Great service, clean rooms that are good, amazing view, really good overall experience.

This lodge was quite impressive. The lounge room down by the front desk was a great place to relax and hang out with other patrons and your family, board games, couches, a pool table and even a movie room. Robin and Margaret were absolutely amazing in helping us get the rooms we needed for our family in a prompt and painless manner. Beds were super comfortable, definitely a lodge that cared about its patrons sleep. There was even a decent bar for some nightly entertainment. Down side to the bar was their menu was horrible, literal 1 dollar pizzas for 10$, single serving of 60 cent mac and cheese for 8$, and tapas that were just not all that great for way too much money, only to be served with bread. Would come back for the hospitality but definitely not the bar. Hotel was 5/5 star, bar was 1/5 star.

Just returned from a Manchester NY baseball tournament. The Lodge accommodated the whole team and families, including eleven 12 year old boys! The stay was wonderful, staff incredibly helpful and the Lodge had so much to do there for the kids. Highly recommend it for a large group!

The staff and service are excellent. The rooms are clean but basic no design, no frills. The Spanish tapass restaurant and bar are the reason to be here. Excellent food, drinks and service while relaxing on the outdoor deck with the beautiful views.

When we arrived at 9pm, Rob was full of smiles and lively. Rob helped us with useful information of the area and what was happening for the weekend. Took us for a brief tour of the lounge and dining hall. The room was perfect, quaint and quiet. Showers were plenty of warm water and pressure was great. Rooms were clean with television and refrigerator. Great views and excellent morning breakfast. Highly recommended.

Just got here today I was welcomed by a staff member named Rob he was so helpful with checking in and giving us tips on local attractions, made us feel right at home! Really tasteful furnishings and wonderful views of the hills.

Great Place! felt like checking into to an Alps Chalet, super clean rooms totally updated, comfy bed after a long day was nice, great lounge for libations and unwinding, now I just need to go back there.

Very nice staff they try hard to accommodate your needs. Rooms are clean and very good place for children they have nice room for kids to play.

Terrible hotel, terrible service, terrible staff, they lied to us about shuttles, they over charged me for the room and the staff were complete rude idiots do not stay here ever. Complete waste.

Pretty nice place not the nicest resort but for the location not bad. If you have kids it has a cool kids lounge with two wii, arcade games, ping-pong and board games. Also for the parents there is a small bar but be cautious beers are $6 and shots are $12. Bromley mountian is a nice ski mountian so it was a good trip.

Keeping in mind this is a 2 Star establishment this place was awesome! We went with 3 kids (12, 11, 9) and got the family room. The place is no frills but it serves a purpose. There's a HUGE room with tables, chairs, a Wii, Xbox, air hockey, ping pong and a few quarter games for the kids. In the main lobby is a beautiful fireplace with a billiards table, a huge TV and very comfy ample seating. The kids run around and have a great time. Most of all, the staff is incredibly, absolutely INCREDIBLY service oriented and customer service driven. They REALLY go outta their way to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need. I don't care that it was 2 star — the convenience to a chair lift 20 yards from my room and such an amazing staff, gets me back there again!

This lodge was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating. The price was extremely reasonable. The morning breakfast was yummy. The view first thing in the morning was breathtaking. Thank you for an amazing stay, we will be back.

Very good memory of the summer 2015. The reception was lovely and the rooms very comfortable. Breakfast delighted the kids as well as the playroom. I would recommend this property.

Great staffs, homely environment. Rooms are clean and neat but a little dated. Essentials are provided.

Very nice place and service oriented personnel. The building is not "Brand new" and the elevator is a bit noisy. Bottom line — recommended!

Stayed here in July for 3 days. It's an awesome place. Our room has a balcony that overlooks the Bromley mountain amusement park. The owners are very hospitable. The rooms are nice. It's a 2 minute walk to the park. The rooms were about $65 a night. They have an indoor pool, fitness room, bar and restaurant (food is great), arcade room, pool table and ski ball, cable, Wi-Fi (not the best signal) and also a common area. We will definately stay here again. The view is the best of any hotel in the area.

We were promised a room with the view and got a view of mini golf and stairway. Toilet didn't flush well and bedding was mediocre. Other staff members were very friendly. Having the room with a view would have made my stay much nicer.

Perfect Location — The staff was very pleasant, the rooms were clean and the food was pretty good. Lobby is inviting with wood fire and game tablesHowever the hotel is a prime example of OWNER NEGLECT! As soon as you get within 10 feet of the front door, you get the feeling your at the service-delivery entrance, Dark halls are lined with surface mounted electrical pipes and exposed wires for Fire Alarm. Beds are ridiculously small. The pool area is a dungeon — pool deck freezing cold. No towels were available. Exercise room dark and downright depressing Public restroom (men's) by restaurant smelled like a truck stop urinal. I have never seen a hotel in a ski in — ski out location in such poor condition. If you are simply looking for a clean bed in ski country, this hotel suite your needsIf the owners were willing to give this place the face lift it desperately needs, this facility would be a easily be a 4 star hotel, Really depressing to see this gem of a hotel in such a RUNDOWN Condition.
