Quite room, modern, large parking lot. Clean.

So far it’s been a good stay, highly recommend the front porch rest very good food.

Great rooms with strong Wi-Fi and good amenities.

I’ve been staying here since it opened. I have never had a trouble getting a room the Hotel staff are friendly and they remember you from past visits. Just love it.

Went to the porch restaurant… what a crappy menu. It's going to take some time to straighten that place out. Not happy with the fact that if you search the place it states they serve fish and chips. When we get there they said that shouldn't be in the search and sorry but this 1 page menu back and front are your menus choices. Don't get me wrong, the atmosphere is nice however its played up on the search as a "well to do" restaurant, at least that's how myself and 3 others decided to give it a try… it has potential…

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and the decor/design was very modern and well presented. Our room was modest and clean for the price we paid (they gave a great deal for the wedding party I was apart of… about $120 a night). No issues with the Wi-Fi and questions or services requested were attended to promptly. The continental breakfast was pretty good considering it comes with the room. Included: eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, bagels, french toast, fruit, coffee, orange juice, and fixings for all of the above. I really liked the mini convenience store at the front. Forgot to bring a razor and having the availability to not only purchase it with ease, but to charge it to the room was convenient (they also sell beer too). Overall a good experience. This is my second stay at a Courtyard Marriott and I've come to enjoy the amenities and style/design of these hotels! I would definitely stay again!

I recommend getting a corner room. It's very bright and sunny. Patio has good food and both indoor and outdoor seating with a fire pit. Showers are nice. Rooms have a sofa.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located and it was easy to get to interstate 476. The room and bathroom were very spacious and felt roomy. And everything felt new. The employees were friendly but we didn't have any issues so we didn't have much interaction with them. I will definitely stay here again the next time I need a hotel in the area.

Very accommodating. Lovely place to stay overnight on our long distance trip. Rooms were beautiful and clean.

July 19, 2018 the Souderton Area School District had a retirement gathering for one of our Directors at the Courtyard Marriott. The arrangements were made over email and arrangements were a little disjointed. However, the staff led by Barret Williams and Jacob Thompson went above and beyond to make sure we had just what we were looking for as an informal gathering on the Patio. A special call out, to Marvin Strum and Juwan Aldrige for providing us with wonderful the Patio hors d’oeuvres and friendly smiles. Frank our bar tender for providing us with brilliant service and a quick wit. Thank you to Charlotte McDougall for all the communications and emailing options to us. The environment was lovely for those looking for outdoor venue and I would recommend this facility for any function you are looking for.

Decent food. Tasted good, well prepared. Better than most hotel restaurants.

Front desk staff were very friendly and professional, we got a breakfast deal with our package and it was a great, delicious way to start the day, very clean rooms.

Excellent beds, clean, modern and well located. Pool is nice but quit small. Fitness room is well stocked with equipment and the bar area is very nice.

This place is ridiculous! Our reservation got cancelled… they tried to turn it on us saying it was our fault even though I had the confirmation email with the confirmation number. I spent 2 looooonnnggg hours trying to resolve the issue on the phone. 2 hours I missed with my family on a holiday weekend. I ended up getting a room at a different hotel (not a Marriott and it was awesome with stellar customer service). The only resolution Anna Rice (the service rep at the home office) could come up with was to give me 25, 000 rewards point to use towards a future hotel room. Today, the next day — I figured I'd see if we could extend our weekend out of town and use those points at a nearby hotel — but the points aren't on my rewards account! Ugh! Horrible horrible way to treat a loyal customer.

Very nice room. Excellent shower products… clean n comfy bed… loved the shower too! Very courteous staff… enjoyed a nice big tasty breakfast outside on the patio! A nice stay indeed…

Drank a few (4) beers at the bar. Good selection of beers, but they were a bit pricey. Nice ambiance. Going to visit again soon!

Lobby is very modern, clean, quiet and perfect to do some work and have meetings in the middle of the day. Looking forward to going back. I've recommended couple folks to this hotel and they've had no complaints.

Very nice hotel. Clean, reasonable and near turnpike. Great bar with a great bartender (pretty sure his name is Frank or Frankie) on the particular night that we were there. Lovely outdoor seating area with firepits. A very relaxing place.

Beautiful new building; clean and maintained very well. I travel a lot. Last year I stayed 190 nights in Marriott properties. Hospitality is usually wonderful. The Marriott Lansdale property lacks hospitality. This seems like small details but it is important if you almost live in hotels. There was no water in the room and when I asked for water I was charged $2 for a small 20 cent bottle. I paid a rate of $195 per night and I wasn’t afforded the hospitality of a small drink of water. To go further it was explained to me that the hotel was watching costs and it cost too much to provide guests with a bottle of water.

Wonderful stay but pillow and bed were a little too soft for our liking. Very clean though and nice customer service.

Trapped in an elevator here on Christmas morning. Firemen had to rescue us. I heard proper protocol was not followed. Thank God we did not have medical conditions. Now no response from hotel management despite my call and voicemail. I was assured yesterday I would hear from someone today. This is the first of many steps I'm taking to get satisfaction from what was a traumatic event on a day that was supposed to be special. Shame on this hotel for their poor customer treatment.

