We stayed with y’all 10-25 to 10-31 due a death in our family. Kathy and the staff couldn’t have been any nicer. They were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We can’t thank you enough. We definitely will stay with y’all the next time we come to NJ. Thank you.

I absolutely love this hotel! The staff are super friendly and kind, the breakfast has many good options, the rooms have everything you could need and are very comfortable, and it's in an awesome location with so many things around it. 5/5 and I definitely recommend it. It feels like home for the two weeks I'm staying there.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We booked our rooms through a wedding block more than a month prior. I even had to call 2 weeks later because I never received the confirmation email. When I called they confirmed our reservation for 2 rooms. We arrived around 11am because transportation was picking us up at noon. We tried to check in early which we were told there was no way we could check in early and there were no rooms clean yet. We needed to change for the wedding so we were told to use the bathrooms. Fine, we would just check in when we got back. We got back to the hotel pretty late after the wedding and still needed to check in since we were told we weren’t allowed until 3pm. We were told when we attempted to check in that the whole first floor had plumbing issues and there were no rooms for us that they needed to send us to another hotel. We were not going to another hotel when all of our family and friends were at this one, which somehow they all were able to get their rooms except us. After arguing for a half hour and still in complete disbelief that I was never even notified of any of this until I was trying to check in, finally they told us they could give us one room which all 4 of us now needed to share. We checked out pretty early the next morning and I was surprised to hear I was being charged for the room. After explaining to the woman upfront about our awful experience, she said the room would be comped and handed me a receipt for $0.

It’s my second stay in this lovely hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff, nice quiet area and yummy breakfast! Looking forward to come back! :)

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

I worked there for a week. Management / supervisor switch, so the new boss made the job — I loved — awfully unbearable. So then, making minimum wage DID matter. Shame. Then I found out, and see, they always have NOW HIRING sign… Hmm… You'd think they figure out 'who' the problem is. And if laundry dept did their job and provide clean stain free linens, then housekeeping could do theirs with zero interruptions.

I really enjoyed my stay last night kathy the manager was so pleasant!

The Hampton Inn is really easy to access from 42. Everyone is super helpful and friendly, always a positive experience.

Great staff, was very accommodating. Location is right off of Route 42, with easy access to get back on. Room was very spacious and parking was simple.

Maria and Ethyl made this an excellent experience! The facilities were nice. We booked and checked in easily. First time to New Jersey, and I come back here.

This is a very nice Hampton Inn. Typical Hampton Inn room. Nicely appointed, quiet, and comfortable beds. The pool, gym and business center were all good. From the maids to the front desk, the staff was friendly. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Although the staff was professional, there were bedbugs in the bed in my room. Once I noticed them I left. Again, management handled it professionally by covering the cost of me staying in another hotel. Still, bedbugs,,, unacceptable…!

Very Friendly staff. And Clean rooms. Only complaint; room not well noise insulated. My room was last in hallway. Kept hearing like an electrical motor running on and off all nite. From outside wall. AC and fridge very loud too.

The in room jacuzzi was fabulous. The very small indoor pool was a nice treat. Had it all to myself for over a half hour. My suite was incredibly spacious with high ceilings. Beautiful.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed — breakfast selection was excellent. Pool area is ok, but does not feature a whirlpool.

Always love staying at the Hampton this Hampton was clean service was good not renovated yet like a lot of them are but it still was a nice Motel would stay there again very clean and beds are very comfortable.

This place has a nice lobby area and friendly staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The bed are nice. I couldn't control the temperature in the room I don't know if it was intended to be that way. The bathroom was ok they should think about updating them.

Can't say enough about this place! Truly, every employee greets us pleasantly every time we stay. It's like a home away from home. The employees go out of their way to assist you. Complimentary cookies, coffee and tea 24/7, complimentary breakfast buffet are just some of the perks that you receive when you stay at the Hampton Inn at Turnersville, NJ. The rates are reasonable and you have the option to join Hilton Honors, which I highly recommend. Be prepared with some cash, though, for tips, vending machines, etc. There is no local ATM.

