Bedding was stained and room was in disrepair. Yet, they charged top dollar. Cloud have stayed at a Hilt on for the price.

Stayed at a different place night prior to this place. That place in Neptune made this dump look like ceasears palace. Disgusting dirt everywhere floor never been cleaned ever and there was gang signs aka Tags sprayed on the wall. Idk how anyone could get a night of sleep at this place. I’d sleep in shifts at a place like this. Someone defiantly been shot here.

The night manager is very nice and worked with us. The rooms were really nice but they had issues. Had to flush the toilet and and turn the faucet on cold to get hot water for the shower. Hole in the wall that we had to cover. The price was raised to a $100 when I found a place for half the price. The morning manager kicked us out after almost being there for 3 months. Told us to get out and we paid everyday to stay. He threatened my bf and made fists like he was going to punch him. Thats not okay. If you stay there be warned that the morning manager is a dick!

I had to change my room 3 times before actually finding some what of a decent room. On top of that I saw a bed bug on my bed. Place is horrible, stay far away if you want to stay clean. Just pay a little more money for a better Hotel! I deff will be doing that.

Halls to rooms broken windows boarded up Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed Floor was disgusting! Got out of shower feet became sticky and dirty from rug and floor Heater air conditioner partially pulled from wall Very little lighting needed a flashlights to get to the bed Vanity poor condition night stand broken White splatter on headboard Room smelled musty Would stay there again if I were homeless and in desperate need of shelter. Lobby and rooms are not what is pictured. Completely disgusting Should be visited by health department, patrolled by police, and sued for false advertising Nasty!

I really. Really. Appreciate the service from all of the staff here at the Budget Inn. My room was not only clean and tidy but it had two tvs. My girlfriend loves staying here when we visit family and go to the beach! The property was maintained, you can tell the owner and staff take pride in there establishment. Needless to say, we always have a good experience here and never have to worry about anything when we stay at the Budget Inn. We recommend this hotel to all are family, friends, and Co workers. That's how much we appreciate the staff here and the clean rooms at the Budget Inn.

Nice Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location, just 5 min drive to beach. Close to Spring lake Railway Station so easy for commuting to NY & other places. Overall very nice experience & would be coming here again & again.

Lovely place, nice staff & good rooms. Guys you need to work on your Wi-Fi a bit, as it some time keeps on getting disconnected, else everything was super. Great parking, nearby Bar & shopping is a big plus. Me & my friends enjoyed staying here every time we visit.

Im staying with Budget Inn for past 2 months as weekly guest. I find this place quite comfortable, convenient & accessible to everything you need within walking distance. Staff is really nice & friendly. I love the coffee of this hotel unlimited & free!

It was snowing today, I was desperately looking for a place to stay. I was prepared to pay more for the room but they offered me good comfortable at the same listed rate. Room was quite warm with good heat, bathtub, Microwave etc. Bed was also comfortable. Staff is good and prepared to help when you are in real need.

Quite reasonable rates that's what we were looking since we were 12 friends & we hired 6 rooms. Check in was dam good & prompt. Front desk person was very helpful. We found shopping areas, Eating points nearby so it was all good. They don't serve the Breakfast but that's ok since price was very cheap compared to other properties. Overall loved it.

Good Location Clean Rooms Friendly staff. I needed a place to stay while I'll had to take care of my business affairs. I checked here for a month. The rooms were just perfect The staff attended to my every need. At times the Internet was bit slow but that's OK & manageable since I had internet on my cell phone. I would highly recommend staying here for extended stays. The next time I’m in the area, I’ll stay here again.

Comfy Beds, Excellent net connectivity, great price & lovely staff. I visited last week with my friends & unfortunately I forgot my Wallet bearing all my IDs & money in the room itself. The Front Desk person called me up & returned my stuff. Excellent & honest staff.

Excellent rooms within Budget price, what is was expected. Loved the place & Ambiance. Ample place for Parking, good Wi-Fi connectivity. Bed was very very comfortable, loved it.

Best place to stay in NJ. The staff is good. Rooms are provided with all amenities. All essential shops at walking distance. Good property with excellent Wi-Fi connectivity, ample of parking. A true value for money hotel in NJ.

I stayed here for 3 days while my tour to NJ, USA. I really enjoyed every day of my stay. Staff was supportive & they offer good value for money spent. Good property, highly recommended.

The best budget Hotel & true value for money, all rooms include AC, Microwave, TV. They provide neat & clean ambience, good environment, ample space for parking & on the top of it Good services. Its the best deal in & around New Jersey visitors with or without family.

The building is in dire need of repairs. The entry hall carpeting looks maintained and stained. It's an odd combination, but it's stained and looks as though someone used the wrong cleaner to get the stains out. The room itself: the ceiling was clearly water damaged. The vanity in the bathroom is chipped and stained. And a petty thing, but the water valve in the shower is wrong. Turn it towards c for hot. The linens in the room are good quality though. The fridge was clean, so that's good.

Bed bugs and a used syringe just a great place to bring the whole family!?

