The rooms are clean but the bedspreads have holes in them. There are several cats on the premises that aren't going anywhere because the guests choose to feed them daily. There's ample parking although the lot needs repaving. It's very quiet throughout the day.

The rudeness of these ingrates exceed the level of tolerance that I am able to sustain. The rooms were always damp, the service could be better, and I found a bed bug under my pillow. I wish I could put no or negative stars on the review.

Not the best hotel but when you're poor it'll do.

Wish I could give this hotel 0 stars. It’s a dirty hotel that doesn’t care about their guests. They should be shut down for many health code violations. They have Ferrell cats surrounding the place and the rooms are filled with bugs that none of the management will take care of.

Cockroach infested hotel. Feral cats roam and reside in the main parking lot.

I hate giving anybody a bad rating… I got pictures, actual proof pictures. Some nasty woman left her dirty panties in my room and was one of the first things I saw when I walked in my room. Another thing, they do have a small roach problem I got pics of that and I wasn't going to say anything at all that the final straw is when the fire alarm goes off at random times. I mean I was sleeping good and had to get up at 5 and this damn thing goes off for no reason at about 3:30 in the morning. You got homeless squatters right behind the hotel which I wish nobody was homeless and I understand that people have to stay somewhere but I can't rightfully give this hotel a 5-star rating like I wish I could. I have to be honest. And also it's like the towels in the bathroom weren't really washed it was just like they were we folded and put back on the rack… now on the good side, the people were friendly drama and the room that I got was pretty good size. But another thing that can get on your nerves is that the receiver on the TV's cuts off after only a few hours and it's aggravating, especially if you need Just a Little Noise to cancel out the awkward silence. Can especially get on your nerves if you just need just a little bit of sound in the background to help you sleep.

This place is very very nasty! I never have stayed a hotel has such dirt room.

If I could possibly give this place 0 stars I would it is absolutely nasty in every way. In fact I have every intention to notify the BBB as well as the department of health and sanitation because this slum was totally unacceptable. I found what appear to be blood stains the curtians and the so called manager is rude and very discurtious.

The room are spacious for the cost. Just need to improve the bedding and other things.

The rooms were decent enough, but I wouldn't recommend bringing small children there. We opened the balcony door and there was a used condom there.

I had the worst experience ever. They are rude, dirty, and charge way to much for what they have to offer. There is no kitchen. Beds always have stains on them, and there was a huge dead bug in my room. I recommend the extended stay across from Raymond road US HWY 1. Never going to hotel vincenza again.

Nice quiet relaxing motel / hotel with smoking and non smoking rooms and many bed options.

The rooms are surprisingly nice and they offer a lot of amenities for such s cheap room. But hotel staff gives horrible customer services.
