We celebrated our anniversary last week at The Lincoln Inn & Restaurant at The Covered Bridge and everything was absolutely perfect! Mara is the epitome of hospitality; the Inn is lovely; and the seven course dinner with wine pairing is not to be missed! Chef Jevgenija is an artist whose medium is food…the most beautiful, creative and delicious meal I have ever eaten. Dave and I will definitely be back soon! 5 Stars!

Accommodations were awesome! The owners were super accommodating, friendly and fun. We were blessed to have booked the 7 course tasting dinner during our stay and were treated like royalty! Every course was it's own adventure… in presentation on the plate by Chef Juvgenija and for our palette with the fresh top end ingredients but also with its service and description by Mara. You could see, feel, and hear the passion of both of the owners during our special dinner. Loved every minute of our experience here — we will definitely return and will bring everyone we can. A must see, stay and taste location.

The restaurant may be great we didn’t eat there but forget staying there. For what we paid it was a rip off. The towels were tiny very thin and not bath size, there was one tiny soap the size of a half dollar. Breakfast was supposed to be so great based on the reviews of the restaurant. Why not showcase your cooking ability by having a selection. Vermont maple syrup is plentiful how about something home made you only had 6 rooms of guests it can’t be hard to whip up some muffins. The Steps up to the rooms were steep and not well lit. I usualily don’t write reviews but I want to spare those who may consider staying.

Another wonderful anniversary dinner at The Lincoln Inn thanks to Mara and Chef Jevgenija! The food is fantastic—so creative, inspired and always delicious—and the atmosphere is cozy and romantic. Not to be missed if you’re traveling to Vermont or live in the Upper Valley!

We went for dinner and found Mara and the Chef to be terrific hostesses. The food presentation was gorgeous and the taste of all the dishes was out of this world. The wine list was carefully culled and prices were very reasonable and paired well with the dishes. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting in the surrounding area of Vermont. What a wonderful experience! We had the seven-course tasting menu with wine pairings and loved it. If you're in Woodstock, go — — better yet, make a special trip! It's well worth it.

Beyond Amazing! From the appetizer to dessert, every dish was an experience and thoughtfully presented. By far the best food we had on our trip to Woodstock, VT and actually that we've had all year. We will be back just to visit this little gem.

Not our cup of tea. Overpriced, no frills accommodations, uncomfortable furniture and bed, salty hospitality. Pretty location, and hearty breakfast.

Ate in the restaurant — amazing experience. 4 course set menu with choice between 2 main dishes which changes daily. Very accommodating to dietary needs (mention when making reservation). Food was excellent and the whole experience one to remember.

My husband picked this beautiful place and WOW no regrets. From the moment we arrived we got a great welcome, we felt at home right away. Clean, cozy and the views and grounds of the area are gorgeous. The service is amazing and the food is delicious. Mara took the time to chat with us and we are definitely going back this fall. Small Vermont Inn with a very caring and attentive staff. Each room had its own tastefully decorated theme with beautiful period pine board floors. Beautiful grounds with a river and a covered bridge. The food was amazing, the prix fixe meals are highly recommended. Very reasonably priced.

We recently had our wedding reception at the Lincoln Inn and everything went wonderfully. We came in and we're greeted by nice staff that took all of the food allergies in the group of 16 very seriously, which is great. The food was some of the best I've had in years (I had the rack of lamb on risotto and my wife had monkfish). The room was very nice although we only stayed the night and the breakfast was almost as good as the dinner. Overall, we had a great time with great staff and great food.

Wow, amazing dinner AND breakfast, nice decor, friendly service. We were the only ones there on a weeknight in Winter, so it was very quiet and we had the place to ourselves.
