Clean, moderately priced, excellent location.

Rooms are clean. Could use a little updating. Carpets are stained, smells like an older hotel.

Website pictures were very deceiving. Lobby was dimly lit and looked more like a motel. Carpet had "high traffic" worn path and stains. Room, bedding and bathroom were clean. Not immaculate, but clean. 1 time stay for us…

This hotel doesn’t deserve a star but I had to in order to post a review. Negative 5 stars. Really gross, dirty, smelly. The only bright spot was the friendly women at the check in desk. Otherwise horrible. Yuck. Don’t do it. Oh and btw can anyone say bed bugs? Yikes!

The room did what it needed to. The people working there were all nice. The beds we're pretty comfy, too. They even had a pool which was a nice surprise.

The first room I was given the option of was filthy and smelled. We got moved to a slightly better room. I was just surprised at how low quality we got for close to $200, it was dart graduation weekend. The staff is fantastic and no complaints on that front.

This is by far the worst hotel like stayed in and a week of traveling. We were told this is a pet free hotel but yet we saw at least 4 dogs. I would rate it a 0 star but that is not an option. Something was dinging or buzzing in the hotel hallway all night long I got almost no sleep and when I said something he said well we alredy gave you a discount. The rooms smelled. And carpet was filthy. An absolute dump.

Nice, clean place. Rooms great, little costly. Decent morning breakfast. Amish Patel very nice person to take care personally.

Appliances need updating, comforters are plain pillows uncomfortable. The bathroom had a section on border that was stapled down. You could smell cigarette smoke inside nonsmoking room.

The rooms were really outdated. Wallpaper was falling down. My friends room had bed bugs.

Location was close to restaurants, which was nice. The building looks pretty old and so the rooms were old looking. They were clean though and staff was very nice.

The property needs A LOT of work. The day time desk help needs to work on their English. Also someone to explain the use of the heating controls as they are different then most hotels. I asked for a special rate because hotels will usually discount when you have an appointment at the local hospital. The discount was not much different than the every day advertised rate.

Okay hotel. Not the best nor the worst. Wi-Fi is a bit on the slow side though. Other than that no complaints, but no praise either.

Great place if you need a quick overnight stay. Good breakfast included as well, but mainly carbs. Lick box and fridge included in my room.

While the Baymont Inns are listed as "midscale" accommodations, the Baymont in West Lebanon, N. H. Is clearly in the "value" category. It appears that this facility was once a very nice Inn, but has had few improvements/maintenance since. The dated decor has seen its day and is in various states of disrepair. My room was a "nonsmoking" room, but damp musty odors abound throughout. Most egregious of the issues was the wall mounted heating unit that refused to work. (The central HVAC system is no longer operational). Upon a check by the inn's manager, it turned out to be a faulty electrical issue that would trip the main breaker for units 217 and 215. This was troubling from a safety standpoint (plus the room temperature was barely 60 degrees) and I asked for another room which was subsequently made available. Also encountered were: dirty torn furniture, dirty drains in bath and lavatories, dirty carpets, unclean surfaces, leaky fixtures, and torn wallpaper. The odor from the complimentary popcorn machine in the lobby was overpowering and made one feel like visiting an arcade. While the Baymonts are not high-end, this particular inn is clearly showing it's age, and I could not recommend a stay here for anything but the barest of needs.

Great value for the price. Great service. Needs renovation but otherwise clean and comfortable.

I had to stay here for two days during a snow storm in between shifts. The first night was decent, though the bathroom wasn't very clean. When I arrived the second night and asked for extra shampoo and conditioner, no one at the front desk seemed to be able to find anything. The ac/heat was also not working. Definitely not worth saving the money.

Everytime we come to town we come here. Clean. Great breakfast options. Friendly staff. Pet friendly. Smoking or non smoking. Gas station and eats just down the road.

Nice rooms and great, convenient location. Breakfast was good for a free breakfast. Staff friendly and attentive.

Comparatively cheaper than hotels in the area. Nice lobby with seating arrangements. Free cookies at the reception. Complementary popcorn machine at the lobby as well. Typical hotel room with all standard amenities including free Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, safe/locker, iron/ironing board. Dated equipment and fittings. Overall clean and worth the price. Close to the airport. Ideal for people vacationing at Vermont due to its proximity and people visiting Dartmouth.

I was three hours early and I reserved a smoking room when I wanted non-smoking; I was checked in graciously and quickly. Rooms are neat, with microwave and large dorm fridge. Breakfast was simple but good: waffles, toast, muffins, fruit, juices, coffee, cereal.

This location is not the quality you would expect from a Baymont hotel. Everything is dated: furniture, carpet, curtains. There were stains on the upholstered furniture and deep scratches on the wood furniture. Furniture was placed very oddly on our king room: chair and ottoman in the middle of the room and the microwave was plugged into an outlet that was turned on and off with the light switch by the door. Room was very musty when we arrived. Eventually the window a. C. Unit was able to overcome the damp musty air. For some reason they serve popcorn in the lobby and it ends up on the carpeted stairs. Outdoor pool is unheated. Breakfast is just ok, not as good as other locations. Wallpaper peeling off. Positive: ample parking, near highway and shopping, elevator near the front doors, free breakfast with a waffle maker, updated tv's, clean sheets, no visible dirtiness in room, decent price, smoking rooms in some areas, dog friendly. Overall wouldn't stay at this location again as I expect a 3 star experience at a 3 star chain.

