Nice room nice people nice place.

Location was close to major highway with easy access. Room was small but cozy… a little dated but comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Motel owner was very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast of coffee bagels is normally provided outside under a holly tree, but, due to the rain it was not available. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Nice place, very well maintained, good stuff, surprising coffee and pastry for breakfast, with no noise from next door, but the room is really tiny and the conditioner just over your head are the reason that I rate 4

The people were very friendly! Clean and cozy! Not a big place and I like that! Refrigerator and microwave in the room! The driveways (just go to the errow and watch the light that is front of you, lol) a bit complicated but it is worth it!

Nice place to stay and get to various shore points, with easy access to the GSPkway. Easy to miss off Roosevelt Blvd, so becareful when pulling in. Rooms are a bit small, but not too cramped. Continental breakfast was small with little options, but nice location under a holly tree. Beds could be softer but not too bad.

I have to admit, I was a little nervous about staying here but we were in town for a family reunion and my in-laws were kind enough to take care of our accomodations. This is a very nice little motel. — Clean Room — Decent Bed — Clean Bathroom — Cable TV Access — Wireless — Room cleaning service — Breakfast (continental breakfast under the Holly tree in the common outdoor area) — Personal Touch from owners Everything was really nice and not at all what I expected. We were also @5 to 10 mins from Ocean City NJ so the location is great as well. I would stay here again, don't let the "Motel" scare you off like it did me :)

Comfortable beds, great staff, & nice location near the parkway.

Great place! Rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. Only 10 min drive to the beach at Corsons Inlet at 60th street. Great night's sleep — comfortable beds, nice and quiet. This was our first visit, but we will happily be making more.

Quaint, clean, quiet and a great value. We like to make multiple day trips to different shore locations, and this is the perfect jumping off point.

It was about 11 pm, I'm too tired to keep driving on my trip to OC Maryland. So I'm calling around and this is the closest, best rated place I can find. So I call, and he tells me the price, but since I just beat cancer, and my immine system is compromised… I simply asked if the rooms are clean, and his answer was, "no… What do you want me to say? I don't even want to rent to you. " I'm so disgusted with this guy's reasponce! Don't go here!

AWESOME, clean and fresh smell, and what a location… just outside OC (straight shot less than 1 mile) keeping away from crowds, but close enough for a short bike ride over 34th St. Bridge… and inexpensive… definitely will stay there again and recommend to friends and family.

Great little motel. One of our favorite places to stay while visiting the ocean. They offer beach tags and they arent overly expensive. It doesnt sit right on the beach its a couple minute drive to get there. The rooms arent the biggest but we didnt mind we were only there to sleep. The rooms were also super clean and the staff were super friendly.

My boyfriend and I had planned a last minute Labor Day weekend trip to Strathmere NJ, (he worked there for a couple weeks and loved the beaches), so 2 days before we are to leave I am frantically calling around finding prices of hotel rooms. The second I called them, I was hooked. Their low prices, pastries and coffee for breakfast, daily room service, queen sized beds, etc. Apon arrival my boyfriend and I were a little sketched out about it being "too small" but it turned out to be just perfect for us! There were 2 queen beds in our room so it gave plenty of space to store our bags and personal items on one and sleep on the other (not to mention how comfy they were. ) the bathroom was a little small, but it was so tidy, so neat and so clean! The room was absolutely spotless also. There was a mini fridge and a microwave which became very handy for our late night dominos pickup (only — 15 mins away). Not many places that deliver to the motel after 9pm, so that was our last resort. The TV was a little confusing, but we called up to the office and they were more than happy to get us the code to unlock the channels. The drive to strathmere beach was — 20 mins minutes and to the boardwalk, it was probably — 15. The motel made for a great location. The staff was amazing and continuously asked how everything was and if we were enjoying ourselves. (Which was a DEFINITE YES! ) I couldn't have asked for anywhere better on our quick 2 night adventure. It was perfect!

Excellent room rate, very clean room, and the owner was very friendly and helpful.

Small motel on the other side of the Garden State Parkway. Rooms are smaller and older, but well maintained and clean. People are friendly and there is a little breakfast bar setup outside in the morning with all the essentials. Unless you want to be right on the beach, this is a great place to go.