Very nice, clean and great exercise room and pool. Highly recommend this hotel. Very convenient access to PA turnpike.

This hotel was very new and modern. The bistro was very convenient especially when it was snowing and it was hard to get out. Also the dinners I had there were exceptionally tasty and gourmet. The hotel room was very spacious and I loved having access to Internet tv. Dessert was yummy too.

I truly enjoyed my visit at this hotel. The staff members were friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel style is very neat, different, and compelling. The rooms were clean, spacious, and presentable (the housekeeping staff members deserves recognitions as well for the upkeep of this place). I am looking forward to many more future visits to come at this Hotel. Thank you very much.

Nice lobby. Similar to others including Loft. It was clean and spacious with lots of different seating areas. There were some computers in the lobby too. The hotel staff, two young ladies didn’t know how to give directions to the hotel. Just know it is just east of the Northeast extension of the PA turnpike on Sumneytown Rd in Lansdale.

The Porch is a great place to grab a drink. Bar specials during NFL games are super reasonable. The bar manager was attentive and very nice.

What a great Hotel! Brand new, courteous staff, large rooms with comfortable beds and bright bathrooms. Even the staff at The Bistro surprised me with how efficient and friendly they were.

Attended a baby shower in the ballroom. The facility was clean and modern. The hotel provided food for the event. The service was excellent. The quality of the food was fair to good.

It was a beautiful hotel. We had family visiting from out of town and they really enjoyed it. They really liked the room. The ambiance was pretty nice.

Very nice! Pool was small and no continental breakfast but otherwise a really nice hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful decor, comfortable setting, nice outdoor patio, fairly nice exercise room, very clean rooms, modern amenities.

Good local networking spot. I've had several good business meetings here where a local business person and I have arranged to talk further one-to-one. You don't feel like an outsider for not being an overnight guest and they do a good job of connecting with the community through their events.

I stayed at this hotel a year ago and it was wonderful. When the same business trip came up again this year, I booked this hotel again because of the great experience I had (even though it was about 45 minutes away from my destination). Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite of last time. 1st room had dirty tissues between the bed and night stand (that would've been gone if the linens were changed), the linens on the bed were ruffled, and didn't smell fresh. The 2nd room I got to had gross sticky stuff on the desk (too tired by then to change rooms again), so I wiped the surfaces I was using down with a Lysol wipe. The bathroom floor also appeared to not have been cleaned. Also, requested late checkout and got woken up TWICE by housekeeping. That's a major pet peeve for a business traveler who has long drives to make. Your results may vary, but might want to bring some wet wipes & ear plugs just in case.

Nice, clean, comfortable. In town on business other near by hotel was packed and this hotel not only got us a room but upgraded the room at no cost. Would recommend and would stay again!

The hotel was beautiful! The pool was great! Hotel was clean, the room size was cozy and spacious. The evening staff during our 2 night stay was awesome! The morning staff working the front desk was rude and short on multiple occasions which was our only short coming the entire stay. The rate wasn't to bad for the busy summer season either! Would definitely return!

Was at the Marriott for a wedding. Rooms were fantastic, very modern and clean. Wifi was free, got a good signal and was fast. Price was good (but we got a discount as a group rate). Front staff was very friendly and also was fantastic on accommodating our early check in request for Friday (noon), and our late check-out request for Sunday (1pm). We would stay here again!

Such a beautiful venue, great food, great location. I've been here a handful of times for different events and each time has been great. The staff is on top of cleanup and friendly and accommodating, and the bartenders make great drinks. I love coming here :-)

Great rooms and nice comfortable beds. Just wish it had complimentary breakfast, instead of one you have to pay for.

Very nice rooms. Very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. Be aware that traveling to Philly can get pretty expensive using the toll roads. The hotel is very easy to get to and the area around the hotel felt very safe and clean.

Always good solid hotel. Facilities including gym good. Bistro bar and restaurant are very good. Staff always friendly.

Gym is ok. Has a cable machine and treadmills. Also dumbbells. Would have appreciated a barbell but oh well. Hotel is clean and well kept.

Friendly staff — love the convenience of the headphones they provide you (complimentary) to keep in the gym, great business area — with 4 computers and free printing. Wish we had more choices for breakfast though.

Stayed here for a wedding in the area. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are beautiful and well kept and the bed is incredibly comfy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area!

Great, new property. Staff was very friendly. Price was a little high compared to other hotels nearby. But it was located great for my needs.

Newer hotel, so it has all the regular Courtyard amenities, plus the TV's have apps, so you can watch Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services.

This hotel seems to do everything right! It is designed beautifully, both from a practical point-of-view, as well as asthetically. The nightly rate is very good, & we were permitted to check in early, which made for a more relaxing afternoon. The room was as soundproof as any, and that, considering that the hotel is very near the turnpike, is saying something. The gym could have a few more pieces of equipment, but it has enough to make it functional. We really enjoyed our stay.
