Less than 1 star. Very run down, dirty and has mice. There was a overdose there the day we visited a friend who was going to stay there for a few days. Plans changed quick.

Not the best priced for the quality of the rooms and the service people were to pushy when it came to wanting to come in and clean the room. I was there for three to five days. Nosy if you ask me cause your room don't need to be cleaned everyday. They don't have a do not disturb sign for you to use. And I went to the front desk and told them I didn't want service in my room one day when I was not going to be there. Get back that evening and my bed is made and my TV off which I left on. I wasn't happy.

I was sent here by welfare in Camden with my child. We starte over night and when we woke up, my child has been bitten badly on the back of her neck and arms. So I took the bedding off of the bed to see black spots in the corners of the mattress. I took pictures of everything and took it to the office to the motel manager. He said spots like that means there was bed bugs on that mattress once apon a time smh. So without hesitation, he moved us to another room with a brand new mattress.

Dropped off a guy who was down on his luck here, it looked depressing. Hopefully I will never have to stay there.

Great place to be very clean respectful owners and worker everyday is being cleaned and when you need anything all you have to do is pick up the room phone dial 0 and the operator will pick up and who asked what you need and it will be done great service no complaints from me I give it 5 stars wish can give it more I am grateful to be where I am especially talk to the guy and the front office he's one of the best to speak to I work with him he works with me great attitude great conversations will every single one here at the Budget Inn Suite :-)

This is NOT a place you stay at on vacation with the kids. I'll put it this way, if you got kicked out by the old lady and beef a cheap place to crash for a night or two and don't mind the "motel life environment", or if your into the things that go down at seedy motels than this is the spot for you. Cheap, in a great location, Wawa half a block away, and in walking distance theres a shopping center with a walmart, monster pets, staples, game stop, tu se belle (Italian resteraunt), pay less, chick fil-a, arby's, applebees, acme, plus a bunch of other places I can't think of ATM. But location wise for being near a shopping hub can be beneficial.

I had a nice stay, and the rooms were sparse yet clean. Perfect if you need a place to stay just for the night.

No longer has frig & micro in the rooms. Convenient to shopping.

Nice place. Very Friendly staff. Mr. Patel is awesome. He is the main dude here. Came every morning with clean towels. I've stayed here alot in my day.

Not a real Budget Inn. It's a dump. I think it's a halfway house actually. Hooker banging on the door next to us demanding her money. Stale smokey "non smoking rooms". The cigarette burn marks on the sink and bathroom were attractive. Wi-Fi must get shut down at night because there's no signal. Should have turned around when we saw the pile of old mattresses stacked in the center courtyard.

The pics I see here must be from their opening day because now the place looks run down & dingy. The room was poorly lit & upon inspection dirty. I had to clean the bathroom with my own personal bleach cleaner before even considering a shower. They have a list of ridiculous rules (ex — no more than 2 pcs of luggage in room, no refunds after 10 mins of check-in, guests not allowed to turn down housekeeping) posted at far end of check-in desk so ppl need to be attentive because they won't point them out to you. Staff was cold & at check out rude! I'll never patronize this place again & wouldn't even send my enemies here! It's just that bad!

Service and accommodations were adequate. No issue with the cleanliness of the room, and there was plenty of hot water. For single night stay at a reasonable price this location is perfectly suitable, but offers nothing fancy. Internet speed was mediocre, but usable. Nothing to rave about here, but nothing to complain about either.

Fine with no whistles and bells. If you know what I mean. All there beds are cheap but comfortable enough to sleep in.

Cockroaches! They crawled up the walls and snuck out behind the headboards and popped out of drawers. My husband was killing them for three days. They wouldn't do anything about it, one day one greeted me on the toilet seat… Worst cleaning crew they wipe nothing and then stand and stare at u for a tip. For the sake of yourself do not stay here 70 a night to not sleep bc the bugs come out.

Last time I was there the room I had was decent I was homeless so I was thankful for any thing and at 18 it was like I had my own. Atleast for one night. My room was clean. The TV just didn't work well.

The whoredervs were horrible. Desert sucked.

Broken drawers leaking toilets dirty carpets foul odors.
