I am absolutely discussed! I purchased my parents a 300.00 gift card to this hotel for Christmas last year. This weekend they used the gift card… and we are sorry they did. The day of check in the room was not ready. Mind you they arrived AFTER check in time. Manger basically gave them the “oh well, we had a full house the night before. ” So, I took my parents and we found somethings to do. Next day… room was not cleaned. Not that what’s was expected but some towels for showers would of been great. My father called down to see if towels could be provided. Manger came up with towels exchanging words with my father in a very heated manner. Scaring my mother and daughter that was staying with my father. Manger was literally screaming in the hallway of the hotel at my father. A pure embarrassment and shame. My father closed the hotel door still hearing the manger yelling at the top of his lungs while getting into the elevator. Today my parents couldn’t checkout fast enough! Shook up from their Stay there, they vowed they would never stay there again. As for myself, I will NEVER spend another penny in that establishment! My father being a disabled veteran, elderly and just trying to enjoy sometime with his family should have NEVER encountered such treatment. Never should ANYONE feel threatened and unsafe in a hotel, to the point where checkout if looked forward to. Myself being a business owner of two companies would Never treat clients/customers as my family was treated this weekend by management. So, to future customers beware! If I were you I would stay elsewhere. There are a lot of other great places to stay, this place definitely not being one of them. It’s a shame and down right a disappointment. Hope something is done about your management Fairfield Plymouth. Sad, very very sad.
