Adams Ocean Front Resort Motel

The balconies at the Villas were not up to par and two women fell from the one upper balcony and were hurt. We stayed in that unit after it happened with signs all over our unit. Caution tape on the upper decks which we could not use. Stop order sign on our unit. We were only notified the day before our stay and told the upper balcony was roped off because it didn’t meet inspection. Seriously, two women were badly injured! The unit should of been shut down and we should of got our money back or offered a different unit. Upon check out I asked for compensation for the balconies that we couldn’t use because they were condemned. The property manager said no the owners will not compensate. Terrible customer service and unacceptable! I’m still stressed about all this! We will never return! Ps: if you say why did we stay the week after finding out what happened. We didn’t know until late late night the night before we left. Bless those involved 🙏

We stayed here for our first trip with our dog, the villas are nice and separate for extra privacy and roomy! Our dog felt at home and really enjoyed her stay. We booked another visit as we checked out!

Our first time to Dewey Beach and Adams resort was amazing. Dog friendly. Everyone was so nice. Great to sit on the rocking chairs and relax watching and listening to the beach/ocean. It was the perfect place for us to get away. We are definitely coming back.

Peaceful and relaxing. Very friendly and helpful staff. The whole first floor is the dog floor for people who travel with their dogs. Definitely going back.

This was our first time in a villa with our two Golden Retrievers. Villa was great for two large dogs. Easy beach access. Convenient parking for two vehicles. Nice balcony to sit out and enjoy the sound of the ocean. Very nice clean place.

I enjoyed everything about this place and will recommend to all.

If you're looking for a place to go that to relax and enjoy good people, than Adams Ocean Front Resort is the place. My wife and I have been going there for 4 years and we have been nothing but happy with them.

Adams Ocean Front Resort has extraordinary ocean views, a friendly staff, clean rooms, a nice pool, & a chill vibe! The location is perfect since it's right off Coastal Hwy & steps from the beach.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, pet friendly, off street, on site parking, coffee and donuts in the morning, steps from the beach. I would recommend Adams Ocean Front to anybody.

Adams Oceanfront is perfect if you are looking for a dog friendly place at the beach! Spacious villas, great ocean views and just steps from the beach. Will definitely be returning to Adams Oceanfront for our 2019 vacation!

Nice but definitely in need of remodeling. But so close to beach & within walking distance of just about everything!

Nicely remodeled bathrooms. Cozy rooms. Right on the beach. Free continental breakfast. Nice overall.

Great place to stay in Dewey Beach! Very clean and rustic. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. The view of the ocean is amazing and the pool is top notch! Our only issue is that there's no microwave but if you plan on eating out that's not a big deal. The rooms and motel are definitely the cutest in Dewey!

Been staying here consistently for the last 5-10 years with friends from the Balto-Wash area. Nice accommodations and views from both the hotel and the efficiencies. Highly recommend it, walking distance to all bars and restaurants. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

A very nice, quaint motel, with clean rooms and friendly staff. Rates for being right off of the beach were great, and they were very helpful working with us to find a nice room and rate during the season change. The room renovations are nice, but there are some holes in the bathroom.

I've been going there for years and can't say enough great things! The villas offer comfort and space, and the rooms have the nice big decking with comfy rocking chairs… perfect for taking in the beach views. The staff is so nice and accommodating… the location perfect… you can't go wrong staying at the Adam's!

Love Adams! The location is fantastic! There's nothing like waking up in the morning and going outside to see the ocean waves. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. It's a great choice for families as it is located in a quiet part of town. They also don't seem to get the rowdy crowd staying at Adams which is great if you have young children and you're staying over the weekend. We've been staying for years now and will continue to go back. It's definitely the best place to stay in Dewey.

I have been going to Adams for 5-6 years now, never a bad experience! The ladies in the office always refer to me by my name and I think that's great, it shows they know returning guests. The rooms are nice, fantastic location with a beautiful view and a nice pool area. Every time I visit I don't want to leave. We just spent a week there and I'm already planning another trip.
