We just had our wedding here on 1/26/19 and it was amazing! Everything from the food, customer service, and accommodations! A big shout out to flora Chen! You helped us so much! Everything ran so smoothly and you put us at ease on our wedding night. Also Milagros… thank you! Everyone who I didn’t mention I am sorry! We had so much fun and I highly recommend this hotel for a special event and especially a wedding!

Having a wonderful time at this beautiful, perfectly located hotel with wonderful service and amenities.

Room was clean but there was dust behind the TV stand and dresser. No microwave in the room or on the premises. The website advertised their spa but when we called to make an appointment we were informed that the spa was closed since May and that it was permanently closed. 4 months is enough time to update the website. The only bright spot was the young lady who helped us out at the restaurant.

Attended a 3 day conference there. Very nicely decorated hotel… free parking was a delightful surprise. I did not stay over so I can't comment on the sleep rooms. The meeting room was light, and comfortably. There was also outside seating during breaks. The restroom was the cleanest, well kept I've seen. I also enjoyed the food served to us during the lunch and reception provided by the host. I felt this venue was a step above others that I've been to for similar small business meetings.

Staff was very nice. Hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools were both in good condition. The fitness center has a lot of equipment. Would stay again.

We have frequented the hotel for various occasions but generally for a one or two night respite from daily life. The quality of the facilities, the personnel and an overall feeling of being pampered and spoiled was evident. On this visit that expectation and feeling was not fulfilled. Some of the staff were not very attentive and almost seemed bothered to be of service. It also may have just been this particular weekend, but even the other hotel visitors were different than those we have encountered on past visits. The quality of being at The Short Hills Hilton just wasn’t there — the polish just seemed to be missing.

Nice suite. Satisfactory service. I stayed for 2 nights in 624 with my wife, kids and believe it or not a ghost. I almost always scoff at people that say the same thing but the bottom line is there was something in that room. Saw it with my own eyes it would never have believed it I heard it come from anyone else. I kept it quiet over the brief time we were there until the morning we were leaving in my wife mentioned she had seen something as well. The hotel itself is satisfactory the hotel personnel did a satisfactory job.

My stay here away the Hilton Short Hills in NJ has been nothing short of inconvenient, unprofessional, humiliating, and almost humorous in how unreal it is. I had made reservations for a wedding I was a part of a month ago. I drove 4 hours in traffic only to find out that the hotel was completely booked and had no room for me. I had to wait 25 minutes for a room to somehow become available, and once it was I was instructed to go pick up my luggage and wedding gift from concierge. I walked the 5 steps from the front desk and spoke to the woman, noting my luggage cart behind her. She asked for my name, then asked for the name of the bridal party before handing me my wedding gift basket. I then asked if I could get my luggage. She asked for my ticket, something I did not receive from the gentleman that helped me get my several pieces of luggage from the car. He had taken the cart in for me as I went to park my car because I explained that the front desk said it would take some time to find a room for me, and he told me he would leave it in the lobby for me. At no point did he mention I needed any kind of ticket to be able to pick it up. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to prove the luggage was mine by opening every single bag (I had 7 bags) and tell her what was in it before opening it. She made me do this right there at her desk where a queue was forming. It was humiliating to expose my personal belongings and feminine products in the lobby of the hotel.

Went there for the happy hour outside — the food was great! I LOVED the new veggie burger they had! It is really difficult to find a really good veggie burger as a vegetarian! live music was amazing and it was really done well!

It was a very nice hotel. Nice bar. Nice room.

Room was very nice. Room service food was very good and fast. Convenient location and good parking. Pool et al closed rather early and pool hours for kids were very restrictive.

This Hilton needs a make over. The staff has no moral. I hear the rooms are only okay. This used to be a 5 star property.

For the price it is very bad. The rooms are not that nice. It's just the name hilton. Way too overpriced. I feel bad for the people that paid for our rooms.

I got 3 rooms over the weekend and My family and I Felt discriminated Against and uncomfortable. Was not satisfied and expectation was high of Hilton but I was very disappointed. Was told we could not eat the complimentary breakfast. That ours kids could not swim from 9:30am to 6:30pm and the pool closes at 9pm. When selecting the reservation these things were apart of my filter. Tried to make a complaint manager not available when I did speak one customer service was horrible. I will never stay at this hotel again to top it off they charge $100 incidental fees per room per night. No microwave… all around bad.

