Awful rooms … The r bed bug infested.

I wish I could give it zero stars. One is there because I had to … People was buying and selling drugs right outside. They gave me someones used bloody towels … And MOST OF ALL MY BED HAD BED BUGS IN IT … YES THEY HAVE BED BUGS THERE. Please just go to the best western across the street … you will be so so so so sorry if you stay here. Please take my advice. I wish I had some1 to warn me before I went there. I got my money back for the room, but it cost me all my clothes shoes and every other article of clothing from those bloodsuckers.

Wow! Small room, hairs under bedspread on top of sheets, dirty toilet paper floating in commode, rust stains & rust flakes in tub, non smoking room smelled smokey. The BW across the street is only $10.00 more!

The manager and his family are great people and are always friendly and polite. I stay at the Relax Inn quite a bit, the rooms are always clean and I've never had a problem getting clean linens or towels when I need them. Also, the rates are very reasonable. The only thing that they should change is check-out time, instead of 10:00 AM it should be 11:00 AM like all other motels. 12/5/17 I stayed here lastnight and it was very quiet and cozy, the bed was so comfortable that as soon as I laid down on it I was ready to go to sleep and it was only 3:30 in the afternoon, instead of going to sleep I took a walk to the shopping center next door and got myself dinner and also went to the Dollar Store over there and got some things I had forgotten to bring for the shower, once I ate my dinner and showered I gave in to that big, comfy bed and slept like a baby all night! The Relax Inn is the best you will find in the area and don't let the looks from the outside fool you… the rooms have been remodeled and are really nice inside!

I am giving them 3 stars because they are better then the cheapest places in Dover. We stayed there for a few weeks while we were waiting for our apartment to be ready. They do not clean the rooms daily or change the sheets daily. This is a very budget motel. But for the cost, it's a fair value.

Good location, rooms are worth every penny and staff is really friendly!

The manager/front desk personnel let guest do whatever they want. Very loud guest. You would think you were in the hood. Said something to the manager and he didn't do anything about it. You can hear through walls like they weren't even there. The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because the rooms and pretty clean, the Wi-Fi works without any issues, and they have flat screen tvs. If you can't sleep with noise, then it's not a place for you.

The owner here is a great person very helpful and polite. Not nasty arrogant nor selfish. In addition, tries to remedy mishaps soon as they occur. I am thankful and mostly because it proves not everyone believes in taking and not doing anything for their customers. Thanks.

Great rooms, great price, great staff… spacious and CLEAN! Affordable and worth it. Very convenient to all stores… walking distance and bus route right out front.
