Front desk at night are so helpful, like Elizabeth and 2 others has done their Job very well.
Dining area are so clean and service was excellent.
Room is clean and location is another plus factor.
Over all I give 5 stars.

Great place for a birthday Spa and pool party. Pool open 8am to 11pm. Staff are wonderful and very accommodating. Free breakfast and the kids can swim again in the morning before check out! Great place and great location!

Good hotel with nice rooms and firm beds. The continental breakfast is great and there is free parking. This is closed to all major beaches.

Typical Hampton Inn, had all the amenities one would expect. This one in particular had a pool and gym. However this Hampton Inn was twice almost three times the price of other Hampton Inn. Other hotels in the area are closer, offer the same amenities and are located closer to the mansions, I would shop around prior to coming here again.

New building with very nice rooms and accommodations. It close to food and entertainment, both within walking distance and a couple minutes drive.

First off the room is very nice and looks clean. Until I went to take a shower and there was hair on it. All 4 towels. I have blonde hair and this was black hair. Was not mine. So that was not good at all. Then I went to the sheets I found more black hair and stains. Gross out. I let the front desk know and they told me that they were book for the night there were know other rooms available. They said they would see new sheets and blanket and they never came. Thank got the second bed was clean so I slept on the second bed. Breakfast was ok. The eggs were soggy. Didn’t look cool. Bacon was burned. Potato home fries we not cook all the way. Fruit salad had flies circling it. Now the pool was cloudy and not clean. The hot tub had a smell. The gym was very clean and great place to do small work out. It was only for one night and I had to deal with all of this. Mean while my husband aunt paid for us and it was just not right it was dirty. Hopefully they read this and contact me or my husband aunt to get a refund. We got up and check out really fast. It was hopeless to talk to anyone there.

This Hampton Inn is one of the nicest I have seen in Rhode Island. It’s kind of confusing to get to because it’s located set back which you can not see from the road but once you enter the shopping area it’s a left and all the way back. The room is nicely renovated. I love the color selection they have chosen for the wall. It gave me a sense of being by the water lol. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Very clean and inviting. It is nestled in this little "mall" so you don't even have to drive out to dinner. Many choices right there! Had a "Newport" feel architecture. Loved it and will go back when up there.

I stayed here with my fiancée Chris G on feb 1st and 2nd, because of the death of his niece, the rooms were beautiful, the bed was so comfortable, breakfast was good, plenty of hot and cold items on both days, after the funeral we came back to the hotel relaxed for an hour, got out bathing suits on and headed down stairs to the pool to unwind, only to find a note on the door, that it and the hot tub was out of order, when that very morning we were talking to people who's children were just in it, I was so down, I just went back to the room and cried, I wanted to just relax in the hot tub, and relax but that was gone. Other than that, I would stay here and recommend this hotel to all my friends.

I was there to attend a quarterly company wide event. It was a decent size and took about 100 people. But the cellular service is really bad. My phone went from LTE to 3G and still wouldn't load a webpage.

Super clean, well organized, friendly and accommodating staff. We stay here when visiting family in Wakefield, very nice. Convenient to the highway with lots of amenities nearby (restaurants, coffee shop, movie theater, shopping, etc. ).

Great place. I live in the same complex. Lots of places to walk to, movies, coffee, pizza, nice and quiet.

Nice location in an upscale shopping area. New hotel with nice amenities. Good breakfast with lots to choose from and friendly service.

Horrible customer service! Horrible stay! When we first arrived (at 10pm) it took them over 5 minutes to locate our reservation. The manager insisted he could help us find a different hotel because they were sold out despite me having an email verification of the reservation. Eventually he found it. We went to the room but the latch was broken so we could not get in. I journeyed back to the front desk and told the manager. He said he had a "tool" to get us in. After 5 minutes of trying his "tool" and my wife and children standing in the hallway, he gave up and said he would call an offsite technician who would be there as soon as possible, but could not guarantee how soon. I insisted he keep trying his tool while we waited and he said he had another "tool". That was a crowbar. He forcibly ripped the latch off the door of the room and we got in. It was late so I said I would just stay in the room with no safety latch on the door. I turned on the heat as it was cold and the heater started a loud grinding noise. I knew I could never sleep with that loud noise so I notified the manager once again. He said he could not get a heater tech there that evening so I agreed to stay in the room with the heater off. After some playing with it I found that if I kept the heat low enough it would not be too loud. Since I was thirsty I decided to go the vending machine to get a soda. The ENTIRE MACHINE was empty.

Best hotel in town. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were nice and clean. They have a good breakfast with waffles, eggs, and the other usual suspects. All the amenities were nice.