Cozy. Clean. Good location. Good restaurants.

We are not used to staying at a higher end hotel. So these things may be normal for that. First, no outside food was allowed. So we could not bring in breakfast for our young daughter and had to order through room service. Also, we were required to use a bellhop if we wanted to use a suitcase hanger to bring our suits to the room. Our third issue was that the parking was a little confusing. The toilet paper was not gentle and there was some tarnish on the pipes under the sink. The room was nice, though, and the lobby was nice with free cookies and hot chocolate at checkin. The underground parking ended up being nice since we were there during an overnight snowstorm. The bellhop we had for checkout was very helpful and friendly.

Ruined our getaway! They were doing construction on the floor above our room started scraping the floors at 7am. Front desk said there was nothing they could do to stop it.

Good location, front desk staff is rude, valet guys are very friendly, food is ridiculously expensive and no breakfast included with your stay. But what really pissed me off is that I could not adjust the thermostat in my room! I woke up drenched in sweat each night during my stay because, in the winter, the heat just pumps into the room and I could not cut it off or turn the a/c on! They take the complimentary coffee service away at 8:30 am! Why? Why not have coffee all day or at least until noon?! Also, if you're not an honors member YOU DON'T GET COMPLIMENTARY Wi-Fi! I can't believe a billion dollar hotel corporation like Hilton charges for Wi-Fi! The Hilton honors program is a total scam and this hotel is weak.

We usually thoroughly enjoy a quick weekend away at Hilton Short Hills. While the hotel is still nice, the indoor pool relaxing and the staff rriendly and attentive, this weekend for the first time we had slight disappointment. The breakfast cold buffet has been changed to a small choice. Not a big deal but annoying to have to ask for or choose a bowl of cereal or a toasted bagel. Or a plate of fruit. Other than that we enjoyed our weekend. We go here a few times a year just to get away and relax.

Very nice hotel. The handicap bathroom was very clean and easy to use. They put our toothpaste and toothbrush on a wash cloth. Very fancy.

Was able to check in an hour before expected time. Room was clean and well outfitted. Overall no problems with our stay. Would stay here again without question.

Had brunch buffet style. Hot food. Good coffee. Great service.

Nice hotel. Right across the street from a high class mall. Staff is hospitable. A little difficult for ride-sharing cars to get to.

The food was good at the restaurant. The waitress was also very nice. I loved the decor.

This place is nice but when you ask for a toiletry that you forgot, you should not get tired of waiting for them and go to a drugstore. The front desk was out and the person the front desk called never showed. But this is a nice hotel.

Rooms are average fun the carpet point of view. Bed, other amenities are excellent. Meeting rooms are functional and convenient for the areas industry. Love the parking facilities which is both converted and open. Very professional and helpful staff.

The rooms were clean and very roomy. The spa was not what I was used to but the masseuse Katie gave me the best deep tissue massage to date. The spa staff was very nice.

Stayed here on a Saturday night. Hotel was very nice. Nice sized TV in the room. They were holding at least 1 wedding there that got out of hand and I didn't get to sleep until 2:30am due to people in the hallways being loud. Ended up having to use earplugs to fall asleep.

I went to the Dinner Restaurant for brunch and it was fantastic. The selection of food was beautifully laid out and the choices were varied and delicious. The people who were making the omelettes were extremely nice and helpful with deciding between the different ingredients.

Good morning fb family! ShortHills Hilton is a beautiful hotel. I've been going there since 1985 & my husband & I have family functions there quite often. Many years back we would attend the New Year's Eve ball. Not only that, we would just go because New Year's Eve is my husband birthday, and doing thanksgiving, Xmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day & when my parents were living, those were special moments to look back & cherish, & that was the place to wine & dine. For the last five or six years we have been having Easter Dinner celebrating with family & close friends. It's one of our favorite hotels & it's definitely a five star hotel, if you are looking for a place to wine & dine for the night, the ShortHills Hilton is the place to be.

