The food is good and the staff can be good. Not sure about the hotel accomadations. And we'll the owner. Hmmmmmmm.

I’m not to ever complain but my experience was terrible.
My kids were excited to see the sign don’t feed the ghosts. Asked the waitress about the story if the hotel was haunted.
She was short and rude and said she didn’t know.
My son asked for sweet tea and a bacon cheeseburger. We didn’t know they didn’t serve sweetened tea until she brought it out and it was unsweet. He asked her to exchange for sweet and she told him we don’t have sweet tea here and brings sugar to the table. There was no bacon on his burger
She forgot my toddlers order all together
She brought the wrong food to my daughter and we had to go to the counter for straws and napkins and asked twice for silverware.
The syrup squirt bottle had a huge hole at the top so when I tried to squirt syrup on the pancake it went everywhere
Then when get in the car I realized I didn’t have my cell phone I asked my daughter to run in and check and the waitress was cleaning our table and told her “it’s up at the counter where she left it” She knew it was my phone there was only one other table in there and they were eating. It’s very disappointing the food was fine as far as taste, chips tasted burnt but I will not return for service like that.
