I sent my tech here to stay while he attended training. I booked the room over the phone with my company card. I then asked for a credit card authorization form. I was sent the form filled out what I was instructed to fill out. (Was told not to put my card number on it as he just took that information over the phone) Filled out the form and sent it back. I called in 2 days later to make sure my tech would NOT be charged. I was told they would not charge my tech and I sent the authorization form again. I come to work on Friday to receive an email with a receipt from the hotel that shows they charged my techs credit card. I called in to find out why. The lady had to search for my email as no one took care of it. She then asked me for the credit again. I was not supplying my credit card to another person. They had a hold on the card so they obviously had the number. This was a terrible experience and we will never send another tech there again.
Nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Warning: If you stay multiple days, even if you ask to have your room made up, our experience is it did not happen…… so I asked for extra towels the 3rd day and all I got was the hand wash towels. I stay at Marriott’s all over the US for business every week and was very disappointed at this property. I would not recommend this location.
