to all "regular" continental breakfast items you find at budget hotels. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

To the young lady who took care of my husband and children after and accident totaled are car leaving them stranded in Raton thank you sooooooooooooo very much you don't understand how your patience and understanding made a really bad night so much better thank you for help us when I booked the room for the wrong night! I was stressed and shaking after the accident and should have paid more attention to the date when I booked the room online but young lady you stepped in and fixed the problem and made the night just a little better! You are amazing and I thank you so very much!

No quality here. Cardboard walls. Felt like the family of 5 next door was in our room with us. Asked for a quiet room. It was quiet until midnight when the family of 5 checked into the next room. Never stay there again for sure.

The Quality Inn in Raton, NM had no elevator to get 2 seniors, handicapped mother with young child AND out luggage upstairs! The room was very, very tiny for 4 people & 2 queen beds. The room smelled awful, it was grubby, the towels were dirty. It was terrible & we were exhausted after traveling in the car ALL day. The free breakfast was just ok. However, we were most disappointed! Thank goodness it was just one night.

Room was nice, location good, breakfast ok but not as good as usual, room door very hard to open.

We stayed on Raton NM. We came in late and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, overall very smooth stay.

We came in about midnight and we're promptly taken care of. I would gotten see sleep if my baby wasn't sick. Rooms were cleaned but agree with everyone one else on the pillow thing. They are way small. But still comfy.

Not too bad. Was looking forward to the hot tub after a 5 hour drive but after checking in they closed the pool/ hot tub by 7 pm for maintenance. That was the reason we chose this hotel. If the next quality inn closed their hot tub we will cancel the rest of our reservation s and go to a dfiffertent hotel.

This place was a mess. Sticky bathroom floor, carpet that looked like it had not been cleaned in forever. No vending machine for drinks anywhere. The table in this room had sticky stuff all over it. The price of this room was 74.00 for the night if I had to pay for what I got I would give maybe 25.00. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to.

The reviews were bad but we took a chance with it needing an affordable place to stay. Enjoyed our stay. The room did smell weird but everything appeared clean. The staff were very friendly. Was told good morning by multiple staff. Also I broke the waffle dough dispenser and dough poured out everywhere and they were really nice even though I'd made a big mess. Would return if ever in the area!

Do not stay here! We left an item behind accidentally and started calling immediately within the hour. They did not answer for 5 days… Answered on 6th day and the man was extremely condescending, confused, and RUDE!

It was bad the rooms where small we had to get a rollaway bed for our grandkids that didn't work. They have no elevator and our rooms where on the second floor. The free WI Fi did not work the pool did not look clean. We will not stay here again.

The quality inn is the worst place ever! the owner is abusive. When about to exit the parking lot, he took my coffee and cigarettes, and pushed me down. Tried to take my keys and McDonald's. I filed a police report. Most unbelievable morning of my life. In this country we have laws against hitting people. He violated those laws, and then lied to the police. Not someone anyone should do business with. The owner is a complete scumbag.
