This hotel has the BARE minimum. I traveled out of state to this hotel with the pretense that the shuttle would accommodate us to the train and airport. The shuttle is very unreliable and was only helpful twice out of my entire stay. It was late taking us to our departing flight, which I ended up just ordering an uber. The restaurants food is mediocre, preparing rubbery Shrimp. The hotel furniture was unbelievably dirty in the common areas. I will say my room was cozy and comfy. Honestly, I would never stay here again and would never recommend this place.

Decent hotel. The room size was good. Good thing was that the room had a microwave along with the refrigerator. Also, the Wi-Fi was included in the room. Helped a lot. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast could be better though. Also, at one time I was not able to enter my room because the lock needed to be reprogrammed and had to get the physical key from the front desk. But other than that, it was a decent hotel. Good for a night stay.

If your just looking for a bed for a quick night this place isn't the worst you could find. The hotel is clean throughout. Building is pretty dated and the road outside is loud so it's not great for the light sleeper. Continental breakfast is a joke, powdered eggs, OK potatoes, so so sausage patties, toast and bananas and that's pretty much it! Staff was nice and friendly. No shuttle to cruise lines and $10 a day for parking.

Nice staff. Location is convenient to the turnpike. When we arrived they had two buses of people but they were able to accommodate us. Rooms seem outdated and a lack of good channels in the room.

It was good for the price. A little dated and older, but it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay.

The rooms were descent although our coffee table was dirty and sticky. The restaurant in the lobby was also closed even though the hours listed said they would be open, so we had to order out. A nice plus is that the larger than average refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Nice venue for smaller events of up to 200 seated/tabled people. They have a dance floor, and a moveable stage. It's nice, but not overly beautiful. Affordable, and mostly very accommodating.

It was an ok stay. Room is clean. But the beds and pillows aren't clean. Room was in good condition overall. Hotel's staff is not friendly. Breakfast is not impressive. End up getting breakfast outside. Overall it was an ok experience.

Great clean friendly place. The cost is a little high. They do have all you can eat breakfast that ends and 10 and you can't fix your food and take it to your room. You have to eat in the dinning area. Anyway overall stay was good.

Great place — Shuttle Service Bus is awesome, friendly, helpful staff. Hotel is slightly dated but rooms are generous.

A decent comfortable place to spend a few nights away from home. The place is showing signs of aging lights hanging off the walls in the hallway, carpet showing it’s age, cleaning staff not doing the best job, etc the place is still above average but need maintenance.

This is a good hotel on highway I95 at Rahway, NJ. Ideal for those who want to explore NJ or NY but avoid the busy traffic. It is in a nice and quite location and provides shuttle to the station for those who want to take the train to NY.

I'm just gets right to the point in say that this place has bed bugs on the 3rd floor an when I complain to the front the girl who seems to work On all three Shifts they only offered to move me to a different Room but no one offered to clean my things wow right… Also the bar/club downstairs party was super load I didn't know that I will have to walk through a party zone every time I left my Room. Ever morning I had to stop them from busting in the room also housekeeping seems to like touching people things when your not around … .

Friendly reception desk, easy checking\out, very clean, great continental breakfast. Very thin walls, on the loud side.

Nice staff good value for a night pass. Clean room but the general condition of the entrance to the hotel can be improved.

I’m begging you to never stay here. My toilet flooded the bathroom from a leaky pipe and it was late at night and said they have NO on call maintenance. When I told them they asked what I did to cause? Excuse me!?! I had to stay in that room and clean the toilet water myself, because also no one came to clean the mess. My other room had absolutely no hot water. The restaurant opens and closes when it feels. The whole staff gets drunk every night and plays loud music in the bar. Lazy and unprofessional. The hotel is beautiful but that’s about it.

This place is amazing for the price. Get the groupon offer. Breakfast is egg, meat patty, potatoes, with coffee and several juices. Bread and butter available too. Place is definitely worth for money and you can get free shuttle to Newark airport. Shuttle service to pickup and drop off available hourly basis. So let them know right after landing. Cz It takes some time for driver to pick u up. People have complained. But I am surely say I ng This place worth for money.

"Sleep Number" beds that were hard as a rock. When the hotel staff "fixed" it, It's pretty much a glorified air mattress. And WHY did housekeeping knock on the door at 9:30am when our "do not disturb" sign was up and check out is not until noon?!? I'm on vacation! It's the ONLY time I get to sleep in. Definitely NOT worth the $$ we spent to get a "decent" room. Would not recommend if you want a comfortable, uninterrupted, good night's sleep.

