Cozy place, good deal, very clean, pool is very rich and everything is accessible, such as restaurants, Fast food, gas station, mall, supermarket, liquors … Had a great time! Soon we return…

This particular Econolodge has one truly exceptional employee named Carol. She always makes sure everything is just right for you, and is as sweet as can be. It's not the Regent Beverly Wilshire, but it has all of the conveniences of home (except no stove or oven of course). They serve breakfast upstairs above the front desk daily, and are kind to work with tricky checkout times should something come up and you need a few extra hours.

Stayed a couple times last year & early this year… overall the place was great. Much better than other hotels in and around Hammonton. Spacious, clean rooms, housekeeping respects your privacy if you put a do not disturb sign up, is located near the big stores & restaurants in town, the only complaints are the climate control unit (heater/air conditioner) and TV were severely dated. (TV wasn’t even flat screen, looked to be from 1990s). Aside from that this place is awesome!

This place was absolutely terrible and I only went there because it was literally the only hotel/motel in the entire area. There was so many problems, but I'll name a few, the shower was broken, there was weird stains on the blankets, rats were spotted at the vending machine, and the pool can be compared to the one seen at the beginning of "The Karate Kid. " All I can say after that experience is if a chain hotel gets built near that area, this place will be out-of-buisness within a year or hopefully less.

Nice place, nothing fancy but definitely not a roach motel! Paul at the front desk is very kind & helpful.

This is the only decent place to stay in Hammonton. I truly love the staff. They are constantly improving and updating rooms little by little, so if I have ever gotten a room with issues I am always moved to another room without any problem. It's not the Wilshire, but it is clean, comfortable, fairly roomy and with wonderful employees.

Amenites are very exagerated… mostly non existant. Even the vending machines do not work. Rooms were very unsanitary, lights and TV did not work. Missing smoke detectors. We requested a different room and was told I'd have to pay to initiate a room change same day. Then once I agreed because of the late time of night and 9 degree weather I was in requestion my room change. Broken windows found in many rooms through out the building. Very suspiscous characters in and out at all hours of the night with no regard for other guests. When the staff was notified of a noise disturbance at 2am from someone looking like they were doing drugs in they're car while having music blasting full volume. They staff simply replied "what can we do about this" Needless to say, was an experience I won't be pursuing again in my travels!

I give this place 0 stars. I had to check off 1 star to be able to post. Certainly went down hill from the last time I remember this place. I came home to visit family and needed a room. I checked it shortly after midnight and it was 29°f outside. The room was dark and very very cold. I turned the heat on to hopefully warm up the room. (I figured the heater will take a while because it was so cold out and was off the whole day). I went to bed dressed in full clothing with my hood up as well. Could not sleep because the bed sheets were like ice. Got up in the early morning and figured a hot shower will warm me up and put me in a better mood. The room was still freezing. There was no water at the tub or shower. I immediately went to the desk to tell them the problems and to ask politely for a refund. I'm not a complainer. He refused to give me any refund. Told he he will run it by management and maybe do something. Horrible display of customer service. He told me I should have told him about the heater last night. I told him the room was freezing and thought it would take a while for it to warm up. At 3am and no change I'm supposed to grab all my belongings and then get moved to a new room? He had no answer for the water, and became resistant when I want a solution. I now have a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charge. I will never spend a night at any Econo Lodge after this horrible experience.

Reasonably priced and has continental breakfast, free Wi-Fi, plenty of parking, close by to many restaurants, Walmart.

3 is a pretty accurate rating. Ive stayed here upwards of 10 times and all have been good (considering we came here to party mainly) except for my most recent. I think they have a select few rooms that are pretty nice and fixed up and then the rest are dingy. Tonight my room was one I hadn't stayed in before. AC was poor, everything felt damp and smelled musty. Couldn't find the TV remote so had to ask for a new one. While looking for it I checked in the couch (maybe it fell through) found old room keys, a sock, some pamphlets, letter opener, and the soles of someones large shoes. Kinda nastttttyyyyyy.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast. Would stay again.

Rooms were super clean! Smelled great! Ladie at the front desk was lovely! … so sweet! Nice town! Well lit areas. Manager was great!. He actually had called for us from the Country Inn in Millville. It was booked up and we had called looking for a room because the Days Inn in Vineland that we had booked had roaches and we needed a last minute room. We will stay here again! Very nice stay! Thank you all!

The outside Hotel was bad & area… however the rooms were clean, neat & the service we received from Carol was A plus she deserve a gold star.

Excellent and friendly staff. Carol at front desk very friendly and helpful. Clean sheets, clean bathroom. Access to local shopping center, and diner. Will definitely stay there on my next return to Hammonton.

If you stay for several days do not make the room toilet.

Dilapidated, poorly air-conditioned, moldy-smelling and worst, the latch is pulling out of the door and the deadbolt to lock the room door from inside is missing. Unacceptable even if it had been half the $140 rate.

For the most part it was a nice, clean, and affordable stay! The beds were clean, except the shower was a little dirty.

The room smelled damp and musty, even after running the AC cold for over a day. The coffee machine produced gritty metallic tasting water, and the carpet was damp underfoot. The lights were dim and some didn't work, and there was worrying discolouration around some of the sockets…

Great stay. Great rates. This is a budget no frills hotel. A bit dated, old TV but the service was great and the room was clean. My boys really enjoyed the pool. Rate was fabulous. We stayed during a very busy week in the area when many hotels were full. We still got a great rate and they rescued us from having to stay in a horrible place down the road. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the budget conscious traveler. It is a sort of long but very easy drive to PATCO station to go into Philly.

This place was a disaster. Stayed here for one night to avoid four extra hours of driving between days in a soccer tournament. Got to the hotel, and there were two people in line in front of me. Took us forty minutes to get checked in. Receptionist was pleasant and accounts for the single star in this review. The room was. Possibly the worst hotel room I've stayed in. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned. The toiletries were open or half-filled, there were rumpled used towels on the floor and the rack. Even worse, the trash can was full of trash, including used feminine hygeine products! The room overall had so many used toothpicks. I didn't even know people USED that many toothpicks. Oh yes, and probably five to ten flies buzzing around, to make matters even better. My son refused to use the shower, which was something considering he had just played soccer all day in 95-degree heat. The room smelled of stale smoke, despite being a "no smoking room. " Oddly, the beds were freshly made, so it's like someone was in the room cleaning and just couldn't be bothered to tackle the rest of the room. The television had one channel — America's Funniest Home Videos in Spanish. There was no cell signal at all (AT&T), but luckily the Wi-Fi was free. If only it actually WORKED, that would have been something. Unfortunately, even after connecting to the Wi-Fi, we couldn't reliably get onto the Internet, so we were pretty much unable to get any Internet access at all while we were there.

Just not what I was expecting, would probably never stay there again.

Pool is clean. The rooms are clean clean towels absolutely be back.

Easy location, good service, got the job done.

Place to stay. Bed was comfortable, shower wouldn't stay one temperature, phone didn't work, breakfast was a joke.

It's just a place to stay for a night. All rooms have different things, some have showers some have bath sort of thing. One might have TV working the other might not.

Horrible! The shower doors fell in on me during my shower… ac doesnt work. Hole in the wall, stained sheets… I could keep going but my time is more valuable. Stay elswhere… beware.
