This hotel is dirty nasty trifling it's horrible stayed in room 207 walked in stains in chairs chicken crumbs left behind dirty carpet holes in walls patched up holes walls dirty and dusty. Mirror in room. Room smell like smoke This hotel is for what you call bust a nut and go.

Decent sized, clean and comfy. The staff is very pleasant, parking is right outside your front door easy access. Affordable/sensible.

Jacuzzi was out of order, but nice big size room. Wifi connection is horrible.

You pay a cheap price for a cheap place. The room smelled like smoke, the fridge freezer was bulked with dirty ice, and there was no ice machine yet there was an ice bucket in the room.

The lady at the front desk was so rude and ignorant to me. As paying customer, I would never ever recommend this hotel to anyone! Not only were the rooms old and dirty and had bugs, but the customer service at this hotel is terrible and horrendous! I will never ever go back. Do not stay here! Worst place ever.

I waited for a long time to get to the front desk. They have the doors locked. I had a reservation. He had the nerve to say I couldn't use it. Had me pay through the hotel. The rooms were nicely put. I think the drawers where nailed shut if I remember correctly. Nice space.

I’ve stayed here a bunch times now. I haven’t been inside ever since the third experience with the woman, who tried to charge me $50 and a $50 deposit after she tried to tell me that I had never stayed there before and that’s normal prices (which it isn’t I’ve been charged $40 everytime before. Today I call and ask her for some extra sheets which she says she doesn’t have the key to and she informs me that my friend told her we’d be leaving earlier than we were. I agreed seeing as tho we were there later she tells me over the phone it’ll be $20 I go in there, she sees my $50 and charges me $25. She’s a crook and I feel like the @gallowaypolicedepartment should look into her activities.

Room was ok but staff was ill mannered and not at all professional. We checked in around 3 and nobody was in office. We waited few minutes. Guy behind desk was rude and seems he did not like customers coming through online sites. Room was decent enough but carpet was smelling of smoke. Seems hotel was modified lately. Towel was not sufficient enough, only bath and hand towel. Face towel was not there. one thing which irritated me most was, when we asked for toothpaste which we forgot to carry of course, he charged us $5, nope,, that guy called us before check out and asked to come over and give them $5 immediately. I told him, when we will checkout I ll pay all dues but he was rigid and said, he ll come to my room to get his $5. I was so furious. First of all, I should not be charged and now he is behaving like this. Definitely avoid if you don’t want to face rude owner.

First time here. My room was very large and clean indeed. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This place is the worst place I have ever stayed at. It looks nothing like the pictures. The BEDS had hair on them, the floor had dog hair all over it. The walls had a bunch of missing paint. There was an open attic over the one bed. Half of the lights didn't work. The fan didn't work. The a. C. Broke down in the middle of the night. When I first came into the room I went and asked for a refund and they refused when I wasn't supposed to even pay until check out. When I went to tell them about the a. C. In the morning they said I should have called in the middle of the night but I was going to get a new on that's great but I was to wait three hours in the hot room when it was cooler outside at 85 degrees out.

BED BUGS! We made the mistake of staying here in July, if there was a score less than one star, this place would get it! I left with multiple bed bug bites! Today, weeks later, I still have marks!

The place says it's remodeled, but this is not true. Yes the room was recently painted, and there was new carpeting, but the bathroom was outdated with old towels and the bare minimum. The were no tissues and barely any toilet tissue. The refrigerator had not been cleaned and the freezer was full of ice. Definitely will not stay here again. The price was reasonable being it was booked last minute and the owner was very pleasant.

The worst motel. Don't believe the pictures. There are things that you don't see in the pictures. The place is extremely dirty and dusty. It is very unsatisfying. The manager is not friendly and I believe the woman cleaning all the rooms were the wife. She's working like a slave with no shoes on. I wouldn't give this place one star. I have pics… just need to post them. There were cigarette holes in the blanket, night stand drawers either glued or nailed shut. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. When I address this to the slave/cleaning wife. She got all defensive and rude. Saying she clean the rooms everyday. Then she tried to act like she didn't understand English. Smh. I would not recommend this place for the homeless.

Not real clean. Freezer was so thick with ice I couldn't fit any food in it. Housekeeper was very nice. Ice machine worked first 2 days not the last three.

Wish I'd chosen a different motel. Worse experience ever. Rooms smelt of wet carpet, humungous bugs, woke up to the entire Galloway PD in the parking lot due to guests fighting. Beds had broken foundation, marijuana on the AC, Filthy bedding, and very rude and hostile office personnel. All out terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. Would have been better off sleeping in our car. Actually got our second night refunded and went to another hotel. I give this place 0 stars!

