Thank you to Jeff and the rest of the staff for an amazing experience over the last weekend. Our son's wedding was in nearby Doylestown, and this hotel was the perfect home base for our family and friends. We cannot say enough about the friendly and professional staff! We know we asked a lot of you and with every request you exceeded our expectations! Our rooms were perfect and made our stay relaxing. I absolutely loved my stay here! I went for a childhood friend's wedding and I couldn't of had a better time. Being a Hilton Honor Member I was able to get a great discount on a large room/suite. That worked out perfect since before the after party we were able to hang out in my room since it had a kitchen bar area, couch and large desk. All the staff was very friendly and helpful but Devon went above and beyond. She was able to fix up my accommodation when I arrived due to my fault of not checking in and she also handle our group of friends with a smile even when we came back from the party. The amenities were great and free parking. I also loved how close it was to shopping and shops since I needed to shop and get my hair done before the wedding.

This hampton inn is modern and off the highway so you are guaranteed to get a good night's sleep. There studio suites are nothing to brag about. Front desk is very professional. Pool and Jacuzzi is spotless. Breakfast is very good and well stocked.

Check in with Devon was perfect. We had an uncomfortable situation with our neighbor, and Antonio handled it quickly, efficiently and professionally. Thanks for the resolution.

We did a late check-in after a long drive and they were fantastic. The rooms are great and well designed.

For me this was a very sad place to stay. Very depressing environment! Half of all employees didn't even crack a smile, even when you talked to them and smiled, they wouldn't smile at all or look happy. You can easily pick out which half of the employees didn't smile when your there. Everything was clean, but depressing. Management seemed to have a very tight control on everything, just too, too tight. I just don't know who to contact about the nasty management. Suzanne M. Stickley, General Manager, lied right to my face. And, even when I caught her in the lie the next day, she still lied to me.

Hotel is good for what you pay. 6a — 11p pool and jacuzzi time, gym, breakfast every morning until 10a (wish it was later), and the breakfast is good — everything from DIY waffles with various toppings, toast, eggs, cereal, English muffins, oatmeal, fresh fruit, free coffee, milk, etc. Check in is at 3p (which is too late if you ask me) and check out is at 11a. Good experience. Friendly front desk. Clean facility. Great, working ac/heat in the room. No complaints from the last 2 years I've stayed at this hotel.

Room was huge and comfortable — super clean. Paid $310 for a king room for 3 nights. Power went out on Sunday morning, not sure why, but the whole block was out. That sucked, but the staff really did their best to make everyone comfortable.

The hotel is great and the staff is typically accommodating and friendly. I've stayed at this location several times in the past 8 months, and the rooms are clean, stocked w/fridge/microwave, fresh towels and toiletries. All the usuals work properly: alarm clock, LG flat panel/remote control and guest Wi-Fi. There aren't any weird smells in the room, nor hallways, elevator or other common spaces. I havent used the gym, but it looks welcoming and modern. The breakfast is plentyful and self-service, incl waffles/bagels, eggs and protein, plus fruits and yogurts. It's the least expensive, but the rates are fair and worth the peace of mind. There are plenty of places to eat and shop near-by, including a Diner, an Asian restaurant and several other choices.

This was our second stay here. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast is fresh and well prepared, and the accommodations are quiet and comfy. Everything you want when you are away from home. Oh and the pool is well cared for.

Amenities are very nice and comfortable. Bed comfort for me has been hit or miss over the years of staying here.

This hampton inn is modern and off the highway so you are guaranteed to get a good night's rest. The staff are professional, rooms are spotless, pool and Jacuzzi are warm and clean. The breakfast is well stocked and the breakfast lady is amazing and friendly.

It was a standard hotel room The staff is professional and friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was small and all together. I'm used to hotels where the toilet and shower are separated from the sink and mirror by a door, so two people can use different facilities at the same time. This wasn't that, which was difficult as we had less than an hour to get ready for a wedding twenty minutes away. Breakfast wasn't bad though several in the party warned me about the eggs and sausage. I was happy with yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, and French toast sticks. All in all, it was adequate for the purpose of getting ready and sleeping, but nothing to get excited about one way or another. If you are looking for a hotel room in the Montgomeryville area, this one is fine.