This is I believe a new hotel and it shows, very clean and in excellent condition. Staff was extremely nice and there is plenty of parking, the only issue on that is as a bus driver with a large coach bus the space between the partitions in the lot were narrow so it's very difficult to avoid going over curbs which can be costly if you blow a tire. The breakfast was typical hotel free fare. Eggs were decent, waffle maker (I didn't have any, but I imagine they're the same as others). I did like the option of fresh donuts (I think they were Dunkin Donuts actually) and cakes available. I also appreciate that the cereals were in individual boxes instead of the large dispenser, often when it's in the dispenser its stale. I despise anything "turkey"; in this case the turkey sausage instead of real sausage. I'm putting this separate so it stands out! HAMPTON INN COFFEE IS ABOUT THE BEST OF ANY HOTEL CHAIN! There is a convenience store there if you need, I didn't bother as they are usually very overpriced. Driving a tour bus makes it difficult to stop for food and it is disheartening to fathom spending half a days pay on food because you have no choice. I've learned to prepare. There are plenty of options to find food on your way there, including an Applebees in the same complex. South Kingstown is just over the bridge from Newport and this is definitely a much better hotel than some that I've stayed in there, and for a better price.

I just had the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel, and I travel for work/school and stay in hotels pretty often. We are Hilton Gold members, we got none of the extras we were supposed to get at check in. We paid for food, then found a sign at the desk showing that Gold and Diamond members were supposed to get free water/snacks. Unfortunately there was no one physically at the front desk at that point (or for the rest of the night) so we couldn't ask about it. They gave us "free internet" (everyone gets that). We took showers, and the whole room was like a sauna after. I have asthma and couldn't breathe. Figured out that our bathroom fan was broken. We called the front desk (since no one was standing there) and the lady who picked up (whose name I unfortunately didn't get) was actually annoyed and rude to us for calling and asking if something could be done. We gave up and just used our desk chair to prop the door open for an hour to air the room out, and were freezing. So we turned the heat on to warm the room up after. Big mistake. We woke up every half hour all night, because the air conditioning/heating system sounds like a JET AIRPLANE is landing in your room, right next to your head. It's 2017, they make quiet air systems now! My mom finally got up at 3am and turned the system off. That was the only 3 hours of sleep I had all night, but she didn't sleep because she was cold without the heat. She had to turn it back on again at 6am after being up all night.

Stayed on the second floor and had two queen size bed. The place was great. Had complimentary breakfast until 10a and free Wi-Fi. Loved the customer service and would come back again.

Service was exceptional from start to finish. The room was larger than I expected for a hotel and the bathroom was larger than usual, which was wonderful.

If you like fluffy pillows, warm blankets and a quiet hotel, you're going to love this place. Great amenities and the Continental breakfast was good and plentiful. Was a great place will visit again!

The location is in a nice area. There are many stores, restaurants and even a movie theatre! The hotel staff is friendly. They have a nice breakfast included with your stay. They also have a pool and gym. We've been coming for years and feel right at home.

I stayed here for an accepted students day at URI and it was quite nice. The location was easy to find and the views were nice from our window. Service was what I would expect: kind and courteous but not overly helpful. The breakfast was okay, standard hotel fare. The hotel was very accessible to Newport and Narragansett. Overall a good experience and a good place to stay if you need to be in the area and don't want an expensive option.

Great hospitality and the breakfast is amazing. Far better than any other hotel I've ever stayed at.

Location and service were great. Use of common room without issue despite large gathering.

Upon checking in, with my company credentials who does lots of business there, I was given a ground floor room facing a parking lot. Not a great start. Room was below average, TV was broken, very bouncy bed. I took a shower in the decent bathroom and upon sitting on the bed heard a party going on in the room next to me. Tried to zone it out or wait it out, but it was too loud. I packed up my stuff and went to the front desk and asked to be relocated to a different room and was placed in a quiet part of the hotel with an average room. The girl at the desk was nice but didn't seem surprised somehow. Overall, crappy stay after a long day of business, but at least they made it half way right without question.

This hotel has the best proximity to Charlestown and other superb local beaches at a reasonable cost. The staff is superb and it is also located next to several other conveniences, which makes it a great place to base yourself for a vacation.

The hotel is very nice. Beds are comfy, everything is well kept. There is a pool and hot tub. The location is good, only 20 minutes from Newport. The breakfast could be a bit better but it still is not too bad. I would stay here again.

It's great they actually have a chain hotel in this area. I've stayed here before and the staff and everything about this hotel is great.

This place is perfect. Clean beds. Great breakfast and quiet. Sarah at the front desk is very helpful and she is very nice. Pat is the man and super helpful as well. Sarah and Pat need to be promoted as they are great for guests and both really try and solve any problems or questions you have at the hotel. Good looking on the cookies also.

Great hotel, good proximity to several restaurants and bars. Closer to wakefield than providence. Free coffee, pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, Wi-Fi, HDMI Ports on tvs, clean rooms. Friendly staff.

My favorite place to stay, it makes you feel like you are more at home then at a fancy hotel. You can make your own laundry for like 2-3$, have a good breakfast which is included in the price. Stuff always nice and welcoming. Hell they let me throw a small company party in the lunge with my own booze :) that's how nice they are. Always happy to stay here.

It's clean, they are friendly, and very accommodating to the needs of block island residents. Always satisfied and stay here often.
