Cheap room. Good for a night and it was quiet.

Rolled in very late. Chose the first place we found. Pretty good for a 1 star motel. Better than some 3 stars. Very clean and warm. Price was high for a 1 star but I would put them at a 3 star anyway.

Paid cash. 85$ a night $45 deposit. Management just walked into the room at 930am in the morning saying another tenant complained about the water being on all night. Even though we were told the water thing was broken by another person when we checked in. She yelled at us and said she was keeping the deposit! Horrible rude customer service. Never again!

Good for a few hours sleep, slightly creepy.

A decent place for a low budget. Beds are really hard, small bathrooms, comforter had what I would guess pee on it, towels dirty and a nice long hair drooping from the towels. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family but a lone traveler may find it somewhat to their liking.

Beware violent owners*************i was horrified when the owner charged me cussing m threatening me because my friend rented me a room cuz a! bad safety issue and cus he wasnt there although stoll only one perspn was there the owner called me and when I went to explain I just had major back surgery and was in a dangerppus situation he began shaking and chwrged threatened cussed me n literally spit at me n tried attackimg again.

Towards the edge of farmington the rooms are on par with other hotels in have been to.

I've never written a Google review until today, but I had to. I would rather sleep in my car or the floor than sleep in these disgusting beds. Hair is literally everywhere and I asked to change rooms, STILL more hair. I would shut this place down and have this place sterilized. It looks like these people don't own a functioning laundry machine or care about the condition of their rooms. Do yourself a favor and sleep somewhere else.

A place modest but very quiet to relax a little.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat the rooms were clean and spacious and it was a good value for the money under $45 per room not super fancy but it was safe clean and comfortable! Even gave me a discount when I asked about military and AARP with no hesitations the place across the street said no discounts at all.

Nice place — relatively clean and decently priced. We arrived in town really late and got a good deal on the room. The front desk clerk was very friendly — suggested a place for breakfast and answered some questions about the area.
