Great location but the carpet is dirty and elevators aren't working. Definitely needs a paint job. You get what you pay for. Staff is friendly though!

Free breakfast, limited offerings. Waffles, bagels, hot and cold cereals. Bagels and toast. Yogurt, Coffee and tea. Lots of restaurants around though. Small clean rooms. Elevator is out so we weren't able to get the Handicapped room we reserved. Friendly staff.

Hotel was decent overall. Lobby and hallways were humid the first night, and warm the second night. The room was a bit 90s/outdated and had some random wallpaper repair and dark carpet. The room had a working TV, fridge, and 2 queen beds that were comfortable. AC/Heat unit was old and worn but did work ok. Bathroom had some aged tile and tub and the toilet seat was broken, along with a loose door handle. Pool area was nice, but it seemed like anyone could just walk in from outside, so not the best security. Also, the 1 elevator was slow. Overall, a good value compared to the other hotels we looked at.

Toilet doesn't flush properly & sink leaks, carpets are filthy &&& sticky. Pretty gross.

We had a wonderful time there. Suite 111 is spacious and it has a jacuzzi. The pool IS OPEN and the continental breakfast is included. Clean and friendly!

Location is great as well as rooms. They have valet parking for just $10 extra which is really good during rain.

We requested non-smoking and were placed in a room that's clearly been smoked in. The staff moved us and were friendly about it but it's still not what you should have to ask for when you check in at almost midnight after a long day. Our new room was cleaner but there was a hole in the wall, the wall outlet was half falling out of the wall and other visible damage. The beds were quite stiff and some of the linens didn't exactly have the cleanest of appearances. Didn't bother with the breakfast but I'm sure it was great. Will not come back.

Very nice and clean affordable for a place with a indoor pool. Pool was wonderful and warm would stay again.

BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! BEDBUGS! Absolutely disgusting. On site it seemed to be a good value but after being awaken by my husband complaining of an itch and discovering a bedbug on the sheets my mind was immediately changed. To top it off, I called the lobby to no avail, because no one answered. We saved the bug, stripped and searched the bed and decided to lay back down. Bad move. I then woke up scratching my back. Guess what, I got bit too. Found that bedbug also. Enough was truly enough. We went to the lobby only to bump into our family who stayed in the room next door who said they brought a bedbug down and was told by the manager that it wasn't a bedbug, but quickly took her bug and put it in the trash. We showed the manager our bugs which we had wrapped in a plastic bag and the bites on my back. Wth did the manager say we should not have taken them from the room. We should have called him up. First of all, we tried to no avail, secondly did he think the bugs would stay in place and await his arrival. We demanded a refund for both rooms and were denied. The manager said they never had a bedbug problem but when I showed him a complaint written online by another patron, he replied. " Oh we took care of that". Hmmm, took care of What? The non existent bedbugs? Then he nervously told another tale of the exterminator that come weekly, that he changed to bi weekly but the young lady that I'm assuming works house keeping says monthly. So no one knows when? More lies!

Horrible. Pillows were dirty. Bathrooms had mold. Our non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Didnt dare stay over night.

Not a bad establishment for the price, the room was presentable and somewhat comfortable. However, checked in and amenities like cable and TV service was out of order. Got up this morning to check out and no elevator operable.

Nice place. Nice friendly staff. Nice breakfast area. Indoor Pool here. Lots of nice rooms and some large suites. Even a hot tub in one. However could use a serious cleaning. Odors in a few rooms so make sure you check your room before you take luggage inside.

This is a very nice place. Check in area very nice and clean. Friendly staff. Our room was very nice and clean. Pool and pool area was great. Price was right especially for this time of the year. Definitely will stay here again.

4 stars is a relative score for the price paid. This was definitely one of the lower priced hotels, so there are some things you need to set aside when considering such. The check in was great, the man at the desk was courteous, efficient and helpful. The non smoking room we got had obviously been smoked in, maybe recently, but not as bad as that time I got my car inspected at the local garage and the mechanic was obviously a chain-smoker. The location feels safe and it's been a great home base for beach and casino days. I typically go Airbnb these days, but this place has a good enough cost/benefit ratio that it works for me. If you have Champagne taste on a beer budget, this might not work for you.

My hotel stay was good. There are a few things that are wrong. First is the door by the pool entrance needs to be fixed, door going into pool and the door leading to hotel rooms on 1st floor all need to be fixed with new locks. That is a very dangerous situation because I have seen some crazy people just walking through the door while in the pool. Also the ceiling needs to be fixed in that little area and the light fixture needs to be cleaned. Water was leaking from the ceiling because of the rain last night. Otherwise my hotel stay waa good. Not all Baymont Inn are equal. The staff seemed friendly enough… however there is a great deal of potential efforts needed to be placed here. The entry doors are not secured at night and the facility is in need of basic maintenance and care. Could be a really nice spot with some elbow grease.

I absolutely love it. The staff are very hospitable. The wait to check in is speedy and My room is very clean and welcoming. What I love the most is the surrounding areas. There are many restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores and Atlantic city is a few minutes away. I would definitely come again.