Friendly people, clean and affordable. The owner puts coffee, juice and Danish out in the morning. Easy access to the parkway. We will be back.

While it was cozy and the breakfast was nice, maybe the owner should so her job. Our carbon monoxide detector started going off in one of our rooms (we had 3) and she refused to call the fire department. My sister actually got really sick with carbon monoxide poisoning.

Super sweet owners, decent location, clean and tidy rooms, and free beach tags! The only thing that is missing is a regular hotel breakfast. I believe they do have coffee and a few pastries or fruit sometimes though.

Wonderful place to stay! Reasonably priced, owner on premises and is very friendly and accommodating. Offered a pricier room for lower price when we wanted to stay another day and No rooms were available. Spotlessly clean! Enjoy a continental breakfast in shaded area outside. Beds are very comfortable.

Location, location, location — it is right on the Parkway on-ramp. It seemed generally well-kept and clean, and we appreciated the coffee, juice, and danishes, etc. On the table under the holly tree. Unfortunately, the room with two double beds was much too small for three adults. There was only one chair, no closet, and a small bathroom. The air conditioner had to work on over-time in the 90-plus-degree heat, but it did keep up (it just didn't get chilly by any means). Very basic amenities generally, but full cable. Wifi was spotty to non-existent in our room. Mattresses were a little soft and lumpy, and pillows weren't anything to write home about. Given the nightly rate the place commands on a weekend in-season, one expects a bit more in the bed department. Bedding itself and the room as a whole were quite clean and there was housekeeping each day of our two-night stay.

Cons: Since it was right off the highway sometimes it was hard to pull into depending on the traffic, and if the roads were busy you would have to drive down past it and back around to pull in. Although the room was okay for 2 people I found it to be smaller than any other hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bed was alright, but they only provide you with 2 not very fluffy pillows, so I highly recommend you take more! Since it isn't a chain hotel they don't provide you with any information about checkout when you check in (I had to go through my reservation email) or about when the rooms will be cleaned nor do they provide "do not disturb" signs for your door. I'm someone who typically puts up the "do not disturb" sign in hotels just to show the maids I don't need it cleaned that day. It doesn't bother me if my bed isn't made every single day while on vacation, so really my room didn't need to be serviced everyday. I would've been fine with just going to get fresh towels from the office or something, however instead I always felt like I was an inconvenience to the cleaning ladies if I was in the room past about 9:30AM because then they would have to come back later to clean it. There's free Wi-Fi but it's awful and doesn't work half the time. Pros: It was close enough to the beach (Ocean City, NJ) that it was only about a 10 minute drive to get there and about a 30 minute drive to Atlantic City.

This place is the nicest motel I ever stayed in, it sits right off the exit of the highway but it still seems so quiet and cozy. The room was super clean and comfortable and felt like home away from home. The owners were friendly and helpful and even the cleaning staff was very nice. Lovely continental breakfast in the yard under a shady tree. My family will definitely be going back to this motel.

Stayed at Boulevard from May 27th to May 30th. Very nice and clean motel. Owners were very nice. Anyone going to OC or looking for place to stay around that area I definitely reccommend this place. It's right off of Exit 25 on Garden State Parkway.

Spent a week at this motel, and we were very pleased with our experience. The room and surrounding area were very clean and had a homey feel. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. Great location; just a short drive to the beach in Ocean City, and the motel was near a Shoprite, Wawa, and other shopping that helped us not blow a bunch of money on boardwalk food every day of our trip. We will gladly stay here again if we make another trip to Ocean City.

Such a clean and friendly place to stay for our family vacation! Definitely will be returning next year! Very close to the beach and boardwalk too! Major plus! Thank you for helping make our vacation special!

Passing through Sept. 3.2012-good price and excellent service. Everything is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Little motel run by nice people. I thank them.

I stayed at the Boulevard Motel and will go back again for sure. Nice to know there is a good place to stay in at an ocean city and I don't have to worry about where to stay anymore. Clean and friendly service.

We were impressed with Boulevard Motel, cleanliness and good service plus the added attraction of being in an ocean city. Highly recommended.