It's not the worst place, but you get what you pay for. I called ahead and asked if there was any way to check in prior to 3:00. The girl at the front desk told me I could check in at 2. I arrived at approximately 2:20 and was told that she didn't have a "list" so I couldn't check in until 3. I waited in the un-air conditioned lobby for about 30 min. When she said she could check me in. The room was OK. TV worked fine, bed was comfortable (though not a sleep number as advertised) and room was clean. Yes, there are marks on the walls and cracks in the ceiling. I likely won't stay here again unless I get a really good deal, but if you need a place to sleep for a night, there are worse places.

I enjoy coming to this hotel. It's affordable and convenient. Located 18 minutes away from the EWR Airport. I have stayed here more than 3 times.

Nice hotel with very good access to and from exit 12 of the NJ Turnpike. Clean rooms, nicely decorated, convenient microwave and fridge. However, hot water was working only once during the whole three night stay, and only for a few minutes on the first morning. Maintenance could not fix the issue and offered advice, "let it run for an hour. " So no warm showers during the whole stay.

Sigh. You get what you pay for. The staff was friendly and sweet. But we had to fight to get hot water. Was told to "let the water run" and it would eventually get hot. Two hours. We let the water run for two hours before it got warm enough to take a shower. That disturbed the conservationist in me to the core.

This hotel was an excellent choice. It have free parking, free breakfast, a bar, restaurant and an airport shuttle. If you're driving this a great place. If you fly in and is without transportation you might want to stay closer in town. The staff was very friendly.

The phone in the room has a loose cable, thus you can only use the speaker. The hair dryer doesn't work as well. The staff at front desk has no facial emotion at all. The provided breakfast was opened late so that a lot of people waiting in line. The room is not clean. No laundry room at all, and what you can do is just sending the clothes to expensive laundry service in the morning and waiting for them to be sent back in the afternoon at cost of $10. Oh, and the air conditioner switch is about to die. : (

Pretty good for the price. Reasonably clean. Shower had water either hot or cold, I couldn't get it right. And they have a restaurant with awesome Indian food that in my opinion is a reason by itself to come to this hotel.

When you arrive at the Hotel Executive Suites the place was wonderful and clean. The workers were very generous.

They lie bout Wi-Fis. Not having it is the other thing, but why lie to a customer? doesn't clean rooms too. Stayed there for two nights. This place doesn't have Wi-Fi and they lie. Couldn't use my computer for two days. Called front desk 3 times and got same exact answers "someone's gonna reset the Wi-Fi. It will work in 20 minutes". How can I get the same answer 3 times for 2 days? Clearly lying. Also didn't clean our room after the first night so we had to ask for more towels and clean up the room ourselves after a long day. Terrible service.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. The room was pretty dirty, smelling bad. I could not even touch to remote control, It was disgusting. I was staying at 6th floor and elevator was not working. The staff were pretty rude. Actually, they gave me an uncleaned room first, and they switched. Then, they claimed that never happened while talking during check out. I had to check it out after the first night and they charged me two nights. Money is not matter! Don't go there if you don't want to infected with lice.

It is pretty aesthetic to the eye and has good service.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, about 11:15. We booked through trip advisor. There weren't many hotels with vacancies in the area because of Fleet Week. The hotel styling was fine, but the staff seemed overworked. Our check-in was choppy because the front desk worker was by herself. The phones kept ringing and someone else was having an issue with their reservation. In our room on the 6th floor, some of the lights didn't work and were missing knobs to turn them on. The bed was much too firm. We notice a Sleep Number remote that had been placed under sheet fold on the bed and were excited at the possibility of being able to adjust the setting. The remote did not work and I assumed it was because the battery was dead. I took the remote to the front desk and the nice young lady informed me that none of the beds in the hotel worked to adjust anymore. Something about the beds not working after hotel renovations. I asked why the remote was then left on the bed, she looked regretful, and could only apologize for the confusion. The disappointing experience was capped when we discovered the next morning that there were no wash clothes in the room; only hand towels and body towels. We called down to the front desk to request they send some up. The gentleman told us that the hotel was out of wash clothes and could only offer us more hand towels.

No shuttle service on second day's stay so I lost money calling a cab to the airport. Sleep number beds are advertised but do not work, and someone kept an item I forgot in the hotel room. I only saw the restaurant open once… Lousy.

Worst hotel I ever been too. It's crap there's no free Wi-Fi plus no TV cable service, I called at front desk they told me they have electricity problem, I guess this hotel is somewhere in India or Pakistan. And customer service sucks, paid extra for early checkin but they create issues on payment methods then they gave me one room which was so dirty and I asked for another then they gave me handicap lol then I asked for another like they wasted my two three hours in this. I su I won'

These are NOT SUITES. Good location off of I95… Pretty clean… My confirmation could not be located… Had to give them time to figure out what happened (I went to nearby mall to kill time) … Let's see IF the manager compensates of not…

We had 6 rooms reserved for family reunions rooms were very clean and food was delicious. We made special request for food and chef did a good job. There employees were nice!

