Beautiful place, beautiful people. Restorative and refreshing. And oh! What a breakfast!

Everything was perfect. Bob and Debi are outstanding hosts and Bob is an amazing chef. We were the inaugural cooking class of 2021 and had a blast. Most of us know how to cook pretty well so we just focused on having fun and learning a few tricks. Had we needed more assistance, Bob would be the ideal instructor.

Our experience here was awesome. Great place to have a girls getaway from the kids. The food was great, definitely a change up from the ordinary breakfast. Great conversation with Debbie and Bob and also their sweet dog Pablo who kept us company at the breakfast table, lol. Definitely will come back during the warmer months to relax in the yard by the fire pit and to play corn hole.

We definitely enjoyed our stay. The room was well appointed and had a balcony overlooking the patio and woods. The breakfast was superb and beautifully presented. Very gracious hosts and fun to talk with.

Best B&B in Odessa with amazing food! The owners are two of the best people you will ever meet. We've already planned our next visit. They adhere to Covid guide lines and then some! We felt very safe and extremely comfortable.

Debi and Bob treated us like a family with their hospitality, excellent food and a fabulous location.
Great place to go with kids and bring them hiking in the natural parks, rent a boat for a ride in the lake and embark on an adventurous zipline… and also, eat excellent fish at sunset in the bay of Chesapeake!

My husband and I stayed at the Miller-Dunham House Bed and Breakfast after our wedding, and we can’t express enough how thankful we are for Bob and Debbie. Their hospitality was 11/10, our room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and welcoming. The food was delicious and kept us full fo sure. The backyard has a beautiful patio/ garden space great for any occasion. We had our reception there, we highly recommend this location if you want a small, peaceful, and beautiful environment. We would definitely recommend staying at this bed and breakfast for any getaway. Thank you again Bob and Debbie, Kent and I will definitely be back.

Very pretty, very clean and exceptional! Karla and George are beyond perfect hosts! Breakfast was delicious, served in a beautiful sunroom overlooking the beautiful grounds! Our hosts made us feel so comfortable and were most welcoming, we felt as though we have known them for years! Highly recommend and will definitely be returning! An added touch was Toby, their handsome little dog! Very well behaved and just adorable!

I am writing this review just shortly after leaving the bed and breakfast. I can honestly say that I have not had a more pleasant experience at a hotel than I had at the Miller-Dunham House. Great owners, great food and more importantly, a relaxing stay. Thank you Miller-Dunham House from The Caldwell's!

This place was super cute. The owners were very accommodating and even made me a reservation at a restaurant. Great food nice people I would go back if I was in The area.

What a wonderful place to stay. My boyfriend and I just spent the weekend there and not only was the house, grounds, and town charming, so were George and Karla. Hospitality at its finest. The rooms are so quaint and they were both so friendly and accommodating, we didn’t feel uncomfortable for one minute. I HIGHLY recommend staying here… just charming.

We were thoroughly blessed by the hospitality of George, Ruth and Toby (their dog)! This beautiful couple and their wonderful getaway house are lovely! We loved the quiche, sausage and fruit! George and Ruth were incredibly helpful with suggestions for areas to visit near Odessa, DE. They were delightful to visit with!

George and Karla hosted my wife and me plus our 8 month old baby and our little dog after a long day on the road. We very much enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious, the home and neighborhood were quite charming, and our hosts were wonderful. This will be our place to stay in Delaware going forward!

Booked last minute and Karla and George had everything ready for us, a cozy fireplace and a big room. The next morning I did not want to get out of bed because the sheets were so soft and the bed was just amazing. Love it and highly recommend it for a restful stay and a hearty, homemade breakfast.

Gorgeous home with the most hospitable owners! If you are ever in the area or passing by this is the place to stay! Beautiful fire place, quiet neighborhood and great local restaurants. Will absolutely come back!

Had a wonderful weekend stay here. The accommodations were super clean, super convenient and super comfortable. It was a nice, quiet stay in a beautiful room. George and Karla were kind, gracious hosts and their breakfast was absolutely delicious! Would most definitely stay here again :)

Such a wonderful experience at this adorable bed and breakfast! My brothers and father and I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxed and laid back atmosphere with a gorgeous outdoor space and extremely hospitable hosts. Karla and George prepared a beautiful fruit and cheese plate upon arrival, made delicious breakfasts each morning and offered endless snacks and beverages. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms very modern (with heated floors! ), and everything was pristinely clean. Highly recommend this great homey place to anyone coming to stay in the area!

My husband and I spent our 9th anniversary at the Miller-Dunham house earlier this week, and it was a 5-star experience! Karla and George are friendly and hospitable — they even provided us with a couple special treats to celebrate our anniversary! The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and clean, with a well-kept garden out back. We stayed in the Provence Room, which is expansive, yet quiet, and includes a private balcony, where we read together in the morning, and a gorgeous bathroom with an enormous soaking tub. The breakfast that Karla and George prepared was wonderful, including plenty of hot coffee, more fresh fruit than we could eat, homemade pancakes, and local sausage. I have food sensitivities, and Karla was happy to cater to my special needs, serving me an egg — and gluten-free breakfast bake that was wonderful! The inn is comfortable, and the innkeepers are delightful hosts. We only wished our experience could have lasted longer. We highly recommend the Miller-Dunham House!