Room is nice but a little loud with all the gadgets and gizmos in the room. The front desk staff is helpful and accommodating and the hot breakfast in the morning is always a treat. Even the coffee is pretty good.

The morning has 7 A. M. No hot water at 3rd floor but for the rest all works breakfast and includes.

The conference room was clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating with additional chairs and surge protectors. An alarm went off that they were testing and didn't notify us. Other than that, very good experience. I'm.

Overall a pleasant stay. Rooms could use some updating as it feels rather lived in already. The room was pretty big but felt kind of empty.

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast — — recommend tge Belgian waffles with fresh fruit, and very nice staff.

It was just OK, but didn't live up to the expectations I have for a Hampton Inn. The biggest issue was the noises from the fridge and heater that hummed, buzzed, and rattled off and on all night. There were also a lot of little attention-to-detail issues that didn't leave a great impression on me either.

Paid for the whirlpool suite. Dirty tub and water lines on ceiling from previous leaks. Is there mold in the ceiling? Who know?

I travel all the time and always stay at Hampton Inn but this is the worst Hampton Inn by far. Outdated in general and my room smelled like pet overall, the bathroom sink smelled like sewer, and the HVAC until smelled like smoke when I turned the heat on (I know it does that if turning it on for the first time in the colder season but the smell never went away so I had to turn the unit off and sleep in a sweater). The deadbolt on the door did not work so I blocked it with s chair and there was a weird ticking sound in the wall all night. There were also old water leak stains in the ceiling and the room did not feel like a Hampton Inn room. Upsetting. Lady at front desk was nice however so she deserves one star.

We love this hotel. We stay when visiting Rowan University. Very clean and comfortable! Staff is excellent and the breakfast in the morning is excellent!

Clean rooms, happy staff, free internet, all I need!

Our initial experience when we checked in was great but after that it was all down hill. The shower curtain was dirty and the staff was not very pleasant. We ended up going to a diner for breakfast instead of eating there.

Average hotel stay… room is nice. Staff are blandly interested in you, but helpful if you request help.

Location is good. Staff pretty friendly. Breakfast was okay. They switched up breakfast offerings regularly. Only issue is the pool located in the basement and water a weird color and noisy guests. It's like the walls and floors are thin.

I was greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes, my room was immaculate! Bed linens were crisp and snow white, towels fluffy n spotless. Not much choice in TV but who cares… the pool was nice and my time was for relaxing. Had a great breakfast, everything was hot, well seasoned and plentiful. Thanks Staff and Hampton Inn for an enjoyable experience.

My wife stayed there one night & loved it. The staff were more than friendly & helpful, from check-in to check out and would recommend it 4sure! The room was not only spacious, but clean and had everything you would need. The complementary breakfast was great. Anyone who says less is obviously tryn to get a freebee from Corporate, I would think!

The service was great. The front lady was very nice and informative. The food they served at breakfast was surprisingly good. The bed was more comfortable than some I've slept in at other hotels.

I was there for a sad occasion but found the staff comforting. I've been to many hotels, motels, and inns; while the room and amenities were wonderful, the staff was exemplary. Thank you, Mark, et al. For making a very trying time palatable.

Pretty standard hotel with decent amenities. Free continental breakfast, weight room, swimming pool, and business center. I have a room on the second floor facing the bright main street, but thankfully there are curtains thick enough to block any light from coming in. The room is cleaned daily and looks good. Only downside is I can't figure out how to turn off the air conditioner, but maybe that is my fault!

The staff were very friendly and accommodation. The rooms were very clean and well kept. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied with staying at this hotel. It's close to Atlantic City and Philadelphia. I have no complaints.

People who worked the event were nice and attentive.

Stay was nice enough. The pool automatically closes at 10pm with no way of getting it open. Just stayed the one night.