Horrible service. I checked in late at night and was only staying a few hours to catch some sleep before work the next morning. My company had booked the hotel for me and I had to give my card for incidentals. When I saw the charge on my card, I figured it would come off in a few days like they usually do when I stay in hotels (which is just about every week). Instead, they actually charged my card and said they charge it for incidentals, even if you don't buy anything. Really? So you just get money even though I don't get anything? What sense does that make? Called and asked them about it, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Spoke to Monika and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. Ended up calling my bank and filing a dispute — if I didn't get anything, why should I be charged anything extra for a pre-booked room? This hotel is a scam. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Room was great, but I really wish there was a vending machine. Walked around each floor looking for something to drink and finally had to settle for a cup of water from the bathroom sink.

It was an awful experience especially for the amount the charged, first off the Wi-Fi didn't work, the other guest was loud and no said anything to them made my night sleep pretty bad, the heat in the eoom was broken they gave us a small electric space heater which did nothing and lastly every few min there was a loud bang don't ask me what it was I have no idea.

My wife and I LOVE this place! They are the first place that we have stayed that have sleep number beds, which is awesome. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is great. Also the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. Eggs, sausage and biscuits…

The Hotel appearance was just OK, as I entered the hotel there was a wedding in the conference room which spilled over into the lobby and the patrons were not very respectful about moving over to let me enter the lobby to get to the front desk. I had to practically scream at the front desk clerk to have a conversation about my reservation because the DJ/Wedding party was now in the lobby. When I got to my room the sleep number bed in the room was a Disaster. The sleeper number bed did not work which left one side of the bed soft and the other side hard and I was unable to change it. The middle of the bed felt like a piece of wood was sticking up and Very uncomfortable. The pillows were about 18 inches thick and not very soft which led me to sleep without a pillow. I did my research about this hotel but apparently not enough.

Horrible. Not even the wi fi is working.

The photos of the hotel are a lie. The appearance of the hotel is horrible. The rolling racks are taped together, the elevator panels are broken, the roll away beds were old and broken, the lamp shades were stained, the TV's didn't work, the shuttle was dirty, the hotel overbooked, the sofas were dirty, and lastly my room door wouldn't lock. The front desk tried to accommodate my group, however they were unsuccessful. There needs to be some serious upgrades.

Kudos to the hotel and bar staff for doing a great job taking in a busload of stranded United passengers. Only 3 stars because the Wi-Fi didn't work and hot water was intermittent during my shower.

Terrible service, poor customer service, lie, hidden fees, and very far from NEW YORK City. I don't recommended to any one.

The receptionist will say: they don't have quilt. They don't have tower, they don't have anything. What they have is very bad attitude. If customers want to live here, they will improve their ability of tolerance.

Check your bed before slipping inside. Party the day before, squirter.

Rooms are very nice and updated. Shuttle service sucks. If you expect to get to airport on time forget it. They don't have 24 hr airport shuttle service as they advertised, 6-10pm and took almost 2 hrs to get picked up. Nice hotel tho and for a great price. If they fixed the whole shuttle thing I would have given 4 stars.

First time and surely won't be the last. My room has a sleep number bed all necessities. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the cleanliness. Good customer service and exceeded expectations.

The quality of the facilities was above my expectation. The room was presentable and did not cause me to doubt or fear it's cleanliness. I was looking to request a fridge but it came equipped. The decor was modern (except for the old couch). The bed was very soft. The walls can be thin but hey it comes with the territory. The only other knocks are old shower fixtures which effected the pressure. Free Wi-Fi but very buggy.

This place is the WORST at customer service. I booked through travelocity for a 3 night stay. When I checked it I was flippantly dismissed, after being given my room key. I was never informed about the breakfast or asked if I needed assistance with my bags (I was traveling alone with a lot of luggage for an event). I know it isn't a 5 star place but a little courtesy on check in would have been nice. A smile maybe? So, the room itself was actually pretty nice — clean, although the bathroom had a somewhat moldy smell. There was no vending machine on my floor for ice, and no information on where I could find one anywhere in the room. I decided to check out a day early to save some money and to just go home. I was told at the desk that I was "all set" — the next morning there was no copy of the statement (which in EVERY hotel I've been to I have always received a copy on check out — later I was told, rudely, that it was up to ME to ask for a copy. ) Come to find out not only was I charged for all three days, I was charged for an ADDITIONAL day. I called immediately to complain and get a refund and was told I needed to call travelocity and that it wasn't their problem. After spending an HOUR of my time, travelocity confirmed that they charge didn't come from them, it came from the hotel directly. I call the hotel back and was given the same speech about how this wasn't them, so I basically told them I was going to file a fraud claim against them.
