I have to say I was shocked upon checking into this hotel! I used digital check in and never had a problem before! When I arrived at the hotel they changed my room without any notice! I request certain rooms because I don’t sleep well! Being nice I agreed to the change until I went to the room! The room was so small, filthy from the door, to the walls, floor, carpet everything not only the smell of filth but marijuana! Now if I smoked pot and like living in filth I would be fine but I do not! This room needs to be thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom! I wonder in management has ever even been in it! I immediately had to call the front desk and I cannot blame the front desk, I know they don’t clean the room and the man was very accommodating! So now my $420 or so stay turned into a $551 stay because they switched my room without telling me and I had to pay more! This is not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel! Very disappointed with the mix up and the room they thought that I would stay in!

Really nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. We wished our stay could last for a longer period. We will come back again for sure! Thank you for giving us the feeling to be at home. We can recommend this hotel to anyone!

We only stopped for one night on our way from CT to Ocean City MD, and we had a great night, the place has tons of stuff to do, lots of stuff close by to eat and the staff was phenomenal! They are extremely welcoming and that really important to me! The rooms were immaculate and well stocked with anything you need for a weeks stay! I definitely recommend this place to stay!

Beautiful rooms very friendly staff.

Nice hotel, huge rooms. Has my daughters 13th bday get together and it was perfect. The room was big, kitchen fully stocked, plenty of counter/table space for the food, cake and snacks and the sofa area has a curtain where I could still keep an eye on the girls, while giving then their space. I absolutely loved it, thinking of having our grown up girls get together here.

Comfortable facility. Had to change rooms because of noise level on first floor but the front desk staff was quick to provide an alternate room. If you're looking for a quiet night, book a room away from the patio/fire pit area.

Stayed in a 2 bed suite since our daughter was with us. Breakfast was amazing! Our bathroom ran out of shower gel but the house keeping on the floor quickly solved that problem. I can't say anything about this one even if I tried. Location was perfect since we were going to the amusement park the next day.

This hotel is new, extremely clean, nice decor and beds are comfy. All the accommodations and amenities are wonderful. You are greeted with friendly staff that are very welcoming. I must give kudos to Ta’Lisa and Claire! They provided outstanding customer service by working as a team and going above and beyond. I edited my review to make sure I acknowledged Alexis! Alexis is the Assistant General Manager and she also went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. I thank each of you for making my trip (along with my teenage children) a great hotel experience. :-) This hotel is the place to stay! Nothing negative about it.

Clean, quiet, friendly and brand new. Hand king bed with couch. Single room but had a room divider in case you has someone sleeping on the pullout couch. Person behind desk was nice and welcoming, offered to bring me toothpaste when I forgot, whole place is well lit. Would definitely recommend for business travel. 6am breakfast!

This is a really nice Home2Suites! It looks fairly new and is extremely clean! Good location for travel needs to the main highways. Has the well known and extremely comfortable bed sheets, and black out blinds for that every so nice shopping experience from a long day of work on the road. I do a fair bit of travel and not all Hilton properties are the same. This brand and especially this location is one of my favorites.

Without question, best stay I have had to date! From front desk staff, to the room, services for guests, and even the other guests I ran into during my stay. Such a pleasant and luxurious experience.

Reserved and paid for a king bed room. Got a double. Go back to the desk and they said it's the only room they have, and a pipe broke in the king room. Yeah right. I ask for a credit, they tell me they are doing me a favor because it's an upgrade to have mini beds. I never have this problem with Hyatt, unfortunately the one near by was booked. Breakfast is a joke, prepackaged stuff you microwave yourself, couple of bread choices, cereal and oatmeal. Never again Hilton, never again.

USB galore. If you need to charge your phone, this is the place. If you got no place to stay and need a studio apartment for the night. This place is it. Beds were pretty comfy. Slept past the breakfast time thats how comfy they were. The fire pit was pretty sweet. They got something good going there.

We were relocated to this hotel by Hampton Suites & Inn in Robinsville. Although initially disappointed, as it pushed us further away from our planned restaurant reservations and a tad bit further from Six Flags, it turned out to be so worth it. My 14 son and husband enjoyed the basketball court. My 8 year old daughter loved the indoor pool. The hotel itself was so clean and so modern. There were USB ports throughout the room including ports to charge your phones on the breakfast tables in the lounge. The breakfast bar was of great selection of both cold and hot foods. To add, the full kitchen/refrigerator/dishwasher in the room itself as an awesome amenity. Our beds felt like we were laying on clouds! My daughter never sleeps passed 7am. She slept well into 9am due to the darkening shades. This hotel is our modern day hotel. We will definitely be using this hotel on our future trips. The 10-15 minute difference is so worth it! Thank you for the free upgrade Hampton. You were right, It did turn out in our favor. :)

Beautiful place the service is exceptional. Delicious breakfast, my wife and I really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Wow… I will recommended this place in a heart beat to anyone I Juanita Torres and Herminio Colon stayed in this place and the staffing are so friendly and wonderful that they treated you like a family member and the Housekeeping Department they do a wonderful job with the cleaning the rooms are amazing clean and beautiful … This suite is one of the best. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Thanks to the would entire staff for making us feel like at home.

Rooms and facility are beautiful and clean. Easy access. Front desk is clueless. We booked on points. Checked in no issue next am they had charged my card for the rooms telling me that points we not allowed… Three days later points were allowed and my card is still charged. Management needs to thoughtful leadership and this place would be awesome and I would give it 5 stars.

The hotel is brand new and that naturally has it's benefits but it is more than just a new place. The included breakfast is healthier and far more interesting than typical. The common spaces are modern and promote interaction between guests. Fire Pit and outdoor seating area greets you at the entrance. The rooms are large with lots of storage. Different door seals and true blackout curtains make the rooms darker and quieter than most. The best part was the staff. My family was there for a memorial service and we arrived to a very kind hand written note in our room. (from Joy appropriately enough) Every single staff member went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Great Job — keep it up.

They just opened 5days ago and it's a nice hotel. The sheets on the bed rock you to sleep. The king single room is spacious with a kitchen to boot. (no stove though). But they offer China and silverware so forget about paper plates. To has a dishwasher and free laundromat. (tide not included). Nice gym and swimming.
