Room was nice bed was comfy.

Just checked into room. Layer of dust on top of fridge that is within easy eyesight. Found pieces of previous guests’ hair in bathroom. Some kind of gummy candy in closet. Unsure if floor was even vacuumed to be honest.

Going to the pool. Breakfast was really good. Customer Service

Great, Amazing staff. We have used this location for little get aways, family illness, surgeries recovery, family coming from out of town for a funeral and over the holidays. We always feel welcome and treated like family. They surprised me and my wife on her birthday. The rooms are big clean with a frig and dishwasher at a good price and let's not forget the great breakfast included with your stay.

Amazing! Wonderful staff, very clean everywhere around the hotel. Breakfast was definitely good (waffles, oatmeal, even breakfast sandwiches). Teens liked the pool while I got to enjoy the doing the laundry. Rooms had everything needed to stay a while for a family of four. Wheelchair room was very roomy to get around in. We will definitely pay a little more for more stays like this in the future.

This was a great hotel! Everything was clean and greatly taken care of! Definitely would stay again!

We stayed one night in mid-July and it was an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and bright. The room was clean and huge with two beds and sofa bed and kitchenette. The breakfast the next morning was excellent. Only complaint came from the two sons who slept on the sofa bed and said it was uncomfortable.

Clean and modern room, nearly full size fridge, convection microwave oven, and dishwasher. Breakfast was nice, staff were all friendly.

The rooms are very nice for the price being paid. The beds are comfortable and the addition of a kitchenette area is wonderful for guests staying more than a weekend. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed assistance with.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and generous breakfast. Facilities of laundry, gym and pool were great. We love the setup of the rooms and will be staying at more Home2Suites in the future.

One of the managers disrespected me in front of my children, I believe because of my race. I told him that I felt disrespected and he did nothing. No apology. I already contacted the corporate office, still nothing was done. Unbelievable.

Nice sized room, clean, polite staff. They had a note that they were not going to be cleaning on Memorial day for rooms that were not checking out, so their staff could enjoy the holiday. Which is totally understandable. We were pleasantly surprised when we got back from our adventures of the day to see that our room had been picked up and beds made. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Absolutely beautiful property inside and out. The workout and business center are perfect. Even the lobby is upbeat and trendy. The staff that checked us in were AMAZING! He checked us in with the highest level of courteous service. The rate was fair and it included a nice hot breakfast! I will stay again!

I used to come here just to do my paperwork, the lobby is nice.

Clean faculty but I was disappointed about how noisy the rooms were. Walls and ceilings are not noise insulated. Recommend the top floor.

I stayed there for almost 36 days, the hotel is good though I had to face a problem to get the cooktop for my kitchen because they provide induction cooktop for selected rooms only but the best part of that hotel is "Shalanda " she is from the house keeping department n her dedication towards her work is awesome, an amazing person n friendly too, she is the best employee in that house keeping department, I never had to worry for house keeping n any other service till the time we were there as she was always cooperative towards us n everyone, she is awesome, I used to skip my room services if she is not on duty as I didn't like the work of other house keeping department girls because they were rude n never did their work properly, but Shalanda knows her job very well, n with full dedication n hard work she is used to clean up n arrange the room, great lady, very polite, humble n """best employee"all my four stars are for her…

Pros: 1. Very comfortable 2. Very nice Kitchen inside the room 3. Clean Cons: 1. Problems with the hot water 2. Bad pressure in the shower.

Excellent place to be with family, the staff is very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I stayed for 10 days and averything was good!

Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for several days, and within this short period of time we were amazed by the service of the staff and many other positive factors. We had an opportunity to have breakfast at any convemiet time in the morning. We were given a wide range of choice of delicious and healthy meals. The room was provided with necessary equipments, kitchen, lights, and etc. We could absolutely rely on the staff on resolving the problems by calling the front desk even at night. This hotel deserves your stay there. You will not regret. We are very grateful to this place for having us. Especially Manny :)

This hotel is great for a close to the airport option. Very clean, friendly staff and lots of breakfast options. The rooms were immaculate and a decent size, lots of on site parking and there are a number of dinner options nearby. Rooms have a kitchenette ares with plates and cutlery too which is always handy. Comfortable beds and very well maintained.

Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms. I highly recommend this hotel based on amenities and comfort. Bed seemed extra comfortable as well! Why 4 stars? The people. The attitude they convey seemed very "I'm just doing my job". One complaint, I checked in with the Hilton app, requesting a specific room at 3pm. This means they know what time I'm arriving and can prioritize the room. When I got there, the room was not ready and they didn't have any on the requested floor, etc. Not a knock on the hotel, but just the preparedness of the team there.

Very good, comfortable hotel. Excellent friendly staff. Ample breakfast selection. Only downside not comfortable mattress on sofa bed very lumpy. After requesting management to rectify problem another mattress for sofa bed was placed on top. Attentive staff.

I've stayed in alot of Hotels with great service and staff. This is by far the best of any. I love them.

Offer a rich breakfast of cereal, waffles, sandwiches, coffee, milk, eggs, cooked fruit for adults and children.

The decor and design is beautiful. The kitchen and bathroom are excellent. The beds are firm and spacious. The pool and gym are colorful. The problem is the clientele. On the night I stayed, there was a lady across the hall from me cooking (burning) fried chicken. The smell was all in my room and there were no more rooms available. Also, there was a family reunion and they spread out all over the hotel lobby drinking and playing trap music till the wee hours of the night.

If you like paying top dollar for a nice room to sleep in then this is the place to check in but that will be all your satisfaction will receive, their indoor pool closes at 10pm, and if you hoped to stream videos from your laptop or cell phone be prepared to be let down because besides the fact theor tvs will not let you they will also not provide you with an alternative only a simple laugh followed by "yeah sorry about that". In short they should give back to customers more especially first timers.

At first arrival, we were quite pleased with our choice of hotel. The lobby was very clean and the service upon checking in was wonderful. We got up to our room and found a very spacious two bed suite which had plenty of amenities including an actual desk where my husband and I could both work. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fabulous. When it was time for bed, we noticed that the pillows were horrible. They felt like someone had shredded some material and shoved the rags into a pillow case. On one of the beds, there was a cigarette burn in the sheets, even though this is a non-smoking hotel. We were awoken several times during the night by people in the hallways, due to the walls being very thin and the door having a large gap at the bottom. Also, the people in the room above us, had small children that they let stomp around for hours, which I know is not the hotel's fault, but due to the lack of sound barriers from room to room, it was impossible not to hear. The shower had virtually no water pressure and the water was lukewarm at best, which we chalked up to the amount of people in the hotel and the time of day we were taking a shower. Breakfast the next morning was interesting in that their breakfast sandwiches all came prepackaged like something you would buy at a convenience store to microwave. That being said, the flavor was decent if off-putting in presentation.

I would never stay here again made resorvation had to leave one day early do to grandmother going to hospital employees told im paying for that night anyway said they here that all the time from my kind of people so if u can avoid this hotel.

Rooms were good sized and clean. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Location was fine, nothing walking distance but also not too far.

This was my second stay at Home 2. We loved it so much the first time that decided to stay here for 3 nights this time around. We were told the room will be ready at 2pm. We got here and we're told to come back a 30 minutes later. We came back around 330pm and the room still wasn't ready. The normal check in time is 3pm. We were told to wait more as there was no other room that could accommodate us. Around 430 pm we finally got our room. When we got in, we realized that the AC unit doesn't work and the room is so warm. We called front desk, they sent some help and 2 associates worked together while we were settling down and fixed the unit. Eventually around 6pm or so, we finally had the room. The manager did say he was going to compensate us for the hassle. We have a meeting with him on Monday.

Clean rooms, excellent staff. Location doesn't provide much in terms of places to walk to.

Love the all-you-can-eat breakfast option. You need to be a Hilton Honors Member to access the Wi-Fi.

Easy to get to with helpful staff and very comfortable accommodations. A great place to stay for a couple nights.

I feel it's unfair to give this hotel just an ok rating based on the ignorance of the guests that were staying close to my room. The guests in the rooms around me were obnoxious, loud and rude. I had to call the front desk to ask for intervention at midnight because I had to be on the road at 5 am. The hotel is nice and clean, but I would not consider it a business hotel. The staff was extremely nice. I would not stay here again based on the clientele it seems to cater to (not business related. )