I was using them for my guests to stay at for my wedding we are having at brigalias. I had been emailing the manager for about a month trying to figure out what rooms we should book for the night before the wedding that way our hair and makeup artist could just come to the hotel and we wouldn't have to drive far to get to the venue. We also needed a hotel room for the night of the wedding. After emailing for a month I wasn't getting a quick response and I told her let's just book the rooms. I emailed her saying let's book both rooms for Friday and Saturday she replied two days later stating that I went past my contract day to book and wasn't able to book the room at a discounted price. Needless to say the communication was lacking on their end they took entirely too long to respond to my emails and we pulled all of our guests who did book a room from the hotel. We will no longer be staying with them because they would not accomidate our needs for the wedding.

Hotel was very clean, served a hot breakfast. Front desk was very nice and very good housekeeper.

Hotel was really clean ans the staff was very nice. When we checked-In the lady at the front desk told us that the hotel was packed with high school kids who were their for a game/school function. We actually could not tell they were there, thats how quiet and clean the place was. Would definitely stay here again.

As a bank representative, once of our customers called needing authorization code. I spoke with an agent whos name was sabrina. I received poor service. She did not identify herself in the call. She had just came in and was asking information at a loud tone from the other end. She was not friendly or professional. I felt they lacked promise of service and communication.

Service was great, room was very clean, and who doesn't love a free continental breakfast? Value for the money is up there with the best.

Great customer service! I left an important item in my room and called the front desk to try to figure out a solution to get it back. Kathy Novelle answered the phone and made the effort to go and check and then Fed-Exed it back to me the next day. Can you say life saver. Thanks Kathy.

The service was great. The rooms are very nice. The TV is flat screen. The value was way better than bestwestern. The location is very well planned out. All the great places for food (Friendly's) and even a car rental place (AVIS) is very close by. I have stayed in multiple hotels all over the USA because I am active duty ARMY soldier E-4, this is my favorite one.

Rock solid, basic hotel. Clean, convenient location. Nice place.

I arrived at the hotel at approximately 4 o'clock. When I got to my room there were men working on the door jam. They were using saws and you could see the dust heavy in the air. I was called @ about 5 to say my room was ready. I walked in and there was thick dust all over every surface in the room. I went to the desk to complain and was told that it would be recleaned. Well @ 6 o'clock, I went back in the room, this time the room was half dusted. I proceeded back to the front desk yet again and the clerk, Line' was rude and arrogant. She informed me that the manager, who left early, suggested that we go to another hotel. The owner who was standing there told me, "he does not deal with the customers, that was the job of the manager. " WOW I have stayed at Hampton Inns several times and received excellent service and acceptable rooms for the price. However, the room and the customer service at thisparticular hotel is sub par.

While I would love to say this hotel met my expectations, their service (or lack thereof) is leading me to give a one star review. I work in this area a few times a year, so I was excited to know that this Hampton location was finally open. Upon arriving to the hotel, I found the lobby, room and gym, to be very nice. The room has a bit of a weird layout, but whatever. My issue comes with the service. When I got back from my first day of work, I arrive at my room, open the door and nothing has been cleaned. It is apparent that no housekeeper has made it to my room at all. I wasn't very upset, but did call the front desk to let them know (because I do enjoy a clean room). They apologized and said something about comping a night (not that I care much about that, but it is good customer service). Later this evening, I head to the front desk to get a water and snack and nobody is there. I wait a few minutes, then finally decided to take what I wanted, leaving a note with the items, my name, and room number to be billed later. After returning from work, day 2, I arrive to my room thinking it was going to be nice and tidy. Well, I walk in and what do you know. The room was not cleaned. The previous evening, the front desk clerk promised me that the housecleaning supervisor would personally clean my room. This day I tell them that it is apparent that nobody has stepped foot in my room to clean anything, nor did I have a do not disturb sign on my door.
