I love this place. They're a very friendly and hospitable place. They are kind folks here.

Stayed twice, the first time the room was good. The second, the room smelled like cigarettes. But overall not a bad place for the price. Water pressure is not great, but the water is hot.

We have used the colonnade a few times it is what it is it's two star hotel for a reasonable rate It's relatively clean and it's 32 $40 less than any other hotel around I am going to read it three stars which is pretty average if I really like something I always give it 5 stars.

Awful! Smelled of cigarettes, heat was cranked and we were unable to control the room temperature. And there was no toilet paper in the room! Definitely pass on this place. Would never stay here again!

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean and an affordable rate. This hotel has definitely got better of the years. Great place to stay if you want to do kingdom trail and close to town.

At least the bed was comfortable.

Place is awful… I work on the road, I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, this one by far is the worse cleaned rooms ever, there was hair everywhere, in the sinks etc, the towels looked like they had been roughed up n touched as they might of not been used by the last guests, if these rooms were renovated it was 20 years ago as the shower looked like it was falling apart, the fridge didn’t even looked like it had been clean it was gross, the bed is horrible the mattress was very old n spring’E. Worse 100 bucks I’ve spent on a room before,,, next time I’ll smeep in my car!

No hot water. Desk knew about it and didn't seem concerned. Room was also pretty chilly all night. Blech.

I just seen one room in the Colonnade in and it was clean and had a really big bed but other then that it was not that big of a room or that nice.

So we had lost electricity at our house so we called to see what the rate was she told us she would give us a cheap rate because of our situation… So we decided if we didn't get electricity by a certain point we would go. So we called back a few hours later telling her we would take the room. It was a new person she said we would never give a rate like that and basically called us liars. So we asked her to call her manager and call us back. So she did saying we were right and apologized to us for being extremely rude… Then she didn't tell us that the building would be under some kind of construction… So at about 7am we hear banging and hammering and scraping right above us. Besides being clean and nice I wasn't happy with the customer service we were given.

The most comfortable bed I have ever been in pillows too and the hot shower just topped it all off and conveniently located right off Exit 23. I have posted about 6 photos for this location and highly recommend clean quiet and within walking distance to stores there's a microwave and refrigerator I would recommend not getting anything Frozen for the freezer is Tiny.

Way better than we expected! We booked a room having no idea what we were getting into. Room was very clean, TV was newer and the linens were clean and comfortable. The bed was also was better than we expected. It's certainly no 5 star hotel but if you need a place to stay for a couple nights and keep your expectations low this place is pretty decent.

Pull in about 10pm and went into the office to check in, got our key and went to open the door and found someone who was already sleeping in the bed, scared the living daylights out of my wife, we went back to the main office to tell the front desk this and we were told "yes sorry I just saw that". So after 10 min we got another room on the back side that reeked like old cigarette smoke and was a 2 bed twin room instead of the single king we had reserved didn't bother to go back out front as we were tired and wanted to go to bed… after pushing the chair in front of the door to prevent someone from entering our room in the middle of the night. Bathroom shower ceiling was literally falling down while we took a shower because water was spraying all over from the lack of a proper shower head being installed even though there were "freshly remodeled". Can I rate this this a zero star because I certainly would like to.

Great place to spend the night. The rooms are very clean and the staff was very helpful. With a short walk you have a bar/grill or the front desk will give you a menu for pizza delivery.

The motel is fine for sleeping but it has some problems. The rooms are not maintained. Example: vent fan in the bathroom had its cover removed. Also, the main office where you check-in smells like cigarette smoke.

They were very helpful in allowing us to check in early because we were going to be returning late from a wedding. The Inn looked decent but we found a dead bug and fruit loops on the floor. If the rooms had been detailed a little better it would of been a 5 star review. Would stay there again though because of great customer service.

The room is alright, bed is comfy enough and the furniture is well kept. The fires are annoying, and if the room door were able to close easier, that would help my impression. Close to walkable food though, so that's nice!

We've been here twice and both rooms were clean. No problem at all, good value. We come for biking and we'll repeat.

Rooms were better than expected. Owners don't speak great English.

Bad bad bad. Low class smoky smelling rooms. Do yourself a favor and do comfort in in St. Jay.

Clean enough but getting run down. At least the parking lot wasn't full of hoodlums like the last time I stayed there.

Stayed here for an overnight with my dad to see Lyndon State College-bad idea. The rooms were very dark and we had to turn on the lights at 3:00 pm just so we could see properly. Later that night, around 7:00, the smell of cigarette smoke started to waft into the shower/toilet room and it has not left since I took a shower this morning. It doesn't stop there; the shower was low pressure and the only way to increase the pressure was to lower the temperature. The surrounding area is great for a vacation, what with mountain biking and skiing and all sorts of outdoor stuff. But there are better hotels to stay in than the Colonnade. The college is nice, by the way. Edit: For you gamers out there, the boxy TV does have a yellow-white-red port for your console.

Ugh. This is what happens when my bro books a hotel (he doesn't read reviews). The place lookes nice enough on the outside, but the room was disgusting. Not just old, but dirty. Spots all over the sheets, pillows and comforter. Cobwebs. A wooden board under a rotting mattress. I've never walked out of a hotel before. Went down the road to the Lyndon Motor Lodge. Now that place is not only nice, but a bit cheaper.

This is a terrible place to try and spend any time. Worst offense beyond generally filth covered conditions, the bathroom stunk like sewer gas. When I requested a different room I was told that no one complained before and that since the only open room had another bed it would cost $10 more a night. Frankly, I was an idiot for even considering another room.
