We asked reserved a room for a double bed and sofa bed when we arrived they told us that is not available and we would have to pay more so unprofessional. Day one we asked for more towels from room service and shower gel it was not properly stocked. Later on at 1230 am we arrive back at the hotel the room was still how we left it the trash was not changed or the bathroom was not cleaned. When we spoke with the front desk they said oh the door sign must have been there. That was a lie and they started to refuse coming to get the trash changed and give new towels and take the old ones. I travel to many hotels this has definitely been the worst. Do not come here.
