I stopped through and my stay was wonderful. It's quiet clean and the staff are awesome! They made me feel so welcome. Alaina and Angel who is the manager and the front desk clerk came out personally to help me with my things. Gilbert who was the first person I met on the phone and in person is a professional and an awesome desk clerk and also so accommodating. When I got into the room it was so clean and smelled so fresh I thank Karole with the hospitality and the rooms. Awesome place to stay and what a wonderful crew! Thank you guys and Super 8! They had bugs in the rooms. The air didn't work so it made the rooms when you walked in sticky. The people at the counter didn't know how to book rooms or extend rooms. By the way I was there for work so I didn't pay for them at all. We had no choice to stay there because everything was full for all of us. I would never stay here again.

Guy at front desk helpful but our TV didn't work to start with and a gap all down the side of room door which you could see in from hallway so got room changed. This TV didn't work either, nor the microwave (noticed in another review from 2 years ago microwave didn't have plate neither did this one! ) The air con did not work great either, sheets grubby and at 7.40am no bread or bagels left at breakfast, two yoghurts in the fridge and some little cakes that looked like they were stale. Full of workmen and doors banging early in the morning. Tried to speak with a manager to get a discount but I couldn't get an answer to when they would be there, maybe 8am or maybe 9am. We didn't check reviews as on route 66 and just finished driving and wanted something nearby. Run down and disappointing compared to other super 8. Would have given 0.

Breakfast was delicious. We loved the room just needed bigger pillows.

Both people at the counter were nice. Fresh Belgian waffles for breakfast, as well as other continental items. Bench in the room was slightly broken (front panel falling off). Otherwise nice.

Booked a room here online. And chose to pay a 35$ cancellation fee rather than to risk staying here. Left and went to quality inn about fifteen minutes away. Very ghetto. Posted warming in parking area says do not leave items in vehicles not responsible for blah blah blah. Staff seemed nice through.

I really enjoy when me and my honey go and get away from everyone we enjoy are time Together and there breakfast bar in the morning.

Place was disgusting entire building smelt of smoke and marijuana, homeless people slept in the stairwells and lobby. 4 rooms down from me a gentlemen was arrested for beating his wife. Didn't feel safe at all while staying here.

The staff here is amazing, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Really happy with my stay in a nice town.

Felt unsafe. People seem to live here. People wandering down halls or looking out door suspiciously late in the night. People listening and looking through door crack amd hiding.

Got told over the phone by an employee before we made our reservation that we would be able to check in at 5am when we got here and that they had rooms available. Paid in advance. Got told when we got here after driving for 10 hours that all rooms were booked and no one would have said 5am and that check in times are at 6am and rooms weren't available until 3pm. Then literally got called a liar and was told that since we had no proof and didn't record the conversation with the other employee that we would be charged a $50 cancellation fee. Now we're driving from hotel to hotel looking for vacancy at 5am so we can get some sleep before my grandparents' funeral. Bottom line is record every single conversation you have with any employee at this Super 8. Especially with Elena.

Tile on bathroom floor broke at the door. Door to room was very difficult to lock. Back parking lot was trashed. They did let me check in early which was nice.

The room was not clean. I found a half-eaten, old apple under my bed. The towels had holes in them, and the "free Wi-Fi" did not reach to our room, which is the 5th room furthest from the office. The rooms phone and microwave did not work. And they had a 10 year old watching TV in the lobby, at night, who ran to get his big sister from a car in the parking lot when you rang the desk bell. Just rubbish. Not worth the $80/night.

Easy access. Very clean room. Offers breakfast and free Wi-Fi.

Spare cleaning by the Spanish housekeeper but the other one the older skinny lady was nice and very helpful. The staff are over all great but the standard of matinance of the rooms its so bad I felt the strongest urge to have Gordon Ramsey bring hos show through to give them an over haul because when I'm getting my things gathered up and I run my hand along the edge of the bed and get a clump of pet hair from past patients and the back parking area is filthy with trash and animal defecation and the front end of the grounds has over flowing trash can by front doors and trash blows on property and if never dealt with. Vending machines located in front lobby are ridiculously over priced and empty of most things most of the time. The continental breakfast was great. Over all in my opinion not the standards expected for such a big name hotel chain and not the standards expected for $70 per night for 2 adults and a emotional support dog.

