I would describe the motel as adequate. The room and sheets were clean. Much of the motel seems worn out and dated, but it was a safe, clean place to spend the night.

Very clean place. Quiet as well.

Decent cheap motel. No blood or other bodily fluids visible in the bathroom, floors, bed coverings. No bed bugs. Smelled slightly of cleaner, which I suppose is better than the alternative. AC definitely worked.

This place is not worth your time unless if what you want is a trash place a bit better than shelter. — just a stinking place filled with cigar smell. Old woman is fraudulent as well. Told her I can't stay and she said it's ok. Next day, I still got charged. Run.

I really enjoyed staying at sunset motel. I like the colors at the rooms. Was nicely done and clean. The beds are comfortable, there's a nice table and bathroom. I live in Germany and I like old fashioned motels. Sunset motel looks a bit like some places I've seen at the movies. The lady who runs it was friendly. It's a nostalgic place, build in the seventies, next to the highway. Looking out of the window its easy to imagine an old white Buick or a Chevrolet driving around. It's close to a small city and two shopping malls. I would have loved it to have a coffee but there's no room for guests and no breakfast. Doesn't matter, some day I'll stay there again. Kala g. We chose this hotel because we needed place to stay at for the night. EVERY other hotel in the area was booked. As soon as we walked in, the smell of the place was so rank. I couldn't bare to even look at the bedding because the sheets looked like they were ancient and they just didn't look clean. My great grandmother probably stayed there when she was young. That's how old and unfurnished the place was. It's definitely not kept up to date! The shower… well the water was cold, there was only one towel to dry yourself off with. As soon as I pulled the curtain back, there were huge bugs. I killed them but as soon as I went to move the shower head, there were a few more! At that point, I had to get out of there! I grabbed my belongings, and left. I walked over to the front desk, the hotel host offered me another room but I was too skeeved out at that point. She told me to come back to get my refund. Well… when I called the next morning, her words "I can only offer you 20 dollars since I offered you another room" after she PROMISED me my FULL REFUND! this place is a beat, run down motel. It's not worth the 100 for the night.

I'm staying as a shelter guest of Somerset County, so I'm just glad I have a dry roof over my head and am able to take a shower. It's clean and is much better than sleeping in the park. Although, when temperature reaches a certain point (approx 40°), Somerset County won't shelter anyone.

Basic clean motel without frills. Very nice older lady seems to own the place. If you need bling to feel good or exciting 'things to do' to distract the kids then yeah, go pay $130-$150 at the Ramada. For this counrry boy clean and friendly is good enough. And, its not sold out and definitely the best bargain this side of Motel 6 (which was sold out of course).

I would of gave it a — 5. The staff are rude the place is horrible, there is aspctis falling from the ceiling, and they don't even care, nothing for the kids to do. If you're looking for a good place, I would go to the Red Mill Inn on 22 in Branchburg. We called the place, The Bates motel, and Norman's mother runs it.

Worst smell we wish to leave we paid 80 and frnech tourist family paid 120 Grand ma (owner) is very unkind I read review on travelocity it was good but I believe they are friends or church member or something Just dont go if you have to check the room first no breakfast no ice no internet access There is not much service to get there is ramada inn or go some where else.