When we first pulled into the inn I thought we were turning around from going the wrong direction. Then I realized this was our destination. The grass nor landscaping had been taken care of at all. It reminded me of a small jungle. That was the first sign that there would be serious struggles. And yes I was right the Room was Yucky! Stains on carpet, bed skirt, top comforter, sheets, and pillow cases. Thank God I come prepared. I pulled out my gloves pulled all the linens and comforters and put them in the hallway right away Used my Lysol to spray down the entire bed Used my linens and blankets I brought from my own home just in case of this exact scenario came into play. I could see thick piles of dust behind the night stand tables and bed that I could see from a standing position and I am almost 6 foot tall if that says anything about how much there was. Not to mention the amount of hair that was left behind on the edge of the box springs and bed skirt. Our room phone would not work at all. So we could not call directly to the desk. Had to go down to the desk or call from our cellphone. Wifi sucked would never connect at all. TV gave us a snowy picture only. They Definitely need to stop cutting corners and hire more housekeeping staff. I only saw the same two people trying to take care of the entire Inn. It is quite obvious that it is not possible with the amount of filth there was. There were also necessary repairs needed everywhere.

I stayed on the 3rd floor of this hotel with my dog for one night. There were several small red and yellow stains on both of the queen beds in my room, which concerned me considering I read reviews from others that the hotel had bed bugs in the past, and the pillow cases looked an off white/yellow color from age I would guess. There was food, crumbs, and wrappers stuffed in the chairs. I went to leave a note for the cleaning staff about that stuff for once I had left and the pen cap was covered with a white sticky substance. The shower also made a terrifying high pitched sound the entire time it was running, though the pressure was good, and it was clean. The entire bathroom was probably the most clean part of the room, and there was a LOT of towels in there. Quiet and calming, wasn't bothered by anyone. The breakfast was okay. Muffins were great, bagel seemed to be going stale but not there yet. The coffee was awful, the room coffee was better somehow. Overall the hotel is pretty beaten up with scuff marks all over the walls, broken tiles near the elevators, just little things like that.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Rooms were clean and spacious at an affordable price. Complementary breakfast was much better than expected. The pool was fun and clean. A great overall experience and a hotel I'll return to in the future.

Fantastic. Rooms were nice, employees were nice. Ac wasn't working at first, but the repairman got it working in a jiffy. The one I stayed at had construction, but that's not the fault of the hotel. The only downside was that it was bear a freeway so you could hear car noise inside the room.

I stayed for a night, neat clean suits, helpful staff, good breakfast… I called to book my room and they gave me several deals on phone and help me save a lot of money … I dnt know may be I called the head office or the front desk. They were nice people.

We are currently here until sunday, from the start I was disappointed in this hotel. I have a topper I bring to hotels because of my back and asked for a rolling luggage cart. She said they did not have one. They do but it is all broken I used it anyway. They want you to reuse your towels. Asked for a couple extra towels we have 3 people, have me 1 towel and a bathmat. The breakfast is nothing to talk about. Now the room. Room 207 has a hole in wall covered with tape, a iron burn on floor. The hairdryer does not work. Next to come machine second floor there is ceiling falling down someone just pushed it back so hoping no one would not see it. Downstairs the pantry and mechanical room doors are left cracked open. Yeah go eat that food. And at the pool you should feel safe! The door from the outside which you are supposed to use your key card just opens. The 2nd door you come to doesn't lock either. So I would have left but a better hotel in EHT, would have cost 500 more than if I booked a month ago. Wrong choice in hotels will not, make this mistake again. Oh had to go to laundry mat to wash my clothes. No washer and dryer on site. And pool is about the size of 1 1/2 rooms. Very very small.

Very clean. Great price. Not at all secure. Door locks didn't work on back entrance. Wasn't important to me but could be to a family.

Room was clean and very affordable. I stayed on a Saturday night with some friends and saved a ton of money by staying there instead of a casino or even a fleabag motel somewhere in AC. The uber ride to AC was about $15. I'll definitely be staying here again instead of in AC.

I am currently staying there and they were alot more than what I expected. Very cozy rooms, nice beds, nice bathrooms. The only downside I have is that at around 1am it got REALLY loud out in the hallway.

Got the Non Smoking Suite with king Size bed Hot Tub plus shower and bath in bathroom plenty of towels and Sofa bed and desk with computer chair plus there's a pool and exercise room Computer room with fax and phone Free Breakfast included and News paper everyday and front desk is very nice! I have been here more then 10 times. The place is very clean. Free Wi-Fi and Flat screen TV and Refrigerator and Microwave and coffee maker in room also.

Stayed here for one night in January 2014. Decent by all means. Clean, quiet, efficient. Had a large mini fridge and a microwave. Shower head was very low but had multiple settings. The location was nice 15 minutes to AC. No complaints.

When we arrived, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, in the tub & on the comforter. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the water was luke warm. The arm of the chair at our desk, was broken off. Our TV would randomly shut off. And when we returned to our room during our 2nd night, our key card didn't work, so we had to go downstairs to the desk to have it fixed. Inconvenient & not feeling very welcome! This also happened to our friends, who were staying a few doors down from us. They had a Jacuzzi tub in their room, and the jets didn't work. I will say, that the front desk people were very friendly. Needless to say, we will never stay here again.

We were evacuated from Ocean City because of Hurricane Irene and spent 2 nights at the Comfort Inn. The Manager, Sean Chowdaury was superb. He stayed the whole night making sure his guests had their needs met. He worked tirelessly. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and well run.