This motel is affiliated with an internet booking site that evidence clearly indicates is involved with scamming clients. Beware! I would never put my family in this motel.

Looks nothing like the pics. Very very shabby. Bathroom floor linoleum missing in 2 areas. Tub was really bad. Did not take a shower. Had a dig with me and had almost no where to walk the dog. Broken glass, cans used tampons and other stuff all over… gross…

I would give negative stars if possible. Couldn't get checked in for 20 minutes due to no one at the desk. Rang bell and called until someone came from an outside room. Filthy bedrooms, my feet stuck to the carpet. I dropped an earring behind the dresser and not only found a box of condoms that had been opened but also a dead cockroach. Manager unable to do anything to help. I will be contacting corporate. Terrible hotel with terrible service.

I wouldn't even give this place a star. The manager was rude. The whole place smelled and the 'breakfast' area was dirty when we checked in which was in the evening. Garbage all over the parking lot and hardly anywhere to park. Holes in the towels, blankets and sheets. Refrigerator didn't work, the ac cover kept falling off. NEVER will I stay here again. Oh and nonstop barking from the other guests dogs. The place needs to be shut down. The pictures on this place needs to be updated.

Rooms not cleaned properly. Furniture was dirty.

Aweful breakfastan old elderly lady was at front desk in the morning already complaining and they gave her a room upstairs milk waa awful lady was rude at front desk jus horrible customer service and breakfast room was horrible I want my money back.

They were rude to my husband, and wouldn't fix the air conditioner. At least we got our refund back. If I could rate it a zero I would.

It was a good hotel for the price… big room and a good breakfast selection.

Air conditioner didn't work. It took them three hours to get us another room. No apologizes.

Crumbs leftover in waffle griddle from AM at 6pm. Messy hallways. Pretty unprofessional front counter attendant; apparently left premises and was just arriving as we walked into hotel.

Husband and I on vacation stopped for night. Price was ok. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfu. Staff very helpful. I would stay here again.

Went to Albuquerque for a concert from el paso and started driving back to realize I didn't want to drive 3 hours away at 3am ha. So I stoped here and it served its purpose. Comfy bed, good breakfast, hot water.

I stayed in this Super 8 while traveling across the country. Every night we stayed in inexpensive motels. This was by far the worst experience. The desk staff was friendly but not enthusiastic and seemed a bit sketchy. I did not feel safe in this location either. As soon as we entered our nonsmoking room we realized that the carpets were filthy, looked like an animal had been on them. The room smelled like smoke. The bed and chair were stained with God knows what. The bathroom was also not very clean either. I would not recommend this super 8.

I believe renovation is going on but … it isn't the cleanest we've ever stayed in for this price. We were going to make popcorn in the microwave but it didn't have a plate. One had to be removed from another room. When I moved the threadbare not-working-well and not-vacuumed-the-breadcrumbs-from chair, I found the very dirty caked crappy microwave plate. So much for cleaning a room thoroughly. Other than THAT, the room, though old, was relatively clean (my recommendation for a motel room) but guaranteed I won't eat breakfast here. It's an economical motel, conveniently located, the desk help was very helpful and I would have no problem recommending it to someone else.

Walked into our room and found roaches everywhere. Hotel wreaked of smoke. We immediately asked for our money back and were told we needed the managers approval. The charge on my card went through and every time I call for a manager, I'm told that the manager will call me and that he comes and goes as pleases. You have been warned. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else!

Very dirty, old, run down hotel. Sheets were threadbare and stained, bedspread was dirty and faded, stains on curtains, smoke smell on towels. The bathroom floor was greasy/slippery, tub and sink were dirty, toilet did not flush, was broken. Looked like it had not been cleaned, had to request new sheets on bed as they were stained and had hair. Back parking had knee high weeds, lumber pile by back door. Door itself was caked with dirt. Appeared that owners did not care to spend money on routine maintenance and repairs. The clerks were friendly and helpful.

The toilet overflowed as soon as we arrived. We were moved. No running water from the tap in the sink, no drinking glasses, no hair dryer … just a hole where the dryer was missing. Rugs had not been vacuumed, chairs and tables were dirty, recently painted but paint had dripped all over the shower curtains. Shower head was filthy.