Good reasonable place to stay with family or alone. Staff is supportive. I got good service. Property is huge & well maintained.

They refused to sign for my packages that arrived 2 days before I did that I needed for business and fought with me on the phone when I asked them to sign them for me. The room I stayed in was disgusting and the walls and ceilings were covered in mold. In the middle of the night I was eaten alive by bed bugs and woke up with at least 25 bites over my entire body. I would suggest no one ever stays in this hotel.

I had my room switched twice due to bedbugs there everywhere owner seem not to care about everything of mine that got ruined all the money I had to spend to clean everything even my vehicle which had bed bugs in them.

Even if your looking for a cheap night out, Don't Stay here! We bought 1 night just so we didn't have to drink and drive on a holiday weekend. Room was dirty, insects were inside of the room and there was a horrible smell. We ended up driving back home and not even staying just because of how disgusting it was. There was even a priority guests gum on the window sill! Complete negligence.

Infested with bedbugs! Cheap apartments at 300 weekly and roomy but not worth getting torn up bitten by bed bugs!

Dirtiest rooms I have ever stayed in. Maids stole my girlfriends clothes and shoes. Large mosquitoes in the bathroom and the TV is from the 90 with horrible picture quality.

I wish I could give it negative 5 stars stayed for a few months and it was disgusting. Bed bugs disgusting bathroom and room was falling apart. I paid every week 320 but once I started seeing bed bugs instead of offering me another room they told me to leave with no refund. When I refused they called Wall twp police for 5 days straight until I found somewhere else to go. The drug use and sales on this property was thru the roof. I am in the process of bringing a lawsuit against them.

Budget Inn & Suites in Wall… newly renovated rooms very clean… hallway appeared old and needs updates… brand new floors… beds and showers… very nice for a one night stay.

Not necessary to go there. Just through the phone it was enough. Wat a bad service. I call to ask how much was a room for 3 people, the guy didn't even let me finish adn said "no we don't have any" and hanged up on me. How u expect to get guest if u shoo them away by a phone call.

Great place close to everything brand new furniture and nice big rooms great owners always take care of you… what more do you want.

If I could give it no stars, I would. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was dried blood on the walls and the sheets and towels were stained. It smelled like urine. I didn't even stay the night. They didn't refund me.

Parts of the ceiling peeled off and fell on the bed. Very old T. V's in room with bad reception one T. V didn't work rooms are very small. Very poor customer service unwilling to help or tend to your needs citing they are short staff. In layman's terms this motel SUCKS had to give it one star to post otherwise if I could I would post with no star at all.

The owner was very nice, but unfortunately his "house keeper" does not do her job. She only cleans with a vacuum and room deoderizer. She doesn't wash the bedding. I witnessed this with my own eyes.

Honestly wish I could give negative 5 stars. I went here for a school trip and we found vodka in the fridge, men's underwear on the nightstand, the bathroom was disgusting, blood stains on the beds, stains on the walls, bugs under the mattresses, and more. All of us had to pack up at 11 at night and move to a different place. Do NOT stay here.

I cant rate it,,, it should not even be on the map! it was the most disgusting place I have ever been to in my entire life… I cant even describe it without almost puking this place should be condemned I also can truly say I witnessed a drug deal. ugh thank god it was only 1 night and I hardly stayed there DISGUSTING! JUST STAY AWAY…

This is actually my third time staying here. The price is right, the air conditioner works and there is a lock on the door. I'm a simple man who just needs a place to sleep. The other reviews are valid but for somewhere affordable by the beach it beats camping any day.

BED BUGS! This place is absolutely disgusting! The bath towels were stained and had hair on them, the complimentary shampoo was in a packet, the shower was disgusting, the bedroom was not clean. And the worst part is that there was bed bugs on our bed. Thank god we found them before we laid in it for the night. Also, my friends adjoining room has a whole pile of old popcorn in between the bed spring and the mattress that he found when searching for bugs himself. Never stay here!

This place is does not even deserve 1 star more like negative 5. Place is absolutely disgusting. Grossest motel ever. Bugs on the walls and pubic hair all in the shower. Floor was so sticky and gross. Do not stay here!

Only issue I had was the size of the bath towels.

It needed to be cleaned. The hallways were dirty, the rooms were dirty. The lobby had a bad smell. There was no security. It seemed obvious that there hadnt been any maintenance or money put back into the business in a very long time. I would not return to this hotel or recommend it to a friend.

Poor housekeeping, ant problem, possible problem with bedbugs as evidenced by noticeable staining on bedspring. They lied about free breakfast all they serve is donuts, coffee and cereal. Wi-Fi is poor and it is not uncommon to see trash outside the entrance of the rooms. Exposed wiring in bathrroom on light fixture.

Wow what a dive sleazebag motel, my discounted room cost me $148 for the night. For that money we got 2 small stained bath towels and a bathroom with a broken hair dryer grout missing from the tile floors. The main bed room doors looked like they’ve been kicked in multiple times and the floor had hair clips and bobby pins and cookie wrappers on it. I guess the owner saves money by not cleaning too often. They should be charging $20 a night for such a crappy place.
