I loved this place! Especially the two people who work the front desk! They were so accommodating to me it was amazing! I travel alot for work and this was one of the best places I got to stay!

Nice room and price. Only thing that sucks is the AC doesnt run constantly. So the room gets a bit hot.

Was here last month for one of my very important meetings room Was fresh clean breakfast was great And was able to get accommodation for next months meeting for a bigger room.

My father was staying there this past weekend and he said that the place was horrible. His room smelt, no coffee, and two shelf’s for breakfast. He said that he felt like he was staying in a hospital not a hotel. Don’t waste your money here.

For the price, I'm far from impressed. The "breakfast" is oat meal, granola bars, and coffee. I get a better breakfast at quality inns and it's cheaper. To add insult to injury, they charge $25.00 per pet per day for pets, for what? They are not cleaning up after said pets. Hell, they even told me it's my job to empty my own trash. Really? Since when did hotels go from full Service to no Service? They offer cooking utensils, that's great. But I don't want to cook. What's more, went down for water from the vending machines, there was plenty of pop, but absolutely no water. Find some place else to stay. Me, i'll save my money and go to Comfort inns. I get more, and pay less.

Only spent a night but it was better than most other top chained hotels with everything fully functional and well maintained and very clean and visually appealing and the bed was very comfortable so I enjoyed a well rested sleep.

Nice hotel. Wonderful, friendly staff! This is a pet friendly hotel which is nice as it creates an atmosphere of like minded people, like us, who prefer not to be separated from our fur baby. There is also a bird feeder out back which attracts local wildlife such as squirrels, deer and, of course, birds. Overall a positive stay in a clean, comfortable hotel with a professional, friendly staff!

Not bad could be a little cleaner and a litter cheaper. I did not complain was not worth the fuss to me but I was going to ask the front desk to split my bill with the cockroach that kept coming out from behind my dresser.

Fantastic service! The staff was incredible. I have never been treated so well at a hotel. Downside the facility could use an update.

Not impressed with this hotel at all. We did need a pet friendly hotel and this was one of the few around. The hotel smelled awful, especially in the halls. Not even pet smells but of cigerattes. Room didn’t give the appearance of clean even though bed was made and bathroom had folded towels. Bathroom wasn’t very clean though. Hair in the tub and toilet had a stain on it. It gave me enough chills that I went and bought Lysol wipes and spray to wipe the room down myself. Didn’t even look at their breakfast so I can’t speak on that. The hotel definitely needs some attention! As petty as this is I swear this was the ONLY hotel I have ever stayed at that didn’t have automatic front doors. A bit difficult to set all your stuff down and open two sets of doors just to get in the lobby. Just the little things that show attention detail was non existent during construction. Please reconsider this as an option.

Hair in the tub… Dead Flies by the sink… Never again. Had to go to Walmart and clean it myself. (Not a clean freak I swear)

I was pleasantly surprised they allowed pets in this hotel, I didn't bring our cat because we were getting married but it's great to know for future trips. Let me start out by saying JOEY, the front desk person, was so professional, accommodating, sweet and very attentive. We stayed at this hotel last week. We booked two rooms one for the groom and I, the other for my bridesmaids so we can get our makeup and hair done. Very spacious, clean and Joey allowed us to check out a bit later which was very sweet and helpful. Thanks again!

Very nice hotel. The guy at the desk upgraded our room for free. There is complementary breakfast, coffee and muffins. The rooms are really nice, there's a small kitchen area which I would not have expected from this type of hotel, it's not a suite or anything like that. But the kitchen area was really nice, with some counters, a fridge, freezer, 2 burners and microwave.

Very nice staff. High speed internet works great if you pay for it.

There was a dead roach folded up into one of th3 clean bathroom towls. Someone elses hair stuck to the bathroom wall And one of blankets had a horrible black stain they side of a palm. Otherwise it was alright and thr night reception clerk, Joey, is awesome and nice and helpful.

Great hotel, very clean rooms, sure is nice to have a full sized fridge and a microwave, too many hotels today lack these. Coffeeand muffins available in the morning, pretty good.

Cheap on hotwire. Have been to many Extended Stay America's. Could do better on breakfast. Other than that I have had no complaints. Always clean rooms. Very consistent hotel chain. Gina at the front desk was very helpful and nice.

Good location. Our non-smoking room smelled more like a smoking room. Average experience.

Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. The room did have an odd chemical odor in it.

The Free Breakfast consists of coffee, a basket of apples, granola bars, and packaged muffins. There is no house keeping so you have to bag your dirty towels and take them to the front desk. And trash you have to bag and take to a trash room. When I first checked into my room there was dried food on the counters and the room was missing one burner on the stove. The top of the fridge was covered in dirt. There was toothpaste splatter and makeup in the bathroom. Soap scum on the shower head and drain. They also don't include hangers although you can ask for some cheap plastic ones at the desk. The bed skirt had crusty white stains on it. After 5 nights of sleeping in the bed I pulled the blankets back as I was looking to make sure I didn't leave anything and found blood stains on the sheets.

Don't ever stay in this hotel because of the amenities, because there aren't any. The free breakfast is not free. There is no milk. There is only sweetened CoffeeMate. So you have to buy your own milk if you want cereal or something other than sweetened of black coffee. The place did not even have coffee my second morning. I was told the coffee maker broke the night before, and despite having 8 hours to figure out a replacement, I was told to come back later, at a time after I had to leave. The free internet is not free. When I input my password after connecting to the Wi-Fi, I was told I had to pay a fee to get a connection. The morning staff is indifferent.

I never even got to stay here. I called and talked to the manager because if you were doing an extended stay you would get charged a lot more than someone who was staying 3-4days. On every other Extended Stay the longer you stayed the cheaper it was per night. The manager emailed me and told me when I was ready to come to NJ he would set up a special price for me and give me a discount and he had no clue why it was charging me more. When time came for me to come to NJ for medical reasons, I emailed the manager twice and called and he never returned my call so I took my business to Homewood Suites which offers dinner Mon-Thurs which Extended Stay doesn't. I would recommend taking your business to another location because if you have any issues the manager isn't going to care.

Our Car Club, The Central Jersey Volkswagen Society, recently had an event (the All Air-Cooled Gathering), nearby the Budd Lake Extended Stay America. They offered us a discounted rate for show attendees. I stayed there myself and was very pleased. Nice, clean, comfortable and safe. They have provided us this service for the last five years and are very appreciative of their support.
