The location is great to get to any of the golf resorts! I enjoyed the waffles at breakfast (typical continental breakfast with pastries, yogurt, eggs, sausage). The sheets were really soft and these are honestly some of the best pillows I've tried!

Stayed to attend a wedding. The continental breakfast was great for a small place. Waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, sweets, cereal, juice and coffee. The rooms are regular room, nothing out of the norm. No fancy toiletries, but theres a microwave and fridge.

Horrendous! We booked through Expedia and my wife got to the room and it was musty and had a foul odor. They showed her another room and it was worse than the first. Because we booked it a day in advance, Expedia would not even refund the money. Do not waste your time or money because you will not be satisfied.

Warning do not stay at this place. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! My fiance and I recently stayed at this location because it was a last resort and I honestly wish we had slept in the car. I had MULTIPLE belongings stolen, most importantly my jewelry. We had no idea that they did not have safes in the room, we should have known better with a dump like this. Our only option was to leave our "do not disturb" on the door while we were at a rehearsal dinner the first night and a wedding all night the second but our privacy was broken because someone let themselves into our room, went through our bags and stole cash, personal documents, and all of my jewelry. I called right away (the day after we got home when I unpacked) after realizing my things were gone and I was told to call back later.? I called back later and I was told there was nothing found — the women at the front desk didn't seem surprised or bothered by this clearly invasive and not to mention ILLEGAL matter whatsoever. In fact, I had to ask HER to take my information to please call me if something turned up. Unbelievable. I do not understand how anyone could possibly run a business like this. I received an email apologizing about my "inconvenience" after calling multiple times for a manager and never receiving a call back, for over a week.

We had booked a room there because it alowed pets we were traveling with a small dog, they put us in a room where pets had stayed, carpeted, smelled of wet dog, carpet fresh, room sanitizer, not pleasant at all, the sheets were crisp and clean, but pillows smelled. Why put pets in a carpeted room?

Cozy place. Barbara was nice. Needs a good clean up around dumpster and out back.

Clean and comfortable. Good deli next door. Guest laundry available — $1 wash, $1 dry, and they have laundry detergent at the front desk for $1.

Rude people at the front desk. My credit card chip wouldn’t work the guy got bent out of shape over it. When I went to check out the lady snapped at me and completely dismissed me. Room was nice and clean but not worth the price with their lack of costumer service.

Decent place, bathroom is on the smaller side, but very clean room. The eggs for breakfast tasted like paper. But close to a Deli.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. But you can hear the people in the rooms next to you.

It is in a good location. Staff was not helpful however. It is well maintained however.

Rooms were clean, resently updated, per locals, but is an older inn. Staff were friendly, even checking in late at night, on a Sunday. Breakfast was ok, but dinning area small. Prices fluctuate, not many options around the area.

Great location near skiing only 5 minutes away from mountain creek, Quiet, clean, friendly and safe area. Recommended A+

Despite the negative reviews about the staff, I must say I loved them! The two women at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful! Great customer service for me at least. I loved the room, the bed was super comfy and I had an awesome stay. Heat worked very well. The tap water is not the best, I'd suggest bringing water bottles, but other than that, I loved it! Only a few minutes drive from Mountain Creek. Milano's restaurant, which is within walking distance, was a great place to get dinner (bring your own wine) and the deli next to the hotel was super good and convenient. I'd 100% go back.

As a delivery driver, the front desk woman has always been courteous and helpful. The customers seem happy with their services and the parking is adequate.

This is the worst “pet friendly” hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel lobby woman said she was “petrified by dogs” when we arrived while our super submissive dog was at the opposite end of the hall with another member of our party. We walked our dog for 3 hours prior to leavening our Husky in the hotel room for the evening. While we were out, the hotel called the police to the hotel because we left the dog in the room alone. The cop went into the room, saw nothing was wrong, and left. We found out about the incident because when we came back to the hotel we started asking questions after we could tell our bags had been gone through. The hotel lobby women also told us she “never made keys wrong” when we initially struggled to get into our room. We at no point said she made the keys wrong, just that we couldn’t get the keys to let us into our room. We were just asking for help and from the beginning the staff was extremely defensive. It is a shame and bottom line is that we will never stay at that hotel again.

This hotel saved me. My friends and I had a bad situation at Crystal Springs — our room that was booked 5 months ago for an event was no longer available. We found out at 10pm when we tried checking in. After 2 hrs of hitting a brick wall and horrible service, we phone Quality Inn. Ms. Drake answered our call and provided us top notch service. Keep in mind, we phoned her at midnight. She was so kind and very helpful. We felt welcome and her service exceeded our expectations.

Wifi is good. Cell service is not so good if you have t-mobile. The people working there are nice. The continental breakfast consists of eggs and sausage. They have waffles though! The rooms are clean. They have a lot of channels available including HBO. Lots of places to eat around. Came here for work and would stay again.

Allows pets, power shuts off when u hook up microwave. Slow barely get internet. They said fax and printer down. No pool. But they allow pets breakfast in the morning.

This hotel was budget price friendly for the area and fairly secluded which I enjoyed. The housekeeping staff was great however, the front desk/management staff was very rude and unhelpful. I was ignored for about ten minutes while they talked in an office behind the the counter. They also booked me for a room, then did not check in with the other staff so double booked me for another room! They had to cancel a room all because they couldn't just tall to each and relay the booking information like a professional would. Also was questioned regularly even though we stayed a few nights in a row about whether we had booked two guests in our room so they could properly charge us. 1, why would we lie? and 2. No other hotel has battered me with questions like that. The water also highly irritated our skin and had a metallic scent to it, upon reading further reviews it seems like the water is a major issue at this establishment. I would not recommend, there is a holiday inn suites the next town over which is much cleaner, newer and doesn't burn my eyes every time I take a bath.