Well, after 15 minutes we realized there were bugs in the bed and everywhere. Checked right out and just decided to drive all the way home at midnight. Horrible. The guy in the office argued with us saying he checked the room today. Bullshit. Don't bother coming here.

There was a pee stain in our bed. When we got to our room yesterday there was a slight smell to our room which was small enough to ignore. Then my friend stepped in a wet spot by the bed which was disgusting but we just ignored it as well because we were on our way to AC to catch a show. We come back late and just go to bed. Woke up the next morning to find out that there was a giant PEE stain on our sheets. Went to the person at the front to complain and he was nothing but rude. He didn't even apologize! He kept telling me to yell at the maid but that is clearly not my job but his. The maid then accused us of doing it but we showed her it was dry and we even showed her that the mattress itself did not have the stain so if we did it, that would have been clearly wet too. No apology from the front desk staff and nothing but rudeness. Absolutely disgusted!

One of the worst hotel stays ever! The manager was hard to understand and wasn't helpful. In fact he was kind of an idiot. When I booked a room for a second night he just told me to give him 35 and then a few hours later he told me I owed him more because he made a mistake. I was trying to sleep in and housekeeping was banging on my door for several minutes even though I told them I didn't need anything. I bought my own sheets, towels, washcloths and pillows because the ones they provided smelled bad, had stains, and were utterly disgusting. One or two bugs crawling up the walls. The internet was terrible it kept going off and on, preventing me to do my work. I went across the street to the wawa and say outside and used their Wi-Fi to get work done. I WON'T be returning or staying there again.

Most sites list this as a three star motel. The staff was friendly. The room was marginally clean. The walls had visible dust and a greasy hand print above one of the beds. There was hair in the tub that was not ours. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink is in the bedroom. There is no way to control the room temperature. Serviceable, but there are no fewer than 40 other motels along that section of Rte 30. Stay somewhere else.

This place is the worst! We were watching a movie and got called upstairs about noise and threatened to be kicked out without a refund! Then we went out and came back and were told that we were liars that we weren't gone and we were making noise the whole time! very very very rude staff! room was gross!

This place is disgusting. No other way to put it. My husband and I went away for our anniversary and wanted to stay somewhere kind of cheap because we wanted to save money and put it elsewhere. We decided to stay at this hotel, booked through priceline for 78$ a night. Upon arrival we noticed the sign said 25$ a night. Which had me a little angry because we were paying triple the advertised price, but that's neither here nor there. We booked the room with the jacuzzi since it was our anniversary. When we got into the room it smelled like mold. I cleaned the fridge with bleach we cleaned the tub with bleach, and we cleaned the air conditioner filters. Since all 3 were like they had never been cleaned before. Once everything was cleaned the first night went fine. Until we went to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night with a ton of small bites on me, which at the time seemed like mosquito bites. And I didn't think they were bed bugs cause we checked the bed and hadnt seen them with the protectors on. So I went back to sleep (extremely itchy) and then when we got up went on with our day. We were gone about 5-6 hours and when we got back the bites had gotten bigger than the size of a quarter each. So we double checked the bed again and low and behold there were bedbugs. We instantly went up to the office and demanded a refund and that we would be leaving to go to another hotel. The front desk lady and her husband in assuming insisted on just giving us another room.

I arrived way earlier than my reservation and the manager was so nice and accommodating. He not only let me into my room with a fridge and microwave, but also offered discounts and near by restaurants. The room was clean and extremely affordable seeing that I was only sleeping here for a night. I will stay here next time I'm in the area.

This was the worst place in the world! DONT STAY HERE! I DONT CARE OF YOUR IN NEED FOR A PLACE TO STAY BECAUSE YOUR DRUNK OR ETC! PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! The front desk agent is very fresh. He is nasty and will flirt the hell out of you! He gave me the room next to the office… which was odd because the room key had hearts on it. The room was big but horrible! The bed was not comfortable. Me and my boyfriend were afraid to sleep in it! it stunk sooooo bad we asked for some air freshener he gave it to us! Took the smell right away! The bathroom look like it was just renovated that was the only decent thing in that room! The night stand were missing handles and had gum stuck to it! Microwave and refrigerator were dirty! My boyfriend to me ask for another room but I didnt want to because the front desk agent made feel uncomfortable! So we just basically partied all night so we wouldnt have to be there for long! Oh yeah and the front desk associate was texting me the next day asking when are we gonna go on a date!
