The receptionist when we checked in was very helpful. The rest of the staff didn't seem that interested in doing more than what they were paid to do meaning they didn't really like to communicate with me. When I went to get breakfast the lady was there cleaning g up when I first got to the eating area but then she went into her little room and stayed sitting. They have coffee all the time which is nice but in the morning it was so hot not even the protective sleeve helped. I had to get ice to add to it. A plus, they have an ice machine. Another plus is I live the pillows at Hampton Inn. The picture is our room as we were leaving.

Spots on furniture in room. Yesterday’s fruit on breakfast bar (brown bananas and mashed fruit). Hot breakfast bar was never properly serviced/stocked even after attendant and manager were notified. I’m a loyal HIlton Diamond member and disappointed in this location. Take some pride in your job or take a job in another industry.

As a team member for Hilton I stay at several hotels and this one I enjoyed. Very friendly staff and our room was spot clean.

We were camping in nearby Trap Pond State Park when a large thunderstorm came through. Afterwards we found that our bedding had gotten soaking wet. Kevin answered our call and was very helpful. We all got a great night's sleep and a delicious breakfast in the morning. My daughter thinks we should "camp" in hotels everytime now. Thanks for helping us out!

Rooms are on the smaller side, though they do include a fridge and microwave. The TVs are definitely on the smaller side, 32" I'd say.

Average Hampton. Nothing fancy except the summer prices, which are pricier than Manhattan. Pro Tip: Walk over to the Applebee's for 50 cent Beers and 4 Long Islands!

Great customer service, front desk was helpful and respectful. Good location, and the room was cooled down (AC) when I arrived. Bedding was clean and soft. Would visit again!

Stayed here last night (8/18/17) with my family… 1. The cable didn't work 2. The Wi-Fi wasn't working 3. They charge a safe fee 4. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night we went to the front desk and confronted them about the issues and the alarm going off, they said it wasn't a customer, that it was an issue in their system so we asked for a discount or something since it seemed like nothing was working properly the night we stayed and they said no and apologized. And it was annoying that we had to pay a fee for the safe that is in the room. Next time we are traveling to OCMD, we won't be staying at this hotel. It seemed like the people who ran it didn't care about the guests and didn't care that we had a rough night. We are disappointed in paying for room and the.

One of he quietest rooms we've ever been in. Great bedding. Warm fresh cookies at the front desk. Very feiendly and accommodating!

Staff was very accommodating for our daughter who was having some stomach issues that created a mess in the middle of the night. Continental breakfast was average. Elevator doors close really slow and after a long delay.

Rooms are a little loud considering the lack of "traffic". Decent breakfast. I've had much better from other Hamptons. I'll be honest, I'd normally rate this place as 3 stars instead, but quite frankly we all know that thus is the nicest hotel in town still, so we have to compare apples to apples. Would still recommend.

This mid-range hotel had a nicely appointed room with a quiet air conditioner, clean atmosphere, and attractive lobby.

Hampton Inn is a very familiar brand for business travelers, and this one is another fine example of a well managed hotel. No surprises, in a good way.

Pretty standard hotel. Meets expectations.

I needed to book a block of rooms for guests for my wedding. Firstly, I had to continuously call them, they did not return any of mine or my fiancés calls. Second, the manager of the hotel was extremely rude, taking a condescending tone during the entire conversation, unable to explain the rationale behind not being able to book rooms when they are available, and not allowing me to transfer to the district managers number when requested. It is not profession nor does it make fiscal sense to not allow potential guest to spend money at their location when desired.

This was the best place for a great value. The hotel staff was super friendly, and our room was clean and comfy. Also, probably the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.

I was going to the area for a little r/r was unsure about the hotel. When I got to the hotel the lobby was clean and decorated nicely, Michele at the counter was very patience with me and answer all of my 100 questions. The room was very clean carpets had no spots TV and cable were updated. The bedding was fresh even the box spring had been clean. The location is good if you want to go to mall, beach. Or movies. There are tons of places to eat. My husband and I had a wonderful time and every evening after being out allday we could not wait to get back to our room thank you.

I had such an enjoyable stay at this hotel. This comes after I had a reservation at the Quality Inn a block away from this Hampton Inn in Seaford and it was such a HORRIBLE experience. I called the Hampton Inn and they had one room left, rushed there after such bad service at Quality Inn. The check in took 5 minutes after having no reservation. Room was clean, hotel was quiet (checked in at 9 pm). Lobby was nice as was the woman at the front desk! Got into the room and everything was clean, the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. The room had wireless internet as well. Nice large 42 in flat screen tv. Clean "white" linens. The bathroom was huge and spot less for a chain like Hampton. Mirror, sink, shower, toilet all in the same one bathroom. There is a pool on site, a business center with computer and printer, continental breakfast with the best service (a woman there named Vicky made us feel like we were at our grandmother's because she ran back and forth to get us items because we got to breakfast so late). We were SOOOO sad to leave. We stayed there for one night before driving to Rehobath Beach that is 45 mins away. Will DEFINITELY stay there again. The hotel is up to par with more "expensive" chains. Don't change Hampton and you will have customers for life.

We stay stay here over and over again, everyone is so helpful, thoughtful and will help you in anyway they can. We consider the Hampton in Seaford our home away from home. Very clean rooms, great indoor pool, laundry room. Easy access to main highway. Just can not say enough about this Hampton except it books up fast.