Very cozy. On main road. GPS was absolutely correct from Manhattan to here. Room small clean no odors. Would refer others here for few days stay. Not a long term family location.

Stayed one night at Quality Inn near Mountain Creek. The hotel is outdated, but the price reflects that so I didn't expect much. The hallway smells like BO and the room smells damp. The carpet has decades worth of dirt and grime. I wouldn't recommend walking barefoot. The night shift worker who is of Indian descent is extremely hostile. I called to ask if there was any convenience stores nearby and she said she didn't know. When I said you don't know?, she said there was a 7/11 15 minutes away. I got yelled at for walking too close to the breakfast area which was ten feet away from the coffee area. I didn't even touch anything. I just apparently walked too close to the other side of the room. Later on, when I went to get coffee again since there was nothing else to get, I was told that someone made a mess earlier so the coffee area was closed. The lady that was working during the day with curly hair was nice and made check-in simple. If you are looking for a cheaper option, Quality Inn is cheaper than some of the nearby places, but it's because the hotel is pretty terrible.

Quality Inn is a decent place to stay when you're going to be in the neighborhood. It includes breakfast if you're interested but it really isn't that much room do we always choose to eat out and we're up visiting family do we either meet them for breakfast or they do breakfast at their place. Quality Inn is great because there are lots of places to go eat around it and Mountain Creek isn't that far. We enjoy it because it's close by family without having to intrude on them. It's not a place you pick as a getaway hotel if you just wanted to stay in the room, they don't have a restaurant, you may can have someplace near deliver.

Quality of this Quality Inn was not up to par. Facility is old and needs updating. Staff friendly, extremely responsive and doing their best their best but it is an uphill task. Rooms were clean but Carpets and at least on the first floor damp feeling, beds not terrible but need updating, no safety bars in the bathroom. That being said, self serve breakfast is better than expected, and coffee outstanding.

Great for a quick stay, good prices and nice staff. Rooms need to be renovated a bit, our bathroom door would not close.

Very poor customer service. The hallway smelled horrible as did the sink water. Anything BUT quality.

Last minute booking for me and staff was able to fit me. Staff was courteous and rooms clean. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Mountain Creek in Vernon NJ.

Stayed here for 2 nights to go snowboarding during the blizzard. The place is ok overall and they do provide breakfast. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't throw out salt on the drive way, a couple of vehicles including a friend of mine car wasn't able to make it up the hill leading to the hotel. Was expecting them to at least throw some salt the next day but it remained the same.

The hallways had a rancid smell but overall it was nice.

This place exceeded my expectations. So clean and quiet. Beds and pillows are comfy. Bed and bathroom were fully stocked. They have a lot of cable channels and the last at the front desk was very nice and attentive.

They held our reservation until we arrived at 11:30, which was awesome. They had difficulty with a different person paying than the one who made the reservation. The room was great, but the walls were so thin that we heard the person next door snoring, but we were so tired we slept anyway.

We stayed at this location this past weekend as we traveled out of state for a wedding. We arrived and checked in just after midnight. The concierge at the front desk gave us the welcome bag left by the bride and groom. (only received 1 should have had 2) Walking out our room which was in the first floor left wing, the hallway smelled like sewage. As we entered the room, the smell was consistent with the hallway. As it was very late and we needed to be out of the room by 11 then following morning we went to bed immediately. Using the bathroom 1 time before bed, the room filled with the smell of sulfur for the remainder of the night. When we woke up, and showered the room again smelled like feces and sulfur. We went to eat breakfast which was fine, however when we asked the woman at the front desk if she could refill the plastic forks she said "Ill get to it in a minute" and continued reading. When we walked back to our room, the smell in the hallway was again overpowering. At this point, I asked the General Manager if he could take a look at our room. We told him the smell mostly came from the pipes after the water had been used. He turned on the water and smelled it and said, "I don't smell anything but we will look at the pipes after you check out". Not once did he try to accommodate us with a new room or location to get ready for the wedding we would be attending in just a few hours. The smell overpowered the fragrance I had to spray around the room.

I thought it was alright. Not too bad for the price. 1 mile from mountain creek.

Hallways smell… room mildewy. Triggered my allergy so bad… cigarette holes in bed spread… mold on window caulking… toilet paper bits behind door in bathroom… fridge turned off and not cleaned. Smelled and had bit of mold on top shelf… tried avoiding confrontation and cancel second night reservation… management refused…

The rooms are very small. The toilet seat was broken completely off the toilet and it took multiple complaints and days to fix it. The fire alarms went off pretty early in the morning for testing. The hallways smeled like a public restroom. Would not stay again.

BEWARE — Price Management We canceled our reservation! Be careful when you book a room! Always request a confirmation email with price. They increase room rates The sad part… There is not enough competition in the area which allows them to act as they do.

Accidently left behind some items in a drawer. Called and the staff was very helpful over the phone to send it to me. Called again to find out when it would be shipped and they didn't remember anything about the previous conversation. So be careful when you stay there.

Stayed last year for my Mountain Creek trip. Really liked it. Staff was friendly. Only problem was our neighbors that partied till 4 in the morning extremely loud directly next to us that was walled weren't very good a muffling the sound of. I don't know if it was just them or is the walls are thing. Really really like that its not super expensive so I can do real trips and I can take my board to the room. Can't wait for next trip. Not on a holiday weekend.

Great place to stay for a budget. I stay there when I am riding at Mountain Creek. They also allow pets which is great for me. The rooms are nice and they have a simple breakfast for all guest in the morning. I stay there all the time.

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great morning breakfast. Overall excellent value.