Didn't have the crib we'd asked for. Rooms were clean, but a strange lack of trash cans… only one in the bathroom, none in the bedroom. Breakfast is standard for complementary.

This is one of the better hotel stays I have experienced. Room is pretty quiet, breakfast is great!, Mike at the front desk is amazing, fridge and microwave in room, clean, free cookies, pool and hot tub are salt watered, and outside patio nice for enjoying the weather. I've stayed lots of places and lots of other Hamptons and this one is the best!

I was overcharged! I stayed 2 nights and I was charged for 3. All 3 days I was charged different amounts. I called to get clarification and was spoken roughly to by one of there representatives. I then asked to speak with the general manager and was told that she was not in. They forwarded me to her voice mail. I left a message and I am waiting for a call from her. Today is Tuesday June 27th the time is now 4:13pm. Will keep you all updated on this situation.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Left a high value item in my room and called hotel after driving a good distance home. Item was retrieved by staff and a friend was still in the area and picked it up for me, but the staff were prepared to mail it to me otherwise. The breakfast is refilled and polite employees. I will say probably one of the better breakfast buffets at a non 5 star hotel. Amenities and grounds were very clean. Very close to retail and other hotels since we stayed there for a wedding at another venue.

Stay-cation must. I stay about once a month with my three boys to enjoy the pool and breakfast. They must loose money on us because we are at pool until closing and are the first at breakfast and the pooling it until noon! Mike at the counter always warmly greets us and makes us feel at home. Treat yourself and your kids to a night off for about the price of a night at the movies.

Marvelous hotel with all updated beds appliance and furniture. Enjoyed the amenities and wonderful array of cookies & coffee upon arrival. Staff is also a pleasure to encounter. Everyone is warm and welcoming and go above and beyond. I will return everytime in Pa via Philadelphia.

The staff is helpful to a business traveler, a couple and a family with a young baby. The rooms are clean, the common room is great for both breakfast and informal get togethers. The pool area was clean and neat — just their place to relax for a swim or a whirlpool.

Great Location — Great Front Desk personnel — Great Breakfast I was fortunate to make this hotel my first choice during my 13 months working in the area. From the moment I checked in on Monday night til checking out Friday mornings, the front desk staff made me feel very welcome and ready to engage in friendly conversation. Being away from home so long make you appreciate friendly faces. Jeff personally saw that I had everything I required whenever he manned the desk. Nice touch. I was lucky to always stay in the suite option as the extra space was more relaxing. Breakfast was always a treat and being greeted by Antonine made it more special. Location gave you so many options to dine and shop. Gym was decent for a workout and there are running trails nearby. Whirlpool was a hit or miss since it was not always operating. When it was working, it was thoroughly relaxing. If you recall, I was in this hotel for a year so I really had the total experience. Lucky I came across this spot for my work project. In fact, I am visiting Philadelphia during this upcoming Easter and chose to stay in same hotel for its familiarity and proximity to areas of attraction.

The best Hampton we have ever stayed in. These beds were AMAZING. We did not want to leave. Not far from Philly and yet out of the crowded traffic. Friendly staff and a great breakfast. Clean, clean, clean.

Service and rooms were fantastic! Clean. Friendly staff. I was not familiar with the area so the building was a little difficult to locate, otherwise I'll be visiting more of these.

Nice hotel, conveniently located in Montgomeryville. Plenty of food and shopping in the area, indoor pool, exercise area, lounge with coffee, and nice clean rooms. Montgomeryville is not a destination town by any means but if you're in the area and need a place to sleep this place is fantastic.

The entire hotel was very clean and nice, lobby and breakfast area was huge, rooms were large and conformable, staff was professional and friendly and had a pool available as well! Best of all the breakfast food was delicious and the beds were amazingly comforatable.

This is a great hotel. However, I do have reservations about the comfort of the beds. Though soft and comfortable I personally think the pillows could have been better. But still a great experience overall.

Studio was great! Clean rooms and amenities. Breakfast was great and the staff was very attentive for refilling any food that was low.

I went out bed bugs in one of the beds and only changed their room. Nor an apology. And when you do the checkout I needed a few amendments in the bill and could not be according to the front desk because he did the checkout (or I wonder)

You dont need to set an alarm clock, house keeping will wake you up no matter you have a sign or not! Guranted wake up call : (.
