Fantastic stay! Jose in the dining room was beyond wonderful. We had excellent service from Matt upon arrival. I was completely amazed by the elegance and decorum despite renovations that I honestly couldn't even see. Oh and full size towels not the silly hotel sized ones! Super comfortable beds with plush pillows.

They had no available water for us to drink with few amenities to the room. There was no fridge or drinks available upon entering, and although that sounds picky, it seems almost standard. We are unable to store food or get access to drinking water. Their vending machines are also down, making it harder to find something to drink. The worst part, however, was we had to pass through construction to get to our room. There were open nails, splintered wood, dust, and dirt everywhere. The beds and bathroom were fine, but there was so much else wrong with the hotel that we stayed in that it doesnt balance out.

Had read lots of recent reviews after this was booked that worried me. Needn't have worried though as there was no decernable nice or works going on while we were there. Rooms are adequate and location great.

I visited this hotel for an event with my church. The lobby was nice even though they were undergoing renovations. We were in one of the conference rooms, which was clean and stocked with cups and water. There was plenty of good parking.

After, not even a full 24 hours, I have realized that I would rather sleep at a roach motel if it weren't for my company's prepayment for the entire week. Too many things to list. Between there not being a convienent microwave to the ridiculously priced breakfast. Now I have to go find dinner. There is an outlet in the room in complete disrepair and I guess using a different outlet is the way to go. Forget the fire hazard and much needed repair. Good thing the advertised shop is on site, oh wait, it's not open… I wonder what's on HBO? The proper guide was thrown away a day early because August is over. (and here I thought there were 31 days this month! ) Let me check online, can't connect because the Wi-Fi password was changed without any notice. Needless to say, I'm frustrated and could actually go on but I feel there's no need. I hope others experiences are better than mine. I'm sure this was a nice establishment at one time and I wish them the best with the renovations. If I am ever in the area again I will be sure to choose someplace else.

For the price I paid this was a great deal. The room was clean and the bed was fresh. But I had two negative issues. The checkin was painfully slow. There was a bus that had unloaded people just before I arrived, and there was only one attendant at the front desk handling everything from phone calls to checking people in. I was on the road for 12 hours so I found this really annoying. The management needs to have staff on standby to handle these cases. My second issue was Wi-Fi. It was also painfully slow. So slow that I decided not to use it, and used my phone's data plan instead.

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable of the area. My wife and wanted to be left alone since we don't get much time together alone and the staff accomplished that. The ambiance on the main floor was awesome. The food was good and we had a chance to even meet the chef. Thank you Hotel Somerset for giving us a memorable anniversary.

The lobby, shop, and lounge were beautiful and updated. The room was a good size and well maintained. The Fuzion restaurant service was very good, but the Valentine's meal was unspectacular, and the flooring needed a lot of work. The staff all around was very helpful and the most pleasant staff I have seen in a long time.

No fridge. Local calls need to pay. TV reception not clear. Bathroom shower spoilt.

I make reservations here on a regular basis and the customer service for reservations are either rude or incompetent. I will only make reservations on 3rd party websites from now on.

I bought this on priceline who labeled this hotel as 3.5 stars. I believe 2 stars would be more accurate. The room smells like mold, the furniture is broken and mismatched (one chair smells like vomit). The front desk staff is extremely rude, and put you on hold everytime you call. The shower did not work when we got here; fortunately they did fix that quickly. I am never coming here again.

Very Friendly staff, comfortable room, complementary fridge and microwave based on availability! Staff really looked out for me and made my stay enjoyable. Got a great deal on the weekend! Used to stay here alot when it was the crowne plaza but the hotel management and hospitality makes this a 5 rating for me but my room was skipped and not cleaned so I gave them a 4. I could have called and asked for a cleaning but it really wasnt necessary and they did bring up fresh towels and supplies! Enjoyed it so much I just booked it again for 4 more nights.

I was there with my family for a family reunion for a full weekend. I was blown away by the amazing help we got from the courteous staff. It was a relatively full weekend, yet things were taken care in a quick and helpful manner. Everything was nice and clean and it was in overall a very satisfying experience. I would definitely take my family back.
