Condo building itself was nice. Very nice pool. Particular place we got could have been nicer.

Wonderful visit, weather delightful, accommodations comfortable, pool excellent, beach ok, plenty of nearby attractions.

While the balcony is only off master room we enjoyed it during day. Condo was roomy loved bathroom setup nice shower and kitchen stocked with nearly all cutlery needed. Appreciate having complimentary items. Photo is from balcony. This is our 2nd time here. Well worth going to museum to hear about the island. Bob was wonderful history guide!

Nice, clean, quiet place. Great place for families are big groups.

Good location pretty close to the beach and the rooms are pretty good. Not that great of s place to bring kids.

Not bad not great. You have to ask for a blender and the keys are REAL keys so don't lose em. But everyone here is really good and cares.

We went as a weekly timeshare. Two pools are nice but one is barely open and adult only. Despite being beachfront it is an almost 3/4 mile walk to the shoreline. Won't stay there again.

Have a time share here. A nice quiet place close to Atlantic city and South Jersey beach towns. Has a semi private beach.

I've been somewhat disappointed with our experience at BBC. The "kiddie pool" is a Jacuzzi with limited water, the main pool is on the small side, and the other pool is adults only… not very helpful with several 7-year-olds in tow. The walk "over the dunes" to the beach is actually a 1/3 mile walk. You need to walk another 1/4 mile in either direction to reach the guarded beaches. Our rental company did not provide a key for exterior doors and therefore we have to walk an extra quarter mile back to our condo through the front door. The kitchen is very small with few amenities and space for groceries. Additionally, our unit was especially sparce and boring.

The beach club is great. The location is within walking distance of the beach through the path in the dunes. There are 2 pools. One for the kids and one for the adults. The adult pool is not alway opened though. The kids pool is average size and open to the residents and timeshares. This beach club is a mix of timeshares and condo residence. I cannot speak for the timeshare services as we dont use them. There is a lounge area at least in the southern building with vending machines and free Wi-Fi. There is no Wi-Fi though throughout the building so you either use your own or go to the lounge.

Love how close to the beach it is. The room is okay but the bedding could be better, especially the pillows! Nice place though.

The beach club is a great place right near the beach. The grounds and pick l are well kept. The rooms are very nice and well kept. There isn't much in the way of amenities other the pool.

We had numerous problems, no hot water, washer broke down and needed service, ceiling leaked during rain storm. The exercise room is pitiful. The rooms are in run down condition. The bathroom sink counter is too small for two people's stuff. I used the kitchen counter for setting up my morning stuff.

Nice place for hot summer.

Very nice place. Clean. Only problem was the front desk lady. My family requested more pillows and towels, there is 6 of us and we like 2 pillows each and the pillows are tiny, she told me she would MAYBE be able to get me one more of each. As you could assume we were NOT happy about it.

Short walk from the beach and in a great town.

Very very nice place. Clean and beds were comfortable. There was no Wi-Fi in the room but there was a room on the lst floor you could go and use your computer or whatever device. Walking to the beach through the dunes seems long but it is also peaceful. The pool was very comfortable and never crowded. I would rent there again.