Non-smoking room smelled like it used to be smoking. Thin walls; I could hear next door and someone in the hall having a phone conversation. Otherwise, the room was okay. The hall and elevator looked worn and dirty. Clerks were good.

Very quiet place and the breakfast was definitely above average and ran from 6a-10a which was convenient. The only down side was the pool wasn't heated and being outside under tree cover at most times of the day made it pretty chilly. A good place to go if you're just looking for some quiet in your stay for a reasonable rate.

I booked a room online and was never told it was a smoking room. The entire floor reaked of stale smoke as well as the room making the stay unenjoyable. I did say something to the front desk and they could not transfer me as the hotel was booked solid. The hotel maintenence and decor were outdated. Stained wallpaper, scuffed walls and finishes, carpet that needed to be stretched, chips out of wood veneer paneling. Probably a mid level hotel in its day but has been let go. Given the price is it was overall a disappointment. I wish we had been told we were on the smoking floor in a smoking room.

Old, tired, mildewed. The $72 was the right value. The staff are very cordial and asked to move from the first room which was too smoky.

Good location. Decent breakfast. Very friendly staff (although it seemed all of them had friends/family visit while on duty but they still did their jobs). Dog friendly. A bit dated but clean enough. Not fancy but if you just need a place to sleep & not looking for a resort, this is it. We'd stay again.

In my opinion, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We found 2 hypodermic needles on the floor of the bathroom under the sink. The woman (Melissa? ) at the front desk was unapologetic and started a fight with us over it. She was very defensive. She told us they leave the doors of the empty rooms open so the owner doesn't have to get a key if they want to go into a room to look it over. Seems like a huge security issue. The Lebanon police came and took a report. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here. Just my opinion for what it's worth…

Clean, safe, comfy beds. Stayed here for a few weeks on business. Not the most modern facilities, but everything was in perfect working order. The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeper changed the bathroom linens daily. The towels were large and fluffy. Every time I saw one of the housekeepers, they were scouring away. Bed linens were also constantly changed. There was an iron & ironing board in my room, a safe, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, a desk, table and chairs, a bed stand, and toiletries galore. Everything I needed was there. There's even a pool and washer/dryer, and ample parking spaces. Hotel staff was always behind the desk and helpful. The inn offered a basic breakfast buffet, which was perfect for a quick bite and some coffee in the morning. I enjoyed my stay.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel, but it certainly was not impressive.

This hotel was alright. We stayed here because its somewhat close to Killington resort and has decent rates. They only have an outdoor pool which was kind of a bummber because we came in January and couldn't use it. They also don't have a gym at all. Free breakfast was cool but very small selection.

Service and room quality was excellent, but the entire hotel was too warm.

Bed bugs! Bed bugs! Bed Bugs! Unfortunately, management is not replying to a refund request, despite an immediate check-out following finding three bugs on top of the bed.

Our room was across the corridor from what looked like kitchen (not a very nice one)? Noise all night long. The small fridge was taken out of this room, leaving behind nasty gross stains etc but in its place they had a regular full size fridge that was noisier then a tractor! Will not be going back here.

I had an ok experience. I didn't find anything special about this Inn. Arrived late at night and checked in around 1 or 2. The interior of the room was clean. It had an unfolded blanket in a drawer, which I was hesitant to use because it wasn't properly folded. The floor lamp was leaning and unbalanced. The door to the other suite had a troubled lock. The carpet also had some slight damage. Staff was nice. I didn't hate my experience but there was nothing that truly stood out. I like the complimentary breakfast, however compared to other locations, the selection wasn't wide. The only stand-out item for breakfast was the waffle maker, no customization, just a plain waffle. Price was around $70 for one night. There are plenty of hotels and inns, and you should do a comparison. Overall, I have nothing truly negative to say, just that if you're looking for a night to stay, it's just that.

Good breakfast selection, but even better deal for a hotel in the Lebanon area. If you need a nice place to stay, I recommend this one. Also has the privilege to meet the owner, great guy and knows about customer experience. Thank You.

Way, way, way overpriced. For what you have to pay, you would expect at LEAST a fitted sheet on the bed. Or decent towels. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Not worth it at all. I would like to add that the cable, or television programming was pretty rotten too.

This place rated a 10 on the HOTEL SUCK-O-METER! The clerks stayed outside smoking the whole time. The pool had so much chlorine in it that it ruined my kids swim suits. The floor in our roomnwas soaked, when I told the desk clerk she said"OH NO". Thanks for the help. We ordered a roll away bed to be brought to the room and when it arrived the girl rolled it in the door and said" You set it up because there's not enough room for me to do it". Okay. AGAIN>>>>THANKS FOR THE HELP! When we pushed the roll away into the light there was 1/4 inch of dust underneath of it and the mattress was covered with hair and stains. The smell in the room was so bad that my two chidren with asthma had to be taken to my sisters house to spend the night. I had the nebulizer for them but it really wasn't helping. Nasty, un cooperative, uncaring, and un willing to help. NEVER will I EVER go to that Hotel again.

The breakfast selection was average, though they did have waffles. The room appeared clean, but by the time we arrived home, I had upwards of 50 to 60 bed bug bites all over my body. This alone makes it clear I will never be staying here again. The housekeeping staff did not speak English. The fridge was nice to have, and there are free movie channels available on the tv. But the bed bugs. Never again.