Enjoyed our stay. Did massages and then sat pool side afterwards where we had lunch. Great stay. The Conciere was VERY helpful! Only mild complaint… we couldn't get our room warm enough to our liking.

Be careful on planning any event here! This Hilton is substandard when it comes to the professionalism of its management staffing, customer care and overall responsiveness. When you take the time to actually give feedback they are dismissive and insensitive towards an amicable resolution. They are on to the next transaction!

This is the nicest hotel near the Short Hills Mall if you're in the area for shopping or a corporate event. Good special event space for weddings or corporate functions.

Great place for business get togethers. Food however is not all that great.

Teaser rate online was not accepted at check in. Had to play almost twice the amount for one night stay. Room and inside the hotel was clean and appealing, however Not sure if I would ever return.

I went to the wine tastings they frequently have there. They are a great social event and an opportunity to taste wines from the tri-state areas. It was a great experience and tell place was great!

I generally love your brunch — have only been to the Mother's Day Brunch which is to die for. However, due to my kids sports activities I have been unable to attend. The Easter Brunch was not as good as the Mother's Day Brunch and it was so disappointing especially for the price tag.

This hotel was probably the cleanest and well organized hotel's I've been to in a long time the staff is very professional and understanding. I would defiantly return in the near future.

Rooms are decent. Service is great, especially for meetings. Internet access is questionable. The restaurant is very expensive.

Horrible. I would only give it a two star because of the general assistant manager Ayaz Akhbar, knows how to treat his guests, as well as the overnight front desk staff named Harold. Stayed there for two nights. Came all the way from Canada to summit, NJ to celebrate my fiances fathers 70th birthday. Nothing but headaches. Got overcharged for the hotel when I had already booked and paid for it. Basically charged me for 4 nights instead of two. When I got there the girl said it was just for incidentals until my credit card company called and told me about the massive charges. Then the next day spoke to the manager and told him that we needed our room cleaned not knowing he was the manager. Came back to our room after 7 hours and the room wasn't even touched. The food that we had left outside in the morning was still there. Ayaz made it all possible to move us into an executive suite, and tried to give us everything to make our stay wonderful. They also were convincing us that there was a microwave in the room, when two other front desk staff told us there wasn't. Such a shame when you know you have traveled to other hiltons across the world and they have never been like this. Never knew a hotel experience could be this bad. Very poor customer service from the rest of the staff.

A nice clean hotel in Short Hills. It is a walking distance to Short Hills mall which is convenient. Stay there couple nights for a business trip and it did its job. The staff is friendly. One thing I found odd was that they charge for hotel shuttle. I've travelled extensively for work and this was the first time I was charged. I'm not sure if it was because of the mileage or since I was getting picked up from the train station. It wasn't expensive but something to take note of.

Being hhonors diamond vip and vip for years I never thought a hilton could serve as bad as this did. They look for an opportunity to nickel and dime. Because I did not bother to see my rate due to years of trust they billed me higher than next room and when confronted they just made circles going from one manager to the other. I raised the issue with hhonors but I was face to face with reality. Hhonors staff communicated like minimum wage reluctant employees. Decided to take my loyalty some where else.

I took my family to the Sunday Brunch for my husband's 70th birthday. We were all extremely disappointed. It has changed from the last time we were there. There was about 1/3 of the food there used to be. There was no chicken among many other dishes that were missing. I suggest you take your menu off the internet, because it lists quite a few dishes you did not have. The service was poor. We had to find a place to put our used plates. On top of that, they charged 19% gratuity. We will find a Sunday Brunch elsewhere.

Solid hotel. Gym could be better/bigger. Pool is nice. Breakfast at restaurant was excellent. Rooms are nice, though despite being a non-smoking hotel, I definitetly detected 3rd hand smoke in the couch in our suite (326).

This hotel was really nice. We stayed on the Executive Floor (7th) which is key access only, thanks to my Mom's Hilton rewards points. Staying on the fancy floor gave us free brunch on Sunday, which at $20 / person actually wouldn't have been bad considering how good it was. Overall the hotel was good, but not exceptional. Some of the people at the front desk weren't as helpful as I would have liked. One nice thing was that we could WALK to the Short Hills Mall across the street.
